Tip: Customers highlight the freshness and flavor of the food.
Yummy tasty food when I go to the mall.and .hungry I stop to them like the food recommend also love there Ramen noodles soup recommend alot
The prices have always stayed low and I decided to stop by to try the new tonkotsu ramen. I will tell you right now, it tastes really good and for the price, honestly this is the place to go! The food has always been good and this place is definitely one of my go-to’s. Now with the ramen, I’m coming here any time I crave it. Staff is always friendly and can answer questions about the food and wait times.
Don't let courtyard mall food fool you. This establishment is different. There's a guy that actually cooks your food to order. You get to watch him whip up your grub nice & hot. Yes you wait a few minutes but it's worth it. Pleasantly I didn't feel like drinking a gallon of water after my meal. I'm hoping that's due to no junk msg. That said, the court is sizable. Easily accommodates something like 100 ppl. There's even a kid size merry go around if you're into that sort of thing. I'm sure your little ones will love it too. Boba tea of all sorts wash down the food nicely. Friendly enough folks behind the counter about wraps it up.
Great food. Teriyaki chicken cooked to order. Food was not greasy nor dry. Fried rice was great. The mango iced tea taste amazing. Definitely recommend and will be back.
Good food . Worth the wait if they are busy. Great price.
Needless to say more, teriyaki chicken was so bombing. It was $7.49 (come with 2 sides). Get it, so yummy!!!!
The food here is great and everyone is very polite

Best food always great
I've been going to this place for many years and there has never been a visit where I am disappointed. The cooks are very nice and the the old cashiers and the additions to the team have always been great. Moreover, the food is a great price for the portion size you are given, food is always served hot and delicious, and did I mention the food is prepared right infront of you?! ( Thank you Teriyaki Ninka for your quality food! :} )
This is the best food and boba I recommend you guys coming
I love ordering from here! The food is delicious & they always pack the plate very nice so if you’re worried that it might not be enough.. that’s not the case at Teriyaki Ninja. Definitely recommend the Sweet & Tangy Orange Chicken :)
Different from the other places. This is one of our favorite places for chicken or steak teriyaki. Generous portions. Staff are friendly. It's also one of the few places where we can get bubble tea.
This place is fantastic! The food is quite affordable and great tasting. Iove the Boba Tea I ordered as well as the Teryaki Beef from this place as well. I would recommend the Banana and Green Tea Flavor! I would recommend everyone stop by here not just for the food, but for the mall itself. P.s your kids won't want to leave.
Couldn’t take a pic of the food cause I ate it too fast. The chicken was awesome on the grill. Great fried rice. Everything wasn’t too greasy and the veggies were spot on. Would go again
I love the food it's always fresh and hot. The vegetables with the shrimp and noodles is my favorite order to go.
This place is awesome I've been coming here for years they always give a lot of food for the price and I always leave satisfied.
The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious.
Great service and great food!
AMAZING SERVICE, INCREDIBLE STAFFING, AND SUPER YUMMY DELICIOUS FOOD. Best thing I did was sign up for the rewards because my girlfriend and I love to eat from here so the points DEFINITELY come in handy
Good price and the food is a step above regular mall food flavor wise. Staff is great and very efficient.
Absolutely amazing food!!! Been here since th start. They have also added more to the menu. Love that it's Japanese too!!!
I love this place I work at the mall and it’s my go to spot for food. The shrimp tempura is so good! Their Boba tea is amazing!!
Good food good service and good portions of food for the price specials
Was in the are from California. Decided to give this place a try. Staff is friendly and food is great and very affordable. Chicken teriyaki and shrimp was delicious.
My daily and I love Teriyaki Ninja, been going there for years and I get to use my points when I have enough. The food is fantastic, everything I’ve tried I like. They have a good variety of delicious food, drinks and deserts at such an affordable price. The staff is always so nice and professional.
Yummy I go there in mall.but when ima gonna buy food go straight to.them to order very tasty yummy food also i love there Ramen noodles soup.must try...
I’ll admit, when I first walked into this food court, I didn’t expect much—but this spot totally surprised me! Tucked into an ordinary-looking mall courtyard, this place stands out because, well, someone is actually cooking your food fresh, right in front of you. No heat lamps, no reheated trays—just good, hot food made to order. You can literally watch the guy behind the counter tossing everything together with skill and care. It takes a few extra minutes, sure, but it’s 100% worth the wait. And here's something I really appreciated—I didn’t feel like I had to chug a gallon of water afterward, which makes me think they’re not loading everything up with salty MSG or whatever junk most food courts use. That’s a win in my book. The space itself is surprisingly big—plenty of tables, probably enough to fit around 100 people comfortably. It didn’t feel cramped at all, even during lunch hours. As for drinks, their boba tea is solid! Lots of flavors to choose from, and it pairs nicely with the food. The staff was friendly too—not over-the-top fake friendly, just real and nice. All in all, this little food court gem is definitely worth checking out. Just goes to show, you can’t always judge a place by its location. I’ll be back for sure!
Really good teriyaki food for a great price. Good beverages too. They really give you bang for your buck for the value. I wish they launch more places, because I'm gonna miss this place a lot if southland mall closed down.
Delicious and fresh shrimp teriyaki, spring rolls, and cream cheese ragoons! Excellent service!
I went there and the FOOD was amazing. I've been craving for Asian food for some time and this place has the best teriyaki chicken (P.S for those who love plantain they do offer it too, lol) Not the mention the service, very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended
I’ve been coming to them for a year now and the food is amazing! They have great options and the staff is super polite too!! I’ve tried almost the entire menu now and I can’t complain about any of it. Definitely a good choice with reasonable prices to match.
This Resturant has become one of our favorite places to eat. It’s in the mall so atmosphere really doesn’t count much but the food is great and they do a great job at preparing it fast. They also like to give me a free drink to get me to come back, I won’t track them it won’t matter. My wife loves it as well. We recently started to order online and pick it up to eat at home.
Amazingly delicious BoBa Tea! The shrimp 🍤 😋 is cooked to perfection yummy teriyaki sauce. The food here is better than most sit down restaurants. Keep it up TN!
I had such a great experience at Teriyaki Ninja! I ordered the steak and shrimp teriyaki plate, and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and served hot. The portion size was very generous, definitely enough to leave me satisfied. What really impressed me was the value — between the plate and a bottle of water, my total was under $20. For the quality and amount of food, that’s a fantastic deal. The service was quick and friendly, and the food came out fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Teriyaki Ninja if you’re craving something tasty and filling without breaking the bank! 🍜🔥
Good food and not very pricey.
Great place to have dinner when I do go to the mall...
Great place to eat always something good
The mall needs Jesus. Not much to see. Food here is good, servings are great
Food was good and fresh! I love cabbage but I'm always a little disappointed by theirs. Little bit undercooked and absolutely no flavor except for what you put on it. They really could do a better job with the cabbage. Still everything else I order is always delicious, steaming hot and served pretty quick! And the sales area looks spotlessly clean all the time.
A great place for a quick Asian inspired bite. Their boba milk tea is fantastic, but the stir fry is bit too heavy on the sauce and too sweet for a savory dish, even teriyaki.
The food is delicious, the service is great, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I always enjoy coming here and highly recommend it.
The reason why I give a three star review is because they don't do the extra mile to satisfy their clientle. I got a boba coconut milked tea, thinking it will be good and honestly I did not like it (taking two small sips - 95% still full). I wanted to exchange for another drink and they denied the request. In my opinion, I think it's important to try to give upmost respect to your customers even when they're giving money to the company. This time, my friend went with me to help ask for an exchange. Again, It shouldn't be this much of a hassel to get what you paid for if you honestly dislike the product. First and last time I come here.
The beef and shrimp I had weren't cooked to badly but the udon noodles were bland and the terryaki sauce mostly tasted and felt like oily water.
It was ok I got there boba the only thing one I got watermelon it did not taste like it and two the boba never popped.
If you know Japanese, you go to a place where you have Japanese cooks and staff. If you settle for fast food imitation, you go here and places that imitate the real deal
Comida sin sabor a nada. Ensalada igual..los camarones idem..
I ordered through postmates and the food was old and dried out.
The manager is very rude, but the food is good
bad service today this people jump my ordle couple of times and then act like if nothing happend. (-)
Trash, they did not give me napkins! They are also rude.
Mall is all beat up and dirty now. Food was fatty and gross .
Closed almost a full hour before the time posted. Lame.
So my first time eating there and the experience was not as good as the ratings say. I had the teriyaki chicken meal and for some reason, the chicken didn’t feel or taste like chicken and it had a weird texture to it something I wasn’t ready for when I began to eat but the rice and the french fries were decent. I just can’t get it out of my head that teriyaki chicken 😵💫
Food wasn't that bad, but costumer service sucked BIG TIME!!! The register person was rude as hell just because I ask for a sauce she said it was extra and that's fine I paid, but after she had gave it too me? She said she didn't understand why? People get mad at her like she owned a business??? Like freaking seriously!!!! Then I called her "boss" and she just brushed it Seay giving me excuses on why? There was a. Charge in which first of all that wasn't even the issue, it was because she had the odasity to say that too me and in spanish lol little she knew? I knew the language....so disappointed on spending money there.
I was so excited and very hungry but how I was disappointed. The wait for the food wasn’t the problem, it was me sitting down realizing that all that wait was for nothing. My noodles were over cooked and there was no flavor at all ! I love to eat at hibachi spots but this is not it. They seemed to have used extra extra butter or oil because it was very greasy. I had to throw my entire plate away after taking a couple bites because that meal did not scream eat me. It was just tasteless and had no love. Just a rushed over cooked meal that was disgusting. Just waisted my 10.65 for the Shrimp teriyaki yakisoba and the vegetable spring rolls.
Food quality has went downhill. Stale rice , Stale spring rolls. Teriyaki chicken dry and no flavor. Cheap ingredients not fresh
I usually did like going here, but the customer service was horrible recently, I will not be returning. The cashier was rude and they skipped my order to serve other people, very unprofessional for a business.
People that work there seem to have a chip on there shoulder. Very rude to the point its almost comical. It's like they are on jail work release program or something. Food is as bad as the workers.
The cook was handling cooked teriyaki chicken with the same spatula as raw shrimp on the griddle. I’d hope he’s not using the same spatula when the chicken is raw. I’m no scientist or food illness expert but that seemed off..
I don’t usually give bad reviews but if I could give zero stars, I would. Rude service, declining food quality (an observation over a period of time) , and cheap ingredients. A staff member (who appeared to be a manager) publicly reprimanded the gentleman who was only trying to fix my flat, nearly expired soda. She then continued to speak mockingly to another employee in front of me and made the awful mistake of assuming I didn’t understand the language. The employees in the front kept apologizing for her behavior. Management-Completely unprofessional. They’ve lost a loyal customer of many years. Your family deserves better—try the spot across the food court where the food is hot, fresh, and worth your money. Your money is better spent elsewhere for a fresher, better quality meal. Update (To the owner): I hope to offer some clarity regarding your confusion. My observation of declining food quality has been made over several years, and as a loyal customer, that makes me qualified to share this feedback. Thank you for your response.
The meat tasted like nothing. Too much sauce that wasn't even good flavor. Same thing for the yakisoba the noodles were nice but the sauce on it was so mid. The crab Rangoon was also mid more cream cheese than anything but like pretty dry idk
