Tran An Miami Reviews
Tran An gives very much mom pop vibes, it’s welcoming and cozy. Aesthetically pleasing and family oriented vibes. Everything from the photo album that gives you a visual of the entire menu down to family photos of the owner Jon and his family. Natalia was our server today and she was so sweet and joyful. The food was delicious and gives you the feeling like you’re right back home in mom’s kitchen. Thank you Tran An, Thank you Jon, Thank you Natalia, we will definitely be back!
First time here, won't be the last! Food was amazing, service, just as great. The mom & pop feeling is very comforting. Staff were all friendly, Natalia was very attentive & helpful with food selections. It was by far an overall great, great experience. Tran An Chicken Tendies, Garlic Chicken Soup Noodles ... all bomb dot com.
This restaurant is exceptionally well-maintained, and you can truly feel the owner’s presence, ensuring everything is running smoothly. The food is a perfect blend of authentic flavors with a modern, vibrant presentation and design. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted and absolutely delicious. The cucumber pickles, in particular, were out of this world! I had a fantastic dinner and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
Great local spot for Vietnamese food enthusiasts (my to-go place). The design is very cozy, they have a photo album with pictures of every dish on the menu. Quite limited seating but never had to wait. We tried papaya salad and chicken curry, which was very different (sort of lemongrass, lime, curry). The food was so good, came back to try more dishes. Hanoi pork bbq and fried rice broth were absolutely delicious! Chicken slaw salad also very good.
Customer service is great. Very helpful, the menu is accommodated with a photo book that sits on the table (showing you what the actual food looks like. Calm and peaceful environment. Food rate: 9/10 nah I’m playin 10/ 10 fasho👍
honestly this is on the list of the top best pho i’ve ever had! super flavorful and tasty, came out fast yet hot and freshly made! the brown sugar chai boba also made me its slave, it’s soooo good.
A Flavor Explosion You Don’t Want to Miss! I’ve always wanted to visit Tran An Vietnamese restaurant, and it completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, it was clear this place is something special. The lunch special is an absolute game-changer—each bite bursts with authentic, vibrant flavors, all perfectly complemented by their house-made sauces that elevate the meal to another level. What truly sets Tran An apart, though, is the incredible service. Saying it was phenomenal feels like an understatement. The personal touch from owner John, who came by to check on us, made the experience feel warm, genuine, and memorable. If you’re in the mood for a flavor-packed journey that leaves your taste buds dancing, this is the spot. An unforgettable dining experience that’s equal parts heart, soul, and culinary brilliance. Don’t miss it!
We love this place! Delicious Vietnamese food with a lovely ambiance and great service. Everything is delicious, the pho, the broken rice, all the noodle options, but my highlight is the Green Papaya Salad. One of my favorite hidden gems of Miami. I can’t wait to come back again and again and again.
The chicken was very chewy and tough, the meatballs weren’t up to par, they were also very chewy. The chef was very hospitable, but the waitress/hostess was not very welcoming, she greeted other customers warmly, but ignored us for the most part. overall, a pretty okay experience, very eclectic decor.
Tran An: Incredible Pho and Amazing Service Tran An is a must-visit for pho lovers! The beef pho and chicken pho were outstanding, with rich, flavorful broths and high-quality, tender meats. The papaya salad is to die for. The appetizers were equally delicious, showcasing fresh, often organic ingredients. The owner’s attentive and friendly service made the experience even more special, and the restaurant’s cute, clean, and cozy atmosphere was the perfect setting. If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food with top-notch quality and service, Tran An is the place to go!
The best Vietnamese food in town excellent service flavors are on point service is five stars. You pay attention to everything and don’t miss any details The pho is to die for definitely order with beef because it’s is on point. Our server Ashley was the best
My first time in Miami. Got this place recommended. The best Phở I have ever tasted in my life is here! My sister can confirm. The phở is even better than in Vietnam (my opinion)! I stayed in Miami for 4 days. We went three days here, that’s how good it is! Definitely my happy place.
Tran An is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant... period. I could eat it every single day and never get tired of it. The food is pure comfort, always fresh, always flavorful. The service? Feels like family. It’s one of those rare spots where you feel taken care of every time you walk in. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out!
Small place, delicious cost effective food. First time there, didn’t know what to expect but glad my wife and I tried it. We will definitely be coming back!! PLEASE TRY IT!!
My boyfriend and I went around 6 today and the service was absolutely phenomenal. The owner was very friendly and extremely accommodating to my dietary restrictions and the young woman who checked in on us throughout the evening was very sweet! The owner even brought us a coloring page and crayons which was a fun treat! Also…the food…absolutely delicious.
Tucked away in a strip, you'll find comfort Vietnamese food for all your cravings. I came on their 1 year anniversary and got to try a sampler board. The inside decor was very cool/trendy and perfect for an IG snap. The roasted maitake was my favorite. A delicious seared shroom with a decadent sauce. The chicken and dumplings were also very rich and delicious though no physical chicken in mine. Overall a great small space with outside seating. The owner also helps a lot with charity donations of food for the homeless which is an awesome giveback to the community.
Excellent food and ambience. Low key great place, not loud (must be the ONLY place in Miami). Very cool decor, recommend it 👌🏼
Our first visit to Tran An exceeded all expectations and we can't wait to return again, and again, and again. The smart design of this eatery combined with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and the delicious and beautiful Vietnamese food is an oasis in Little River! The brilliantly organized digital menu guides you through the wide selection of curated options making even ordering fun and easy. Tell only your best friends!
Ordered from Uber eats and I had to leave a review this place hands down has the BEST pho I’ve had in Miami! So flavorful, exactly how it tasted in Vietnam. Can’t wait to visit in person!
Came to eat dinner with my dad. I must say the fried rice was delicious. My dad also loved his soup. The vibes are very chill and nice. Overall, had a great experience and highly recommend it!
I’ve been coming to TranAn for a couple of years since they have opened. I love their food especially their sauces, papaya salad, pho, broken rice and banh mi! Now it’s even better with their new items on the menu which I didn’t know they have. I had the TranAn poke bowl and it was probably the best poke bowl I ever had! the spicy lychees is such a game changer definitely a MUST try!
WOW the BEST BEEF PHO 🥢🤩 I've ever had!!! I'm still dreaming about it, even after a month ago I was there. Super delicious and the broth was really authentic and the meat was so tasty and perfect with yummy garnishing on top of the noodles. Didn't have to wait long. I'm Chinese Vietnamese and I give this 12/10! ⭐ The decor of the place was lovely! You order on their electronic machine. I also ordered their Viet coffee, probably needs less ice as it wasn't as strong of a taste but still refreshing. Overall our server was nice and greeted us, was well mannered etc. Heaps of parking outside, I'm so glad I came here. It was only 15mins away from my Air Bnb. Awesome, great job! 👏
Delicious food and fast. Super cute little environment. Great place to dine solo or with friends. Pho was amazing
they served us super last minute before they closed and were super attentive with the wait time for the food being close to nothing!!! loved the food, we had the supreme beef pho, hanoian pork noodles, and the brisket banh mi pho was to die for. server was so nice and recommended us great food!! wish we remembered her name and the cooks were equally as great!! the atmosphere with the music, decoration, and open kitchen concept is just lovely!!! really recommend and will def be back!!!
For real my friends all of you should come here , is one of the best places for pho in Miami , the place is beautiful , small amazing restaurant that have everything that u can spect to find a for a great meal , we were attending by the owner, always with a big smile and always so carried about our table
I love it here, truly a restaurant that you can see love and passion behind every part of. My girlfriend and I had the pho and tuna and shrimp poke bowl…Pho was amazing and tuna poke was one of the best i’ve ever had. This is going to be the place I bring all of the out of town family and friends to.
Visiting Miami on vacation and always on the look out for little gems like this place. From the moment me and my family stepped inside, the vibe was warm and friendly, the feeling of homeliness and comfort. We were greeted by the owner who seated us right away and made sure that we understood how everything works. The menus were clear, the time it took to order and plates to arrive were perfect and everything was presented exceptionally. Whilst not being the biggest establishment, Tran An makes up for it with its big bold flavours and gives you everything you would want from an authentic Vietnamese experience. We will definitely return to Tran An and share the experience with others who enjoy making exceptional foodie memories! 10/10 🔥🔥🔥
I was just craving pho and haven’t had it since moving to Miami. What a great find. The food was amazing. I got the basic chicken pho but the broth was not basic. So good. Fresh garnishes making it a truly good pho. And though we’re here for the food, the design in this place is gorgeous. Every detail of this place was tasteful and fun. Oh we also got surprised with crayons and cute doodles with mazes and tic tac toe. Service was also fantastic. Must try place 🧡
Such a cute spot! I love how this place has tables and the individual seats similar to ramen shops. The interior is gorgeous and feels very warm. The menu also comes as a photo album of (im assuming) the owners and their family. I appreciated how it had photos of every dish. The hot noodles with a side of broth was great - light, fresh, and flavorful and glad i still got to try the pho broth without committing. Prices are about $20/entree, and I really enjoyed the food. The coloring book was also really fun
Happy hour menu is well worth the money (Monday thru Friday 3:00-6:00) and everything had great flavor. Definitely not super traditional Vietnamese by any means, but that's Asian food in Miami. I found everything to be delightful and the atmosphere was lovely. Excited to come back to try the lunch special or even dinner.
In A Nutshell: -Tran An was a real pleasant surprise while satisfying my Vietnamese cravings in the 305. -I am very glad there many more options for Vietnamese food in Miami, it's definitely grown over the past 20 years. -This spot is very stylish in interior design (check out my pics). -The food is a bit pricey, but trust me the food here is worth the price especially if you are trying to please your palate. -The Lemongrass Beef Stew Noodle has that authentic taste you are looking for w/ the perfect amount of noodles (you can add more noodles too), the beef pieces were very tasty & plentiful too - a true winner. -The Vietnamese Chicken Slaw is for those seeking a carb-free option but still making your mouth water w/ the winning combination of fish sauce + sugar plus shredded cabbage, herbs & morsels of chicken. -To order, it's self serve so order at the front of the restaurant & your food will be brought out to your table. -There is also a cool little walk up window on the outside of the restaurant if you want to grab & go. Overall, this is a very good Vietnamese restaurant, P.S. make sure you use their interesting bathroom, it's like a mini-club w/ cool heo (pig) toilet paper holder :)
Maria every single time we come we get the royal treatment. Customer service should be model around her best practices and care. The food is always extremely delicious and is our go to spot for a healthy meal. Thank you so much for everything. #clean #awesome #smile
The food is delicious, flavors are fantastic, we love the papaya salad, every time we go, we try it and we like it even more :) The tuna burger is also delicious. It is a great place for vegan and non vegans. My husband is vegan and I love fish or chicken so this place is a great option. It also feels like an authentic place. Looking forward to our next visit!
Everything was delicious and fresh the flavors were so good and surprising. I had the banh mi and the supreme beef pho they were amazing very very good flavor i loved. And the service was also very good the waiter Kevin was nice and informative
Impressed. I ordered food from Tran An for my team of 8 at work yesterday. There were so many incredible food options available, it was hard to choose any one item! After we placed our order, the food arrived in great condition, the portions were good for the prices, the quality of the food was great, everything arrived exactly as requested (no missing items), and everything was delicious. The food was clearly cooked and packaged with great care. I'm so glad that we decided to take a chance on this new small business! I can't wait to give them more of my money, because this is exactly the kind of restaurant I want to keep around. Thank you, Tran An!
Located inside St Roch market, this is one hidden gem alongside a few other joints inside this marketplace. First time trying one of these bahn mi and I wasn't disappointed at all. I opted for the shaking beef or Bò bahn Mì and it was delicious. The beef was tender and actually very flavorful, the veggies fresh and the perfect amount of heat from the jalapeño. I also tried one of the bubble teas and it was also super refreshing and tasty. The server was super friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable. Next time I'd like to try the pork bahn Mì that my friend had and said it was even better then the shaking beef but that has to be proven lol. Ah before I forget, a few customer came by and ordered the Ramen and I must say it looks legit so food for thought.
The staff is awesome, warm and friendly. This is Vietnamese food. We enjoyed a chill evening dining outside. I ordered hot mixed noodles with chargilled chicken, house special rice and pork & shrimp imperial rolls. Everything was good but the house special rice has BBQ PORK and lemon grass sausage...These two items are are an epic explosion in your mouth.
Tran An is by no means the best Vietnamese food I've ever had - that award goes and stays with my grandmother and growing up in the DC area. However, Tran An is a very solid place for some authentic options in the Miami area, where good Asian food is difficult to find. TLDR; not perfect viet food, but very close and the best in the area for sure. Very much worth a try, but stick to the apps & banh mi. I also very much enjoy the variety of experiences you can have in such a small, hidden gem. You can enjoy food outside, do a quick take out, order/pick up at the window, sit alone at your own serving window at the bar, or sit with a group on one of the red velvet benches. Service is quick and unfussy - you order at the tablet inside the door and they bring it to you. I was particularly impressed by the chili vinager sauce and pork/shrimp egg rolls. Delicious. Banh mi not super authentic but still very well done. The regular "nouc mam”, or fish sauce, could be improved upon, as it wasn’t as pungent, sweet, and sour as one would expect. Also had the Hanoi Vermicelli noodles - it was fine, but the key to this dish is the nouc mam, which was just a little bland. I also enjoyed the drink menu, which had iced coffee options typically difficult to find. Excited to come back and try some of their soups, though I don’t think they specialize in Pho (the restaurant didn’t have the strong pho fragrance emanating from the kitchen).
So I have been here twice now. The first time I went I got the lemon grass beef stew, which was absolutely out of this world amazing. It was definitely one of the best meals I’ve eaten in Miami and was looking forward to going back. I just recently returned and order the beef Pho. It was good but nothing like the lemon grass beef stew. When I had the pho, the beef was sliced very thick and wasn’t possible to chew and since knives aren’t available, I had to rip the meat apart with my hands and teeth. I was too hungry to complain. The Pho was good but I wasn’t impressed. I would give five stars on my first visit and possibly three for my second. Customer service is always spot on and you’re treated amazing when you go here. I will definitely go back for the stew but don’t really feel the Pho sets them apart from competitors.
I love supporting the Asian food scene here in South Florida because there's just not enough of it. With that said though, I do still have high expectations for asian food! I ordered the BBQ pork belly banh mi and the flavor was INCREDIBLE. The pork belly was packed with flavor and really shined through. I'm not Vietnamese so I cant compare it to an "authentic" homemade banh mi but this sandwich was really great. I think most Asians will gawk at the $11 price tag but you're paying for quality and I have to say the pork belly was seasoned and cooked so well. I would easily give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the bread. I felt like the baguette they used was oddly hard/dense? I definitely feel like I've had banh mi on a better baguette than this one. But all in all, the pork belly banh mi was really great. Highly recommend!
Service friendly & attentive. Chicken curry temperature hot & very flavorful. Fried chicken sandwhich the bread wasn’t the freshest but chicken & slaw delicious. The take out window is open so there were many flies around & it was warm inside. The apolstry of the seating needs cleaning as well as the glass doors which have lots of fingerprints. Our server made great recommendations & offered an incentive to return. Overall good.
I saw this place on tiktok so I had to come visit! It’s a smaller restaurant, I ordered a Pho Beef Premium I think it’s called and a Boba tea to go. It might be that I’m not a fan of Pho (my first time ever trying it), but it felt like it needed something more. The Boba was okay, not the best. I do have to say that the vibes are amazing, the music was great, and service was nice too. I loved that I got to see the kitchen and server working so synchronized. I would try to come back just to give this place another chance since the vibes are so good.
Food was really tasty and service was good! My only problem is how expensive the pho is, with a drink i almost spent $40 on lunch. Pricey but worth it because there isn't much pho at all in miami!
The Supreme Beef Pho was amazing!!! The broth was exquisitely balanced, rich in depth, and aromatic, making every spoonful a testament to the authenticity and care put into their cuisine. The service at Tran An was efficient, offering both traditional table service and a modern kiosk ordering system, catering to the diner’s preference for interaction. The menu presentation was notably creative, resembling a photo album that not only enticed the palate visually but also simplified the selection process with vivid images of their sumptuous offerings. While the Pho stood out as the pinnacle of my meal, highly deserving of accolades and recommendation, the restaurant’s ambiance presented a futuristic aesthetic that was both intriguing and serene. Indeed, there was music playing, albeit at a volume so subdued it barely filled the quietude of the space. A modest increase in volume might have lent a more vibrant atmosphere, enhancing the overall dining experience without overwhelming it. This quaintness, however, did lead to an unexpected moment when the presence of a canine guest added a brief but startling cacophony. While the charm of pets is undeniable, their inclusion in such a confined space might not always harmonize with the dining experience. Despite this, Tran An is a must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic voyage through Vietnamese cuisine in Miami.
I went to Tran An a few Fridays ago after hearing so many great things about the chef and the food. We drove quite a distance to get there, so we were really looking forward to a good meal. The restaurant itself has a cute, artsy interior — definitely Instagram-worthy in spots (even the bathroom setup!), though a few details could use some freshening up, like the soiled upholstery. It wasn’t busy when we arrived, which I actually appreciated since it made the atmosphere calm and cozy. The food was a mix of highs and lows. My dish was flavorful and enjoyable — classic Vietnamese comfort with good presentation — and my friend really liked the honey lime chicken appetizer, which had great balance and flavor. Unfortunately, the rest of her meal wasn’t very good, and our server actually forgot to bring out the appetizers we ordered. She did apologize and later came back with a small gift card for a free appetizer next time, which was kind, but the overall service still felt a little off — especially considering how few tables were occupied. We also noticed that the chef everyone talks about wasn’t there that night, and it did feel like something was missing because of that. The prices were on the higher side, which we didn’t mind if everything had clicked — but for the experience we had, it didn’t quite meet expectations. Overall: Tran An has potential and personality, and I’d give it another chance if we were closer by or if I knew the chef was in. The food was good, but the service and consistency need some attention for it to really live up to the hype.
Sorry guys. The food still taste good but you can't charge and extra $14 extra for this little beef. It makes the vermicelli a rip off. Please improve and get back to where you used to be.
location is great and service is great. but if you gonna compare this pho to other vietnamese restaurant like Phomi2go or Basilic restaurant , this pho is so small and not so tasteful compared to others . price wise its also more expensive … im just disappointed aabout it . I wish the owner can try pho on other places so he/she can compare the quality.
It’s a very westernized version of Vietnamese food. If you’re looking for meaningful authentic cuisine it’s not the place. The thing that I will say was very good was the chai tea and the bahn mi style burgers. I would absolutely order those again. What I didn’t enjoy was the quality of the pho for the price. I travel to eat pho in all areas of the US and this was shockingly bad. The soup base had no flavor and somehow was still acidic. For 25 dollars, you could find another Vietnamese restaurant that puts more heart into an iconic dish. The service was okay. Honestly the staff was friendly and it was nice to hear chatting in the background. Although the phones in the kitchen weren’t my favorite thing to see. The atmosphere was really nice. The decor, lighting and playlist made it a great place to chill and eat. TLDR; The flavors are kid friendly and not truly authentic. It’s a nice place to try if you are a picky eater but want to try something out of your comfort zone at a very steep price. Try the Bahn mi burger/ happy hour option and the chai tea!
I came here after seeing the hype from social media and I am being honest, I think it's alright. I wouldn't consider this place as an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Miami since some of their menu items has a little fusion to it and the food didn't have that same taste. It seems like the place is setup for tourists and social media because of the unique interior design. On top of that, it was super hot inside. Not sure if the AC was broken that day, but it did not make it dining in enjoyable.
The restaurant claims a Vietnamese concept, but loud UK rap was playing, which completely killed the atmosphere. The food was underseasoned, the textures felt off, and it didn’t resemble Vietnamese cuisine at all. price wise it would be okau if the food was good. Overall, it came across as artificial rather than authentic.
I ordered the supreme beef pho, which was okay, but honestly low quality for $29. There was only one slice of wagyu on top, and although it came out raw, the broth wasn’t hot enough to actually cook it. Service was very neutral and hands-off. You place your order on a screen when you walk in, and they bring the food out, but if you need anything afterward, good luck. That said, the atmosphere is pretty chill and it doesn’t get too busy, which was nice.
This place is gorgeous and friendly staff but not very authentic or fresh. I was disappointed in the pho, broth predominantly tasted like lime. Meatballs were tough and gross. Beef was over cooked and skimpy…. Red onion was weird and herbs were skimpy and not fresh. $25 for a small bowl when everywhere else charges $20 for a great fresh bowl. I’m just disappointed.. Bf got the spicy noodles and they arrived in a weird clump… just not hitting the mark. Employees seemed all spaced out. Needs help.
$22 for beef pho!? with only 3 pieces of dry meat and 2 beef meatballs. Broth is basic & not authentic tasting.
Stale bahn mi brisket. The meat was stale. Barely any veggies inside. Half the size of some bahn mi I have gotten at other Vietnamese restaurants. The sandwich was $16. Subway gives me better portions. My bone broth portion wasn't even half of the container. I get more Miso soup broth at other restaurants. Also it was $7 so I expected a good portion.
I really don't like giving 1 star so I'll give it 2 stars because the food is edible and not disgusting. I just can't seem to pinpoint it but it is not authentic Vietnamese food and also not different enough to be fusion. Not really sure what it is because it seems and looks like it should taste like the food in Vietnam but it doesn't. The place is really cool inside and honestly one of the coolest bathrooms for a restaurant. Even with it being a little expensive I would go there all the time if the food was great because the ambiance is actually nice in there. The staff that was there was also between really nice and helpful and then kind of just doing their own thing and ignoring you. Didn't even say bye after we left and said bye to them. All in all the place is cool but the food is not great. And it was a little on the warmer in there
The inside of this restaurant is really cute and modern. However, it was nearly 80 degrees inside which isn’t ideal when eating pho. I was skeptical about the food before i finally decided to give it a try, the reviews on the pho broth are correct and they have obviously done nothing to fix it. The Beef Pho broth was sour and bland, extremely disappointing. The broth should be the star of the show, sadly this establishment has missed the mark.
I ordered the Supreme Beef Pho and it was subpar. It had very little flavor. The seating was stained and made the place feel grubby. I will definitely not be going back.
I was here last week and had a really good meal. Got the beef pho, fresh rolls and extra condiments. The soup was hot and palatable, and it was generally very good. I understand the smaller portions due to it being Miami East if 95, but I do think the broth to noodle ratio is a little off. Just my opinion. Flavor is king when leaving a review. After last week and how much I enjoyed it.. I decided to go in today around 4pm.. big mistake. I don’t know what changed in a week, but the food quality was subpar. The shrimp toast was drenched in oil, it’s fried sure, but last weeks shrimp toast was crispy, and taking a bite didn’t cause oil to drip and stream everywhere. When I turned it over it was completely saturated with cooking oil. It indicates the oil was not hot enough.. I sent it back. Waitress promptly offered a different appetizer.. so I went safe with fresh rolls and they were good. She stated that the recipe for the toast had changed recently and that it always came that way.. I don’t think that a Vietnamese person or the family owned restaurants family would agree. Today I also ordered the red wine beef noodles instead of the typical beef pho. Honestly, it was my first time and both my friend and sister raved about it. Not only was the beef cold, but the soup itself was lukewarm.. ok ok I just looked beyond it. Then when I slurped the broth it was like watered down pho broth with red wine added to it.. like alcoholic tasting. Not stewed simmering, slow cooked broth as the description indicates… sad to say but like pond water literally. I had to add multiple condiments which are intended for a clear broth like the pho, to mask what should have been a rich broth. The pho regular broth wound have been 100 better poured over that dish and not a tannic soup with raw alcohol in it. My verdict is, if the owner isn’t there don’t go. The food quality and service is lacking when management is not present. I work in the food industry. It shouldn’t be like this for a $22 bowl of noodles with around 4oz of meat in it. Broth should be consistent, shrimp toast should be consistent, temperature consistent.. etc. we were the only cover. It was not busy. Do better. Thank you .
Looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine? Don't come here! It's aim for inspiration and cuisine from Hanoi, Vietnam but doesn't come close to the flavors and taste of actual Vietnamese cuisine. The atmosphere and venue is aesthetic but doesn't make up for the food. This bowl of pho was $22, bland and had little beef bone broth which pho is known for. If you are however looking for a modernized, American twist and aesthetics... sure. Otherwise, go to other mom and pop Vietnamese places!!!
THIS PLACE SHOULDVE BEEN BETTER! The place was a vibe, the servers were very friendly and made the experience so much better. The food was very confusing and gross. I was originally excited to try this place coming from LA with so many great Vietnamese choices. It was not busy inside the restaurant at all so no reason the food should’ve been as bad as it was. What we ordered: Hanoi pork noodles: Food came out COLD 🥶 and I’m convinced it was food already sitting there and they just served it. Uh ew. They remade it and it came out much better tho and the flavor was good when they remade it. (This was the only dish we complained about to them). Beef Supreme Pho: Overall decent potential however the meatballs inside the soup had a weird distinct flavor as if the meatballs were old or may have been set out too long then cooked. The weird flavor of the meatballs ruined the dish and reminded us of dog food. As a sorry for the Hanoi pork noodles (they seemed also confused why the dish came out cold): they gave us the papaya salad which was very good! Best dish we had. Thai Tea: tasted like I was drinking minimal tea and mostly milk. Overall great experience until the food came out. I def wouldn’t recommend this place, worst Vietnamese restaurant for food quality wise.
Wish i had searched this place up before ordering for delivery… just not good food. Not tasty and not authentic at all. Can’t speak to the service or atmosphere but it was delivered pretty quickly and the order is correct, just not good lol. I got their take on hainanese chicken rice and I can’t believe you can even claim that comparison - nothing of this dish represents chicken rice../ except the literal chicken and rice which also somehow have no flavour. Way better Vietnamese options, even the fresh rolls weren’t good. After a couple bites just tossed the whole thing
Great food, but cleanliness needs serious attention. The pho was tasty and the service was friendly, although I found it a bit pricey. However, what really bothered me was the lack of cleanliness throughout the place. The walls are visibly dirty, the light fixtures are covered in dust and grease, and the napkin holder also had noticeable buildup. These are details that shouldn’t be overlooked, especially in a restaurant where hygiene is essential. As a customer, I can’t help but wonder: if the visible area looks like this, what does the kitchen look like? With a deep cleaning and regular upkeep, this place could truly stand out. The food deserves a space that feels clean, inviting, and trustworthy.
Extremely disappointed - Not authentic Vietnamese food at all. I was really looking forward to a good Vietnamese meal, but this place was a huge letdown. The food is a poor imitation of Vietnamese cuisine and tastes nothing like the real thing. To be honest, it was terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else if you want actual Vietnamese flavors. 1 star is being generous.
I wanted to like this place so much but it was subpar at best. Headed there super hungry after a long day and ordered a salad (which was average) and Banh Mi which was just OK because the taste was a bit off, a bit too salty, ingredients did not taste fresh (also, no sliced chili or jalapeño in the sandwich?!) and the size was RIDICULOUSLY SMALL, out of a kid’s menu. Overpriced by all standards and by comparison, and no printed receipt. Also concerning: the dusty napkin holder, the few cobwebs I saw, the soiled upholstery seats and the greasy A/C vent on top of the entrance. I wish the main aesthetic allure had extended to a quality food experience, that would have made me return. I was so hungry I just ate and rushed out. How do you tell someone how to properly cook food from their own culture? Lol I was not going to do that. Even with the nice owner and welcoming service, it’s a NO for me.
This was the biggest joke of all. Chicken Bun & Meat Pho with 2 teas were $65 + tip for lunch. The service was slow, the portions were small, the prices exorbitant. It is the biggest rip off in Miami. Dear owner, I emailed you twice once before the review and once after. A week later I have not received a response.
I ordered Spring roll on ubereats and they are AWEFUL! They used half-cooked noodle (still hard, can’t even chew!!), put in weird elements (sour salad) as if these come from different dish. Rolls were not tightly wrapped (did you just use an intern to make this??) I don’t generally write bad reviews but this is extremely unacceptable
They served me the bowl of pho that is gone bad. It is so bad. I told the server then she said her chef confirmed the broth was fresh but they made it special with lime juice. Excuse me, I am Vietnamese and I cook pho to serve my family for years. Please think twice before coming here.
Place in general condition is extremely filthy, is in need of a deep cleaning, seats, floors, carpet, walls. A bit disturbing and disgusting.
Terrible place, went today at 6pm with a friend because we saw their instagram and seem good, we had been to other Vietnamese places before and had no good experiences so we wanted to try a different one. When me and my friend walked in we were not acknowledged by the server and as our first time there we didn’t know the dynamic, they have a little screen to order through self service and we so we did. Never got asked if we needed help or at least greeted, my friend asked the lady a question about a pho and she answered with an attitude and clearly annoyed. When we finally finished placing the order and sat down, we were asked to move to another table by the lady serving the tables “In case a bigger group shows up” again, the place had only one more couple seated down at the bar. It was really rude considering that the place is not cheap, the food was good but not worth the price, in my opinion, they charge $2 for an egg yolk in the pho and $5 for a Fanta soda. Total bill was $64 for two people. Food was good but definitely can get same or even better for the same price somewhere else with better customer service. Restrooms were dirty. P.S: The bigger group never showed up, just two more guys that were never asked to move to a smaller table or the bar.
The worst restaurant I have never been in my lifetime life. Spoil spring rolls. They keep it for many days. The rice doesn’t cook properly. Very dirty place. I don’t recommend anyone to come to the place. You will be sick to eat their food.
Hate leaving negative reviews and staff is super friendly but this place is not authentic Vietnamese food, and very minimal effort. Even the cafe sữa đá, did me so wrong how can you mess up a Vietnamese coffee easiest thing to make!!! Such small portions too and not good quality. Had a RAW egg Couldn’t even finish the whole meal, So sorry
First time i come here and this is the last time. My friend and I ordered Fresh Spring Roll, Rice dishes pork belly and Bun Cha Hanoi. And what the heck is it??? they call this one is Goi Cuon look so fat ( ugly ) than me.All the proteins cooked not look like rare, medium rare or well done, all this is congratulation ( overcooked). In general this restaurant need to fix all this if still want better.
As an Asian Family, I’ll say that the pho broth was very bad (sour and salty) if you ever have pho at all before you would know that pho broth is not SOUR!!!. We ordered 5 different dishes just to have them all bad!!! very unfortunate. ALL FIVES. And the price is another thing, they will charge you extra for extra that was not asked for or mentioned to. I would say the experience was very unfortunate, the seat was badly stained (cuz it is fabric), the foods are a HUGE NO, the only redeeming quality was one of the servers was very polite and attentive.
It’s very unique from any pho I’ve ever had, if you’re in the mood to experiment with something different go for it! Atmosphere is great, loved the photo album. But if you’re looking for authentic pho this unfortunately wouldn’t be your spot.
This is the first place to choose for our miami trip since i want to support Vietnamese business but I’m so disappointed. All the meat is burned and overcooked . The rice is so dry and hard and fish sauce so sour. I let them know but they said “I’m sorry” . That’s it. No explain. We sat there 40 mins just to wait for 2 main dishes . We tried to look at them few times but they kind of ignored me. Not sure this is the place for Vietnamese travelers.
I definitely missed the moment n pop feel having ordered delivery. The worst pho I've ever experienced...in house or takeaway. The pho broth was watered down. No flavor, lack of the mmmm feeling. There was no basil leaves, no jalapeños, old sprouts and "packets" of bs hot sauce. Ratio of broth to noodles was non existent. Now the Bahn mi...par- boiled baguette no pate, no darkness radish or guess what jalapeños!!! Absolutely unacceptable and so bad I wouldn't even call it Vietnamese. Perhaps you will have a more authentic take din8ng in
Worse experience EVER, after driving 25 mins! Soon as I sit all lights/ power goes off! I asked before I paid for parking. “Does this always happen? Will I still be able to be served? Response: not sure I still sat and waited, power came back on less than 5 mins. PAID FOR PARKING, to be told I’m not sure if the system is up to serve you. By Maria! After waiting another 7-8 mins time to order Maria comes over, not enthused. I asked can I Change my broth for the mushroom PHO. She told me all PHOS have a mixture of broth of meat? How so for vegans? She seemed she didn’t want to be there. Worse experience, I felt not attended to and wasted $6 in parking and a 25 min drive! Thanks MARIA for my first time 0/10!
As a Vietnamese person do not come here. Food is overpriced. +$20 for a bowl of regular size pho. I normally finish all my broth but their broth was way too sour. Made me wonder if they put vinegar in there? We landed in Miami and my family was craving pho but it made us regret so bad that we dare to eat Vietnamese food around here. Do me a favor and go somewhere else, even if it’s farther. This place is meant for people who don’t know what pho taste like. Plus inside of the restaurant is actually pretty small, TikTok and instagram reels over hyped it. Muốn ăn phở ngon làm ơn ghé quán khắc. Chỗ này ăn nước phở chua lè mà không đủ giá vị.
I’m so disappointed John!!! The price gouging and the amount of food to pay for is ridiculous! Love to support local small businesses but to have to do better. Vermicelli is not an expensive item and to just get not even half a cup and maybe 5 pieces of beef for $25 and still leave hungry is a disgrace. Do better
Ordering from this restaurant was one of the greatest mistakes of my life — right up there with cutting my own bangs during lockdown. The food looked nothing like the photos. If the pictures showed a royal feast, what we got was more like the sad leftovers from someone else’s bad day. We were starving, the kind of hunger where you’d normally say, “anything will taste good now.” Well, turns out — not this time. This food managed to defy biology itself. It was so bad that even hunger gave up halfway through and said, “you know what, I’ll just wait till breakfast.” If disappointment had a flavor, this would be it.
I was so excited to come here and this place fell short. I really like to support local small businesses but I can’t sit here and write a review without being honest about my experience. Everything we ordered tasted off, and wasn’t flavorful. My niece who has a very good palate, could not finish her Tuna Poke Bowl. I ordered the garlic noodles and the noodles were stuck together and did not look appetizing nor did they taste good, plus the chicken I ordered with it did not look fresh. That’s all I’m going to say about that. The only thing that was semi edible were the chicken tendies I bought for my mom who is a very picky eater. I’m always looking for new spots to eat at, but this place really missed the mark.
