I came in hoping to get a quick order in grab my food to go and be out the door. However these amazingly calm and very polite employees were slammed instantly after we walked in with an insane amount of people. They handled everything with an amazing amount of grace, patience and a calm demeanor. I commend them for keeping the atmosphere as light as they did because the patrons behind us were extremely impatient and not very kind with what they were saying to each other. Myself my boyfriend our girls and my two nieces happily sat there eating our meal that we waited quite a while for because we wanted to show them that we did not mind waiting for the food that someone else had to cook for us because we didn't want to cook tonight. So if two adults and four children can manage to sit calmly and be patient as well as give respect and thanks to the people that are working so hard behind the counter so can everyone else. Way to go guys keep up the great work

the vibes started off the bat, dude on the mic for the drive thru was funny as hell and he even started humming the jeopardy theme song while me and my sister were trying to figure out what we were going to eat, next the food was actually really good, i ordered the 3pc tenders w fries and ranch! i would defo recommend, good place to eat while you’re fried!

I went though the drive thru. He told the soda machine was not working. Pulled up my order 32.58 for my order. For mashed potatoes gravy & two biskets. My order was not in the computer. I saw him pour a lemonade. Asked if I could order one. Sure you can. The best lemonade. Coming back for that.

We showed up in the drive thru just before closing. They didn't have what we ordered. They were very apologetic and gave us one of the several remaining meal options with a discretionary discount. They were very accommodating under the the circumstances (holiday evening) and we will definitely return. AND the food was good!

It was my first time at the KFC restaurant .I was driven by the smell of delicious fry chicken.The food was fresh and tasted better than I expected. I like the seasoning on the chicken it was light but tasty.When I visited it had a sign asking for exact change or credit card only. People are allowed to dine in as well as order online or get it throughout the drive thru.

This is a nice clean organized restaurant as far as fast food goes. One thing my wife noticed was how efficient and busy the workers were. It was a great crewand should be recognized as such.

I ordered 3 piece fried chicken meal. Chicken was very yummy even the biscuit was good. You can tell it was freshly made right to the biscuit where it wasn't sitting out for hours at time Love the kiosk to do my order since I'm not holding up the line trying to decide... A couple of days ago I stopped here to grab some chicken after a 14 hour work day. I was great by the sweetest woman named Cashelle...(I hope I spelled that right) she really was a breath of fresh air. We talked a bit when I got ro the window and a wonderful young man named Brandon joined our conversation and we shared a moment of kindness and laughter. People always take time to post a bad review but never a good or kind word. I was having a horrible day and I was flustered and kept changing my mind and was all over the place but they were both kind and patient with me. I needed that and sometimes a kind word could change someone's whole day. So with all this being said GOOD ON YA KFC! Please cherish these two employees because without knowing, during thier own hard times they gave me a moment of hope that not all humans suck!

The drive thru experience with Ebony is wonderful. She is always a beacon of light thru the intercom and friendly and patient with my order. please give her a raise - she has been doing this for a few years now and is representing for KFC by being human centric and treating us customers like more than transaction.

My review today is really about the wonderful service I got at the drive-through. Tyquan. Was so pleasant and patient with me. I really don’t write reviews, but he really deserves this. Is a young person working hard and doing a great job. I had him at the drive-through another time and wish I would’ve given him a review then because he was the same pleasant and helpful

Service was great. Very nice and very quick to serve. Food overall was good but they sadly didn't have alot, out of almost every chicken type and even some sides. I know there is a shortage right now so can't really blame them. Reasturant was clean for the most part, I had to wipe table down but they pretty busy there.

A basic takeout store. I like KFC very much. Unfortunately, an 8 piece dinner bucket was over $35. I'm not sure how you feed a family at these prices. You can purchase a rotisserie chicken at a big box store for $5, minus side dishes. Given the price, you can make your own side dishes . But...... it is not KFC. 😃 is will come back, but $35, WOW!

I have used the drive through window a couple of times recently, so this is based only on drive through. The service was fair and I do not feel there were any real issues. I found going earlier in the day during more off hours yields better results. But KFC has gotten extremely expensive for what it is.

Came here on my lunch break as i usually do. The woman at the window named ALICE was unbelievably rude. I asked for 2 kfc sauces and says i can only give you one because i see you didnt even order any and you have to pay for the second. So i said ok thats fine ill pay for it then she gives me a nasty look and says no no and proceeds to give me the 1 and i dont take it because im saying ill pay for both. She shakes her head in disbelief that im saying I CAN PAY. she grabs another one aggressively and shoves them in my hand. By her attitude i was afraid she was going to throw them in my car through the window from how rude and aggressive she was being. Spoke with an extremely nice manager and she very much understood my frustration. If anything they lost out on payment for 2 sauces just because Alice did not want to take it just cause "i was holding her up".

You can’t criticize the chicken but the service at this establishment sucks. Check your order and check it again before driving off. Took them three tries to get a simple order of 2 breasts and a wing correct. I received strips, drum sticks and thighs before the manager stepped in to make the order correctly. At the end of the day, it appears a simple case of inattentive kids who don’t care about customer service or getting it right.

Service seems slower and slower. Everyone kind of strolling around back there regardless of long line. No biscuits, is always a bad sign of not preparing for the night's sales, if higher than usual. Just like taco bell nearby, pull up window has become way more important than customers in actual restaurant

Went through drive thru, Mike/speaker did not work that well… I think my order went through oh, but was not given 2 sides in one 4piece, nor a large Mac & cheese I ordered.. people were nice and friendly, but missed the test of my order, receipt skews I ordered the items.. lost out on about $7 worth… went home about 20 minutes away only to find out order incomplete 🙂— check your order!!

I hadn't been here in a few months. Its nicely renovated but not cleaned. Drink station was filthy. For a Friday night, during the holidays, in the main area of malls and shopping, it was under staffed. The manager was kind and knew her job but she was taking orders and resolving issues, therefore, two orders were taken and then she'd fill them and then bounce back to order taking. When I finally got my order it was missing one of the meals. I had to wait even longer as they ran out of chicken. Three stars were given for the managers efforts but someone needs to b checking that the staff does a check on finalizing the to go orders. I want the only one returning to the counter for something missing.

Food was freshly cooked...that's where the good stops. I ordered online, waited 10 mins, went in to pick up at the time posted, waited an additional 49 mins, in the mean time ordered something I forgot (separate order) which I got 5 mins later. Now 64 mins after ordering my food comes out. Drive 45 mins home just to find out that they forgot the Mac n cheese. Figure out how to manage your departments please. No discou t offered for the wait, no explanation for why it took so long, just ignored me at the puck up line leaving my wife and kids waiting a half of Thanks jerks an eternity for some dinner.

I was disappointed in the food. I usually love KFC. The chicken was ridiculously small pieces. The Mac and cheese was mushy, the mash potatoes were good.

KFC is always one of those places I go to when I’m craving something quick, warm, and familiar, and this visit landed right in the middle for me — not terrible, but not amazing either. The food itself tasted pretty good. The chicken had that classic KFC flavor and seasoning, and the pieces were cooked all the way through. The mashed potatoes and gravy were solid, and the biscuits were warm, even though they were a little on the dry side. The main thing that brought the rating down for me was the overall consistency and service. It took a bit longer than usual to get our order, even though the dining room wasn’t very busy. When we finally got the food, a couple of items we asked for weren’t in the bag, so we had to go back up to the counter and have them fix it. The staff wasn’t rude at all, just seemed a little overwhelmed or distracted. The restaurant itself could have been cleaner too. The tables weren’t wiped down and the trash cans were pretty full, which made the dining area feel less inviting. Overall, the food hit the spot, but the service and cleanliness could be improved — solid 3 stars.

This place went down hill ..and I mean a lot . I walked in and there was a couple waiting . I walked up to the counter to order , now mind you there was like 5 people in the back putting orders together. The young man at the window serious looked at me like 5 x , at this point now I'm standing there like 10 mins ..no be right with you or not ever a stare ..finally I caught the young man who was doing the window orders and I blatantly raised my voice and said ..Is there any one here to take my order , he seen that I was a little upset ..he said oh excuse me I will take your order .so he takes my order but I have to backed up before he came over 2 more people came in so now there are 3 of us standing there no acknowledge us no smiles no give me a minute nothing ..now jumping forward the young man too my order and as I waited ..I seen some things that wanted me to speak to the manager so here it goes . This is what I observed while waiting 1 . None of the young ladies has any thing but a baseball type hat to cover their hair . 2. A young lady was taking her gloved hand putting chicken in the boxes now she was told to go and take orders ..NEVER CHANGED HER GLOVES ,WASH HER HANDS she went straight to the register with the same gloves and commences to type orders with gloves she turns around with same gloves and starts getting orders together with same gloves ..and she with same gloves touched her nose ( like to swipe away her hair off her face ...) yes her hair was all over the place under the hat .. 3 . There was another girl who was putting orders together whom seem to be quick but I notice that she also kept wiping her face with gloved hands and still putting together orders . Now I know busy but maintaining cleanness is vital especially working with food .. 4 the soda machine counter was soaking wet and sticky I didn't even want to get my soda I took a napkin and wipe it as best as I can .. The tables and floors needed some cleaning I have been in Middletown for all my life and I been going to KfC since it opened it's doors but this was the first time that I ever seen this place run and looked like this and workers ( I know work hard ) but there is definitely room for a great improvement! ..

The food is okay. There are a bunch of kids working here and they're very disorganized. No apparent management. Numerous customers getting frustrated and aggravated several customers trying to complain about their orders being wrong... This location needs some oversight

The food was delicious however i was disappointed in their sanitary practicing measures. They had on masks however i saw at least 1 where it was only over her mouth with her nose exposed. What's the sense of wearing one? In addition the same person was only using a glove on 1 hand and touching food with the other that wasn't gloved. The person who took my order was gloved and masked properly however used the same gloves to handle the food orders as well as to take the money. I think this facility needs to be retrained on sanitary measures for food service.

First of all the price is ridiculous. Just an 8 piece $23.00!! Really!! So I end up ordering 2 orders of 3 piece combo. No biscuits and the chicken in one box 3 small drumsticks and the other box was a small thigh more skin than meat and drumsticks. Smh and the $28!! The price has gotten higher but the quantity has gotten less..

Ordered outside line tonight, prices are wrong on the board. We let them know, still charged the updated price...not right, what the board states is what they should have charged. Food was fine, young boy at window was very nice. They need to update their prices on the board or honor them!

Staff not very friendly. I mean entire staff at counter. I felt I was bothering them while I ordered. I understand its Sunday, but it's not the customers fault. Other than that food was up to par with other KFC's. Soda counter was dirty and had spilt soda, chairs, and tables were clean for the most part. Bag on table in picture was on table (unattended) before I arrived and hadn't been cleared for 25 min that we were there. Obviously no customers at counter, why not pick it up, and clean the table? Well because they were talking amongst themselves in the back. We will definitely pick another eatery next time. Too many around here to deal with a non sunny disposition when we are spending this much. Two stars for food.

When I recently visited the KFC in Middletown, NY, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Upon arriving, I noticed that the drive-through sign was not lit up, making it unclear if the system was even operational. I decided to drive to the window to ask for clarification. When I inquired if the drive-through system was working, I was met by an employee who curtly told me, "Yes, go around and place the order." When I explained that I couldn’t see where to speak into due to the lack of lighting or clear instructions, his response was shockingly dismissive: "Look for it." This level of rudeness and lack of customer service is completely unacceptable. This interaction reflects poorly on KFC’s commitment to customer care. That employee should be properly trained on how to assist customers respectfully. I will not be returning to this location and strongly encourage management to address these issues to ensure no other customers are treated this way

For the second time in two weeks I placed an order to go and didn’t receive what I paid and asked for. This place employs a lot of young folks , which I applaud However, either they don’t know OR don’t care about what pieces of chicken people are ordering. There is a difference between a thigh and a breast… I HATE chicken thighs yet twice in the 2 weeks I have ordered two family meals with 12 and 16 pieces of chicken respectively with an added request of “ no thighs please…breasts , wings and legs only. I’ll pay extra if necessary “ only to get home and have 6 and 7 chicken thighs. This is absolutely an unacceptable inconvenience.

I placed an order on the mobile app prior to arriving. Once I got to the drive thru and told them my name I was told my order isn’t ready and I have to come back in 5-10 minutes. It wasn’t busy at all so I don’t understand what the hold up is. This is supposed to be “fast food.” If I wanted to wait I would go somewhere else and dine in.

Drive through took 10 minutes to order & receive my food with an attitude. There was only one other person in line behind me. I understand places like this get busy but I could see that there were only 3 other people inside the building ordering/waiting for food. Overall not a good experience & employees were not welcoming or polite. Would not return here again.

Order placed at 1:16 pm as per receipt. Food was served at 1:36. Employees appear to have no motivation, or sense of urgency, equating to long customer wait times. The food was as expected. No form of management appeared to be present, leadership was at a minimum, which was evident by the looks of the counter tops behind the register. If you are looking for the quick in and out, don't come here.

I placed a mobile order just after the lobby closed for the night. I sat at the drive the speaker for 5 minutes. There were no costumers in the store or in the drive thru. I started saying hello to the speaker. About 3 minutes later a very rude voice asked how they could help me. I replied that I had placed a mobile order. I was instructed to pull up to the window. After a few more minutes I received my order of 1 famous bowl. I will include photos of what I was given.... instead of a few pieces of chicken, I was given one piece cut up and placed on top to look as though I had more.

Very dirty KFC. Booth we used looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for several people sitting there. I cleaned it. My boots stuck to the floor. The service her is certainly without a smile or any kind of personality. The fries were very greasy and but look warm.

I have been coming here for years but this is by far my worst experience and will not be coming back. I know you have to clean at the end of the night but it can wait till after the other worker is done making my food. He was hosing down the floor at very high pressure. You can see the water coming up and landing every where including my food. The food also had no lids at the station. He could have waited to clean. Must be trained IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Unfortunately, I ordered a three piece chicken tenders combo. They gave me 3 small pieces that would have been equal to 1 piece. The french fries were covered in salt.They forgot to give me the soda so I had to go inside to get it. When I came out I realized that they didn't give me no condiments. I took the loss and went elsewhere. 👎

I understand that every place is short staffed but this KFC is the worst. I ordered a 4pc All white meat. I stated that to the cashier twice, I get home and it's 2pcs dark meat and 2pcs white meat. I don't eat dark meat! Then I tried to call them and no one is answering the phone.

Save your money! Worst KFC ever. Full of rude people and the worst customer service. I was picking up a mobile order for somebody, 1st issue is they don't use a order number just ur name. Took them 10 minutes to figure out the order I was picking up even after repeating the name to them 500 times. I was then told that my pickup time wasn't for another 12 minutes to pull Around. After sitting out front for another 20 minutes or so I go inside and there is now a line forming for the drive thru. mind you it's been empty inside and out since I got here 30 minutes ago and was told to wait. They proceed to let me stand there just ignoring me while they do nothing behind the counter. Finally I get someone's attention and at this point I've now been waiting 40 minutes on mobile order that should have been ready. His reply was okay, I'll get that started. Started? Really nice.... While I'm waiting some more a elderly women walks in, same two idiots doing nothing behind counter and no other customers in restaurant, they let her stand there with her money in hand waiting to order for at least 13 minutes before they turned out and acknowledged her standing there. Food comes out cold, floors and kitchen within eye view are all disgusting, garbages overflowing. I Repeat do not waste your time or money here. You will regret it after you wait a hour or more at a dirty, empty restaurant putting out cold mediocre food.

Fraudulent business practice and zero customer service. Ordered several meals to be delivered via Uber. Only one meal some fries and a drink was delivered. The receipt says bag 2 of 2. So where is bag 1??????? Call them and nobody answers and there is no voicemail box setup. Contact Uber and they say it’s not refund eligible. Contact the driver and he says well you gave me your code. Well we thought you gave us the entire order. $170 order and got $40 of it delivered.

The food was overpriced and the cashier was anything but helpful. I asked “What does the new KFC sauce tastes like?” She likened it to honey mustard… needless to say, that was a lie. It was inedible tangy sauce that left a vile aftertaste that lasted over an hour after I finished eating! You would think drinking soda or having some coleslaw with get rid of that taste; and you would be dead wrong!

This is the second time I did a mobile order. Got text saying order was ready. Went inside was told the chicken pot pie was going to be another twenty minutes and they were out of the apple bites. I told them to take them off the bill they refused...I have to go through my credit card to dispute bill. There were about 8 employees standing in a group just talking and laughing. Meanwhile my order wasn't ready, the place was a mess. The manager was very dismissive. I will never go back to this roach trap restaurant. Very disorganized the employees are lazy and the manager can't manage. I left without my order and a dispute on my credit card

Ordered a 5 piece tender combo with honey mustard sauce, and a 6 piece nuggets with KFC sauce. Drove all the from Middletown, home to Greenville. Unpack the food and NO SAUCE! None at all. So my son and I had our dry chicken. Thank you for taking care to be sure everything is correct with every order, job well done 👏 😠

if I could give this place zero stars I would. It was my first visit and my last. My husband and I drove up to the drive-through and asked for six pieces of chicken. The lady then kept quoting us $36. That didn’t make sense to us and when we told her that she was very rude so we just drove off.

This place sucks. Order online. Go pick up your food. It's never ready and they always run out of stuff then the app doesn't let you cancel the order once it says food ready. Then you have to call your credit card company and dispute the charge

I ordered online for pick up on my lunch break. I get to the restaurant and they canceled my order minutes before I was supposed to pick up. What's worse is they cancelled it for no reason. I ended up ordering the food in the restaurant and got exactly what I ordered online after waiting 25 minutes, and wasting my whole lunch break. The food wasn't complicated. They had it in the heaters already. Absolutely pathetic service at this location. I will never return.

There are too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Service is so bad and slow I left. I enjoy eating at KFC, but this individual franchise is the worst 😫. New management is needed. 3 people in line in front of me. Took about 17 minutes for me to become next and by the time I almost reached the counter, I had enough and left. Went next door to McDonald's

This is the 3rd time I go to this KFC, and they can't get it right, Management needs to keep an eye on the cooks and the preps also the person packing the orders, the 3 times I have been there they always miss something and charge for it even when they read back the order, today it seems the cook forgot to put in the seasoning to the crispy chicken, it was blend also the cashier did not put in the fries I ordered and paid for, also mash potatoes were too watery, it turned into a soup when added a spoon of gravy, I worked for KFC for 6 years from being a cook to GM so I know how this product should taste and look. Manager make sure to train your staff to maintain consistency of the products.

Forgot the Cole slaw, as if this place wasn't overpriced enough, Also, the Middletown KFC doesn't have the $5.99 meal deal. I guess it wouldn't fit in with such an upscale area.

I waited 30 minutes for 2 KFC wraps. Mind you there was not a line in site. I asked about my online order and they said it was not ready. I then LITERALLY seen one of the workers ACCEPT the order after already waiting 20 minutes. The people that work here are EXTREMELY slow. Let's stop hiring crack heads please? Never coming to this trash location again. I'll rather drive to Newburgh and that says alot.

I have never done anything to hurt anyone. I did not deserve to be treated the way i was treated by the chizza. I notoriously hate KFC, but my brother talked me into eating there. First off, the tables were sticky… eww. Second, the lemonade tasted fake, the fries were salty, soft, and lukewarm, and finally, the chicken was dry and salty, with the sauce and cheese tasting like it came straight out of a middle school cafeteria. I hope that I never have to encounter KFC and its food ever again, but who knows, I might mess around and eat another random product that they produce in a few years. See you then.

Terrible location with terrible service. Was waiting almost 40 mins after realise cashier took wrong order. People in line just left cause waiting time was unbelievable. Manager was so aggressive and rood, and she started screaming and when we asked refund receipt she says no. What? Seriously? Owner really have to think to change whole team since no one there give damn about clients.

I ordered two seperate meals and asked for a biscuit in each meal. They put both meals in one box said there were two biscuits. Before I drove away I checked the boxes and was one biscuit. When I asked where the other one was she then informs me it's a 14 minute wait. So I was lied to twice and charged for something I never received. Also saw an employee in the back taking a break by the dumpsters. Horrible experience.

Came through drivethrough and had ordered 6 pice tenders with nothing else then they wanted 16.00 for 6 small tenders that's a little pricey . In return I didn't take the order. Buying a combo would have been alot cheaper 10.00 for 3 PC tender and side with a biscuit. Way way over priced .

Ain't no way people still it at this specific KFC middletown. This is trash the service awful. Theirs even a crackhead that was serving us our food. We ordered a 12 piece meal and she gave us ten. I placed an order through the KFC app approximately 20 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. Despite ordering ahead, I had to wait an additional hour and a half to receive my food. This has happened multiple times. To make matters worse, the staff was very rude during the interaction, and when I finally received my order, the food was incorrect. This experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable for a brand known for fast service.

I ordered a 12 pcs bucket 630pm today, after credit card payment, the service guy didn't give me receipt, I am waiting 30 minutes and noticed that other customers behind me had got their to go orders, then I asked the guy WHERE'S MY FOOD? He just said sorry. He wears food grade gloves and direct pick up the biscuits for me just after collecting cash for another order without replacing gloves!!! OMG it's crazy 🤪 When he finished my order, I asked DID U PUT THE COLE SLAW INTO THE BAG? he said YES. I double checked, it's not in the bag, finally he give me the cole SLAW. But after arriving home, I noticed he only put 10 pieces of chicken into the bucket... what kind of employee KFC have???!!! It's really a garbage company 😪

This was the worst food experience of my 38 years (today) of living (Yes, this was supposed to be my nostalgic birthday meal). We got it through door dash, they didn’t seal anything, including the bag, the chicken was a puddle of cold greasy mess, everything was missing, no fries, no cole slaw, or any sauces that I ordered and literally no gravy with the only side that came which was cold mash, a missing biscuit too! KFC is garbage and my childhood was a lie.

We entered the food area at 8:40 and no one attended us at the counter until 8:55 the manager came out and checked that the doors without going to us and closed them with insurance and then came to talk to us with attitudes and tell us that they had already closed (the signs indicate that they close at 11) she made us leave and when we asked for the order for the car service they tell us that they did not have enough chicken to make a family order

Rep was incredibly rude. Went in and the door was unlocked. A paper sign said they open late but no time listed. We were told to read the sign.... I asked what time they open and was completely ignored. The staff should be terminated. They are employed for service. Not disrespect. Doors are typically locked when a store is not accepting customers.

For starters they didn’t have chicken tenders bc they weren’t defrosted (in my opinion they should’ve already had them defrosting), the garbage can hasn’t been changed and it’s messy, then I found hair in my food. Went to get dinner. The place wasn't crowded at all. Order food for my family in the new kiosk. When they called my order they didn't give me any of the drinks that came with our meals. When I mentioned this the manager she just stared at me like I just spoke in another language. I told her one drink and that isn't in the soda fountain. She took the cups from me gave me the cranberry lemonade which ended up tasting like pure water with cranberry juice in it. She wouldn't give the the other two cups that came with the other two meals I had ordered. The workers there do not care about quality or being polite. They act like you are wasting their time.

If I could give the customer service a 0 I would. The manger of this place should be ashamed of herself. My husband picked up food for 3 kids, and of course they screwed up the order (past five times they have done this) I live 20 minutes away, so when my husband got home with the food, he discovered it was wrong. The manager on the phone was completely unprofessional, and at the end of the conversation, said “if they call back hang up on them…”. We are paying customers. You should want to make this right. YOU screwed up not me. Haven’t you ever heard of the customer is always right? And to be so rude at the very end and hang up the phone. I will be calling headquarters tomorrow. This woman shouldn’t be employed there; let alone a MANAGER!!! STAY clear of this place.

They get my order wrong exactly 100% of the time. I order on Grubhub very frequently and there is ALWAYS something missing. Whether it be all of the sauces I ordered or an ENTIRE meal. The food is great and they're the only KFC around, which is why I keep ordering from them, I just wish they'd get my damn order right.

I went in to pick up a mobile order for a customer and both girls seemed annoyed right from the get go. After waiting over five minutes and getting ignored, I apologized for bothering them and asked them for the order which was ready to go. The attitude on this young lady made me never want to go back to this place let alone eat there. Do yourself a favor. Buy a pack of chicken, bread it up and air fry it to your liking. This place has gone downhill. Don’t waste your money or your time.

When an order is placed on the application and you are told after you get to the window that they need more time to make the food it is unacceptable. Especially when it is during the quiet lunch time period before a snow storm hit. I walked into the building to get my husband's order who needed to eat since he is s diabetic. His order was sitting on the counter the entire time that I was in the building after being told twice through the drive thru that they needed 5 more minutes.

I rarely write reviews, but when it comes to my body and what I put into it, it’s important to me. While I know I shouldn’t be eating KFC to begin with, an occasional treat is okay. That said, this experience was completely unacceptable. I purchased wings and wedges and was about to sit down and eat with my husband when I noticed two wings stuck together. Something didn’t look right. When I separated them, the chicken was bloody. I immediately felt nauseous and lost my appetite entirely. I couldn’t even think about eating the rest of the food. This is a serious health concern and extremely disturbing. I will never return to this location again.

went for large potato wedge order sat in the drive through for 5 min before someone even cane to the window after we ordered..Had someone cone ask about the wedges then disappeared and did not come back with any food.. then a woman came up to the window which she was one clearly doing everyones jobs… so when she thought it was the order she took she said a more expensive price and we couldn’t understand how the price went higher at this point we said we are still waiting for the wedges which now it has been about 20 min just fir a large potato wedge and her response was you need to come take care of this order because i did not do this so now we are waiting another 5 min for potato wedges.. I have been a server bartender manager in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN I JUST DID.. I understand we were a little snappy waiting 30 min almost for an item that takes 4–5 min in a fryer with no-one helping us and instead of her just dealing with it she sebds someoje else to wait longer.. this was the worst chstomer service i HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.

I went to the drive thru there’s a girl with dreads taking order I don’t know her name very rude very unpleasant no hello how can I help it , it’s “what are you having” I proceed to order” her response still unpleasant she has to work on her tone and delivery because she come off nasty and rude and for that I didn’t get anything from the drive thru as I didn’t want her dealing with my food. I come in there’s an older lady taking orders and expediting the front counter clearly doing a lot what I didn’t like was the unsanitary part she has on gloves thanking orders receiving cash giving cash back handling dirty money to then make the food with the same gloves she can’t and should never do that then the girl on the drive thru is just standing there watching her damn near run trying to do it all if your not taking orders at the drive thru help her so she has time to chandler gloves or don’t have to be touching the food at all overall service was slow which isn’t the problem because I’ll wait 30 minutes for quality food but the gloves and the girl on the drive thru is my complaint

This KFC is a complete disaster. I placed an order at 8:43 pm for 9:00 pm pickup. My husband first went through the drive-thru, and they told him to wait and then come inside. But when he went to the door at exactly 9ish pm, it was already locked! The manager went off, threatening to write up employees if they let customers in — unbelievably unprofessional. On top of that, it still took almost 10-15 minutes and BEGGING to get an order that had been placed half an hour earlier. And this isn’t just a one-time thing — their pickup orders are NEVER ready on time. It’s clear this location doesn’t value customers or know how to manage properly. HOW is the manager more concerned in closing TWO hours ahead. Why is there so many staff inside and ORDERS ARE NEVER READY. I moved 2 years ago to this town but yesterday was my last straw. They need to train the WHOLE store and staff again, starting for the managers. You can’t be a manager and act like your customers are an inconvenience to you just because they make you do your job!!!!! IT’S A JOB little or big BE PROFESSIONAL.

Last year I used my mobile app to purchase 55.00 worth of food. I arrived approximately 15 minutes after placing my order and it took the staff approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes to give me my order. I waited this order, because 3 of my grandsons were with me and I was taking them for o long trip which was delayed over an hour do the slow delivery of my order. The app kept stating that my food was ready, yet they didn't explain why my food wasn't available to me. I went online to cancel my order and the app noted that this order was filled.
