Had lunch here today with my daughter and we will definitely be back...we had pan fried pork goyza...a spicy girl roll and a shrimp tempura roll all were so delicious fish was so fresh and then it was a chilly day so we were in need of ramen so we both ordered the spicy pork ramen which WAS incredibly delicious the spices were so perfect ...cant wait to go back...and Lydia WAS so welcoming and extremely nice 😊

Nice spicy beef noodles, perfect level of spice, delightfully surprised given how mediocre most other East Asian restaurants are in Middletown. The Dan Dan noodles were quite good, nice fried rice, the ramen had a nice thick broth.

I could not believe how delicious each and every course was. The pork gyoza was PHENOMENAL I missed the opportunity to photograph because we ate it within seconds! Service was excellent, our waitress was kind and very tentative. Food came at a wonderful pace. Had an excellent time here and 10/10 recommend. I will be back & my boyfriend and I are so excited for this new date spot!

Good food and super friendly waitress. They also cut a cake for us for someone’s birthday which was so nice! The sushi was super yummy. It was fresh and the flavors were good. I got the spicy sushi roll platter which wasn’t too spicy which I liked. The soups and noodles were also pretty good.

Delicious roll & tasteful ramen. We absolutely enjoyed our meal here on a Friday night. The food was very good, atmosphere was calm, and the service was good. The tuna sashimi was ok, nothing to write home about but the role was very good. Over all great experience, would recommend and we will be coming back.

Hands down the best sushi in the Middletown area. Every roll is different in its own way and is absolutely incredible. Perfectly balanced flavors in their specialty rolls. Simple and delicious a la cart rolls. The attention to detail and thought that went into making each and every one their items is something you don’t see every day. I cannot recommend Niuda enough. You’re doing yourself a disservice by ordering sushi anywhere but here.

The food was absolutely delicious and the venue, is small and brings a cozy atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. By the time I got the check, the hostess introduced herself and the rest of the staff. The sushi is AMAZING. I recommend the Sunny roll (has tempura sea scallops) or the Paradise roll, for a crazy contract of citrus and heat. If you like it 🔥 SPICY 🥵 be careful, they mean business. The spicy snails rice noodle soup is the hottest soup they serve 🔥🔥🔥

Amazing sushi! Highly exceeded expectation. Easy to find, street parking is also convenient. Sushi is both beautiful and delicious. High recommended!

Ordered yesterday! I was so lucky to be the first customer, front desk was very friendly took my order and everything tasted so fresh! Great food! Sooo Yummyyyy, definitely recommend and Obviously will order again!! I made three orders and received a California roll free for being the first customer!!! Love it!

Hi Im A Flying Person

I went here back in September with my friends. I got calamari and shrimp scallion noodles. The calamari was good, but it was kinda dry. I didn’t like the noodles, it just tasted like straight onion. I want to give this place another chance, there are probably better things on their menu. Our service was good, our server was so nice! This place is small and it has a cozy feel.

Food poisoning and diarrhea after having lunch today! The place is nice and they are welcoming! I went there many times over the years. Today I had lunch with some coworkers and I got food poisoning with terrible stomach cramps and diarrhea! Terrible! DO NOT EAT sushi there! Maybe other food is safe but not what I had! Not sure how fresh the food is anymore or how clean is the place! Now I pray that I did not get some crazy bacteria! Never again! Crossed the place of my list!

The majority of the menu is from a frozen food supplier- nothing fresh except the veggies which are barely noticeable. If you want food like Niuda serves, go to the local grocery store and buy bags of frozen food yourself. I guarantee your dinner will be be better and 5 times cheaper than going to Niuda.
