More rude treatment of customers. I don't know why some of the people here are still employed after months of customer facing rude treatment. These customers represent your paycheck! Nothing complicated in this.

Didn’t have any Cajun seasoning for the fries so I ordered cheese fries. Here’s what I got. Soggy fries half covered in cheese. Burger was good though

There's a growchy lady that seems to be mad all the time and doesn't like for you to ask questions about how you want the order ..she's always sitting down eating when I get there and gets mad when a costumer gets there because she has to get up on her feet.

I went after leaving work, a lady with glasses and tattooed, after a long time of waiting treated me with bad treatment because I was taking care of some children who were screaming. What the hell? Can you take your children to work?

Walked in to order in person, and two employees were sitting at the tables looking at their phones. Both looked directly at me, making eye-contact, and watched me approach the counter. I waited there in front of them and they continued to look right at me for a good minute like as if hoping that I would just go away, until the one with the headset finally got up, and then second girl followed and got up too. The girl with the headset had a tone like as if I had disturbed her from whatever she was doing on her phone.

How could you advertise shakes on the wall and turn your machine for shakes off 1 and a half hours till closing when there’s 4 employees and they close the drive through early so nobody wants to work here

Yeah , I come and order 2 chili dogs , with a small cheese fries AND NO DRINK. IM CHARGED $18.08 dollars. WHAT THE HELL? I will never come back to this place again. You get a full meal for less than this. And this is 2 chili dogs and a small fry only ???? PURE RIP OFF

I think it would have been a good burger but I just stood at the counter for like 10 min and nobody was there to take my order. When they finally did they said no drinks because they didnt have water for the machine. I just left because at that point I didnt trust anything there.

I've been to a few Steak 'n Shakes around the country and they're all awesome..........except this one. It's kind of dumpy, the employees look miserable and the food is definitely not fresh.

I haven't been to steak n shake in a while. I see a lot has changed. I was hungry and ordered the double meat bacon burger. I was amazed at the size of this thing. It looked like a burger I would give a child. It was tiny. I ate everything and was still hungry. I definitely WONT EVER go to steak n shake again. Definitely dissapointed

Went to steak and shake Odessa/midland by the hwy food sucked burger was cold I ordered. Banana shake and a strawberry shake banana shake tasted like banana laffy taffy and the strawberry shake tasted like nestle quick what a waste of money

Don’t bother with ordering chili dog, they have no idea what chili is, all they did was pour juice sauce on it. I took two bites and thought I was going to start heaving and the fries were like they just left them out at room temperature and served them without cooking them🤮

Seems like it's going out of business.. limited seating. Most soda is not available. This truck stop and this restaurant is horribly run. No reason to be in business. No one will come twice unless they like to torture themselves.

No! Don’t go. Almost all fountain drinks out of order. The burger was so small that the flys could take off with it. Greasy and bland. Poor management and or poor owners. Dirty tables, sticky floors. Save yourself and your money. The worst burger ever!
