I had an awesome experience at Wingstop thanks to Eann, Fernando, and Carlos! These three went above and beyond with their friendly attitudes and great service. They were super nice to talk to, and honestly, they made my day. Their jokes had me laughing the whole time—such a fun vibe! It’s not every day you walk into a place and leave with good food and good energy. Shoutout to them for making the experience unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

04/30/2021- Stopped by again today, board said 33 minute wait, there were right on the dot. Wing were cooked just right. They could have used more sauce, had to get a extra side of sauce. The habanaro mango wasn't hot. Only problem was all the tables were a little dirty. Had to clean one ourselves. We wl be back. LAST YEAR: Been a while since we had been to a wing stop. Wing were great. Were a bit over cooked but well'ed sauced.

Rarely order Wingstop and got a reminder why today. Online it says you can order the fiery lime flavor for your wings, but they do not serve that flavor anymore; and, instead of contacting you to say "We don't have that flavor anymore, is there something else you'd maybe want?", they just give you plain wings as a replacement... Thanks? If I wanted plain wings I would've ordered them. Maybe try contacting your customers Wingstop. Other than that the food was fine despite being just above warm.

They are super busy on a Friday night. They said 40 min when I called in over the phone and place my order. I arrived, walked to the guy at the cash register to check because the board says “order received”. The guy said, “should have about 8 min left, let me check”. Comes back and says “it will be about 15/20 min more”. The cashier guys are calm and professional, just seem the kitchen is not able to keep up and the time estimates for food and putting in orders if really struggling. Not sure how the wings will turn out or the order but because I had time…. Wrote this novel.

The employees on this location are really rude, they need better management,if you ask for something nicely they make ugly faces at you

Went to pick up my carry out order. There is a line Im next in line. Then a male black employee ask for the next im about to speak an the guy behind me jumps at the opportunity an cuts an he is served. Then he picks his order up an leaves then I walk up to the guy to ask for mine an he walks off intentionally ignoring me pretending he didnt see me. Really petty customer service idk what his problem was but yall got issues here fr.

Why is it so difficult to get an order correct? Are people really that incompetent nowadays that they can't do something as easy as reading words off of a screen and putting items into a bag and then double checking to make sure all items are in the order? It really isn't rocket science, y'all. Take pride in your job and the company you work for and get it right the first time

My opinion is that wing stops flavors are better than other wing restaurants, except this location! They gave me old chicken and dried chicken. I feel like I got someones canceled order. I grew up working in fast food and steak houses. I know quality!!!

Food is always cold because the time of pick up is not accurate. They make food very quickly, so food is always cold. The new girl in the front is the absolute worst. She is not helpful at all and this is the last time I go to this wing stop!

This wing stop store has the worst attention in the world.. how is it possible that an employee of that store has told me that he is not interested in my time.. they are the worst.. I will never go back again. It’s already several times that they treat me and other people in the store .. take action about it because you’re going to lose all the customers.. a total disgust the attention

I show up to pick up my online order, I wait under the "online pickup" sign. There's one lady in front of me, then a few people show up right after me. It's busy , I'm waiting, it's fine. The lady before me complained that she saw her food sitting on the back counter for 10 minutes before they handed it to her. This kid finally comes from the back to help the front counter, looks at me and asks if I am with doordash I say no I have an online order to pickup. He rudely says "you have to get in line" then asks to help the next person. Before I could say anything that person stuck up for me and told him I am in line and I was there before her. A few quick clicks later on his screen and he hands me my food. He didn't even make eye contact with me after that. #tellmeyouhateyourjobwithouttellingmeyouhateyourjob. Food was good.

Walked in at 7:30 pm and was one of maybe 3 or 4 customers. The kid at the counter told me that there would be a TWO HOUR wait. For chicken wings. Really. I could have walked across the parking lot to the grocery store, bought wings, took them home to cook them, and I still would have beat that time by at least an hour. What kind of poor management has to be happening for them to have a 2 hour wait for CHICKEN WINGS? This isn't a Michelin star chicken restaurant. The concept is FAST FOOD. That's all you do is wings. How about getting some wings cooking so you're ready for dinner hour? I mean, I'm stunned.

Waited and hour just to get home and see the cook didn’t spread seasoning patches on corn and wings nasty and disappointing I prefer the other wing stop in midland by Walmart

Ordwr took 33 minutes. Don't get up to go to the bathroom cause they'll tbrow your food away! I was gone for 3 mins. All they did about it was say "oh someone else must have done that." No apology. She just grabbed a random basket of fries with seasoning on it I dont like or get and didn't ask any questions. Just took one off the makeline and handed it to me and walked away. I wonder if that speaks to how management treats their employees? If they're treated well, these things don't happen. Lobby is kept frigid and uncomfortable. Weat a hoodie if you plan to dine-in.
