I eat at Wingstop quite often but usually visit the Stonebridge location. I happened to be in the area and thought I would check the newer location out. Noah at the register was extremely kind and helpful. While the food was good my only complaint was how long I had to wait. It took 40 minutes for me to get 10 chicken wings and an order of corn. There was one person on the register and one in the kitchen cooking the food. The board was filled with orders and people coming in for there orders. No one was in the restaurant eating. There were two staff members outside I am presuming on a break. I think they need to work on having more staff in the building during peek times.

I live approximately an hour away and was in the area about 3 weeks ago. I ordered my food online. When I got to the location, it was neatly packed and waiting for me. I got home hours later, ready to eat..when I unpacked my order, it was W R O N G. I had 6 wings and N O F R I E S!! I called back and spoke to a manager- explained what happened and provided my information. He told me that I would receive a refund in 7-10 days....I am still waiting.

Ordered wings that were so overcooked I couldn’t get it off the bone. Called to request a refund no less than six times over a few weeks. Manager Ebony kept saying she submitted it but I never got it. Don’t waste your money here!

Waited an hour and a half after putting in a mobile order…. Had to wait inside while the manager and an employee screamed at the top of theirs lungs at each other… I get it’s Wingstop, but jeeze, the customer service and bickering about rent in the back definitely was not a pleasant experience.

I’m sorry but this ain’t it. I can’t believe this is your business model but I guess it’s worked. People deserve better.

Worst restaurant ever.. 2 hour delay for orders on the Super Bowl. Even if you preorder weeks ahead of time. Terrible management. This place won’t last.
