Frank Pummarola Milan Reviews
Puedes degustar y comprar. No perderlo en visita. Un must!
This place was heaven. The chef is deeply in love with good food, and is on a mission to share his food's magic. We simply went with his recommendations, which i think was definitely the right decision. Mozzarella, lamb chops, veal brain (!!), tongue paninis.... Everything was an explosion of flavor. Excellent wine. And the tiramisu at the end almost made us cry because we knew we can't return any time soon! :)
Yummy sandwiches paired with good wine recommendation. Its a great Little stopover on the way to the main strip of the Navigli area. Theres outdoor seating right by the water thats open to the public so You can bring the food to eat there for a relaxing atmosphere.
A unique culinary experience. You cannot avoid catching the chef’s love for his food while he is personally serving the dishes.
Great place for food and wine tastinh
The service at Mangiari di strada is excellent! The staff is friendly, kind and very helpful! The food was great and the tiramisu was a beautiful surprise!!! One of the most memorable meals I’ve had in Milan!!!
This is an amazing place. Part street food stand, part gourmet restaurant, it takes traditional Italian street dishes of meat and elevates them to new heights, in a casual and fun atmosphere. Highly recommended!
Food was above my expectations. Unbeatable place with the level of food in such a small place.
Very very delicious ! But small and expensive dishes, still worth the price
Great place, with nice staff. Food is great. Highly recommend.
We had a family dinner and really enjoyed the food and service. My husband liked risotto, and they have amazing ceasar salad and pasta. We also took grilled beef steak, it was also very good. Service was exceptional, so we highly recommend this restaurant.
Delicius food, the service was awesome and with a romantic view to the canal. It is a gem based on the fair price and quality of the food. I'd 100% recommend it to everyone
Welcoming service for a family including a gluten-free vegetarian. Tasty cocktails, and a canal-side view, could have more plants - but that's being very picky.
The best tiramisu i ever had! Also the pizza and pasta was delicious. The waiter was nice and friendly. I totally recommend this restaurant!!!
Food was delicious, the service perfect. The waiter explained to us everything we asked about the dishes. We visited the restaurant the next day as well, because we didn't have space left to try everything we wanted on the first evening. The menu covers everything most people would like to try, mainly treditional Italian cuisine, but also grilled meat and burgers. There was a great choice of delicious desserts too.All of us loved it! Very happy with the prices too!
Delicious food, big portions and very beautiful place… the staff it was amazing
Service is strictly so-so, but they have a tasty gluten-free pizza crust that you can order with any of their pizzas for a little extra. Lovely to eat in the big outdoor seating area that is right on the canal, especially on a hot summer night.
Panini minuscoli, prezzo esorbitante. Buona materia prima. Attesa lunghissima, solo dopo aver pagato ti dicono che dovrei aspettare un’altra mezz’ora. Non ne vale assolutamente ma pena
Service is terrible! Food is close to okey. Not terrible food. It’s the service that is crazy bad.
Worse experience over a month's vacation in Italy. We order a focaccia ... It's a pizza coming lol (they don't know how to make the recipe) (see my photo). Then our dishes arrive, one of the two is…

Sono dei disperati, mascarpone 40€ al kg.
Materie prime ottime ma prezzi esagerati.
Esperienza terribile.
Terrible service! We waited over 30 minutes for a pizza and another 15 for a parmigiana. Eating together as a couple was impossible. A beer we ordered just never came at all (we asked twice). Coperto is a joke. Better avoid this place.
Melanzane alla parmigiana that looked like someone vomited on the plate, bizarre indifferent service and an obnoxiously rude head waiter that tells you to your face he is not interested to serve you. Need I say more?
We had dinner in this restaurant. My girlfriend had a pizza and I head pasta with seafood. We also had Bruscetta. The Bruscetta and pizza came very fast but they forgot my food 10 mins after the pizza arrived I asked for my food. The waiter was very annoyed after 10 min more mins my food arrived. The food was nothing special. The service was very bad and the prices were very high. They also put the service tax 2 times on the bill but because the waiter was so unfriendly we just paid to get away. So no recommendation.
Awful restaurant - rude staff and food brought out all at different times! We were shouted at for asking why part of our order was served way before the other half of the table. I would highly recommend you avoid at all cost!!! Total waste of money and so many lovely restaurants to enjoy from just a road away which we sadly didn’t realise!!!
If I could give minus stars I would. Staff are rude and food came at all different times and there was no apology when we said we had been waiting 20 mins for 4 remaining dishes in fact the waiter actually shouted at us for asking where the food was. Food wasn’t cooked properly and it was the worst Italian I’ve ever eaten in my life. Please don’t come here there are so many lovely places in the area with much nicer staff who deserve the business more.
Worse experience over a month's vacation in Italy. We order a focaccia ... It's a pizza coming lol (they don't know how to make the recipe) (see my photo). Then our dishes arrive, one of the two is not the right one. I am told it happens. In the meantime my wife has finished hers. Mine arrives, I cut it in half, it was still frozen inside. We left immediately. Not a word of apology from the boss. No commercial gesture. Note also, an interminable wait when he had three tables occupied. In short, a joke this restaurant. Don't go there!
Poor service! 20mins waiting for menu only. Eventually we went and got it ourselves. No one came to take an order for half an hour. Very disappointed!
