Akki Sushi Milano Reviews
The food was great - admittedly, nothing exceptional in terms of Japanese cuisine, but the service and the atmosphere create an unforgettable experience. We ended up trying both the al a carte menu and the all you can eat menu. The options are extensive and there is something for everyone, the price point is great. Ridoy made sure we were well looked after on both occasions
Very much recommended. The ambience of the place is good and welcoming. Food arrives fast. Quality of food is also above average. Not your normal eat all you can restaurant.
We absolutely love this place! We come here every so often, have brought many friends and family members. Highly recommended!! 😊
We’ve dinner for 5 people, the food was excellent, the fish and plates was great and also the service was quickly even if the restaurant was full. To have the best experience I’ll suggest to reserve the table in advance because otherwise most probably you’ll have to wait outside.
Some of the dishes are A bit salty , not so flavorful. But the rolls are out of expectation. The sashimi can be ordered many times I guessed. We ordered 4times (3 ppl) .the sashimi are big slices which is great better than many of the sushi places with ayce. The menu is various but some of the dishes need to be paid extra.
Great sushi with reasonable prices. Also a decent Chinese food menu as well... Spicy tofu dish was delicious. For sushi - we did the all you can eat and I was surprised at the quality of the fish. Salmon and tuna on the sashimi plate was pretty good, and our favorite roll was the salmon with truffle. Service was also really great - we don't speak Italian and our server was very helpful, even came out to check on us and picked up my jacket sleeves off the floor when it started raining.
Beautiful position! And above all, super attentive, they have a sweet cordiality. It is a place that brings together all the aspects of good service: elegance, courtesy, distinction and precision. The dishes are presented in an elegant, fresh and exquisite way. Congratulations to all the staff, you are special! I hope to return soon.
The food here is nothing short of amazing. I’ve never tasted anything quite like this – it’s as if every bite is a new discovery. The flavors are so rich and well-balanced, you can almost feel how the ingredients complement each other perfectly. It’s truly something special, something that makes you forget everything around you as you eat. I’ve never had anything so good before, and it’s an experience that will stick with you for a long time. If you get the chance to try it, don’t hesitate – it’s a taste journey you won’t want to miss!
Simply fantastic! Great experience at 360 degrees: the food is delicious, the ingredients are 1st quality, the service extremely courteous and efficient and the internal decoration is very smart! Last but not least, the bill is extremely reasonable. During our 4 days in Milan, I went there twice with my family, and cannot wait to return to Milan to visit Kaiseki again! I just hope they keep it up this way.
The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The food was served nicely, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The prices were a bit on the expensive side for two people, we paid nearly €100 but overall, considering the quality of the food, service, and ambiance, it was worth it. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience. Everything was good.
Overall good experience. They forgot one of my orders, but when I pointed it out they brought it quite fast. The service was quite fast, and very nice. They don’t say what they bring to the table, they just put it on, so I’d have an eye for this one. You can ask for only a plate if you don’t want the “all you can eat”! I didn’t know but afterwards they told me via instagram.
The sushi wasn’t bad — the quality was decent and the service was fine. However, there wasn’t much variety for an “all you can eat.” I expected more options and combinations. Overall, it’s okay for a quick meal without big expectations, but not ideal if you’re looking for something more diverse or special.
We went for all you can eat - The overall experience was okay - I feel like the quality of the food was a bit impacted by the amount of clients and orders the restaurant was getting. It was also a bit hot and not wrll ventilated where we were seated. There is so many seats its crazy y But i really liked the mango anf straawberry sushi, other dishes a bit too salty and oily sometimes
Both the times I went , I had more or less the same experience. Irrespective of the fact that I had booking, I had to wait in the queue for my table along with people who had no booking. The food ordered never came on time and they skipped few dishes we ordered. Recently when they gave us last table on the corner, I was shocked with the hygienic view I had to witness while eating (I am sharing the picture of the view). Honestly I am really disappointed with everything, the service , quality of food and the organisation. I wouldn’t ever go back. I tried 3 times to change my opinion but the experience just kept deteriorating.
Horrible Experience - Rushed and Insulted by Staff My dining experience here was absolutely terrible. We had only been seated for 30 minutes when a staff member began arrogantly rushing us to order. He informed us, with absolutely no prior notice, that we were required to leave within 1.5 hours of our arrival. This particular staff member confidently insisted that they must have informed us of this time limit when we made the reservation. This was completely false; no such information was ever provided. He offered no apology for his extremely offensive and bossy behavior. Instead, he proceeded to find fault with us and pick on us repeatedly. The most unbelievable part was when we simply asked him to bring us a pair of chopsticks. He actually deemed our request "impolite" and proceeded to lecture us at our table on "what politeness is." We felt rushed, humiliated, and completely unwelcome. This staff member's unprofessional and condescending attitude ruined our entire meal. I strongly advise avoiding this restaurant.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. As a Chinese customer, I felt I was treated differently compared to other guests. I had made a reservation in advance, but when we arrived, the owner told us we had to finish our meal within 40 minutes — something that was never mentioned during booking. When I politely asked about our food, instead of helping, the waiter gave us an attitude and started lecturing my friend in front of me. It was embarrassing and very unprofessional. The food was just average, and the overall atmosphere made us feel unwelcome. Sadly, I couldn’t shake the feeling that we were being treated unfairly because we are Chinese. If you care about respectful service and a comfortable dining experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
I initially enjoyed the food, and everything seemed great, but unfortunately, I found a hair in my sushi, which completely ruined my appetite. It's really disappointing to find something like that in your food. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, especially when it comes to cooking, and this experience left me concerned about the hygiene standards in the kitchen. This is something that definitely needs to be addressed.
