Blues cafè Milano Reviews
Amazing jazz club experience! 🎶 The atmosphere at Blue Note Milano is truly unique — cosy, vibrant and full of great energy ✨. The live music was outstanding 🎷🎹, and the sound quality made every note feel alive. Staff is kind and service is smooth, making the evening even more enjoyable 🍷. They serve great roasted potatoes / fries! A must-visit for music lovers! 🌟
Wonderful and legendary jazz venue. I loved tonight's performance of "Incognito Presents Citrus Sun." Unlike the Blue Note in New York City Milan's version of Blue Note is much more spacious with great seats. I suggest to come early for the best seats. The food is good too and nice drink menu. Great merch store.
Wonderful place, location and jazz music ❤️🎷🪈🎹I went alone in March 2024, it was crowded because there was a show by the American jazz singer Dee Dee Bridgewater. Amazing everything show, space, staff, wine. I lost my scarf 🧣 and immediately the stafy picked up and when I went to hat shop, I received. So I met American Man, I got a shirt from him.
Jazz club in Milan, an iconic theatre for jazz music. Very nice location, nice place to listen good music and to eat good music. For the big artist you have 2 shows, if you attend the second, you have to wait outside until the first show end. I was there for Macy Gray concert: wonderful!!
The very very best place to go for jazz. I spent a fabulous evening with friends for a cabin don't and great, Louisiana Breezy Jazz Band music. Everything was just perfect, we were celebrating a friend's birthday. I was given a great table, perfect service, a quiet and reserved waiter helped me pay with no fuss. And the band was just amazing. Great guys, thank goodness it's near my house. I want to go all the time! 😀
The show was amazing. The server kinda forced us into drinks and didn't give us a chance to order food. That was the only service we got, while they sat at the back chatting. Again the show was awesome.
I like visiting jazz clubs when travelling and often do so. The Milan Blue Note is larger and plusher then the norm and well run and organized. Orders are via waiters and staff are friendly and helpful although a bit rushed. The music offering is top notch. So why just two stars? Well like many jazz clubs seats are unumbered and coming early gets you a good place, so being into the music we came early. Turns out that the tables are divided into those reserved for diners and those for people like myself who just want to see some jazz and have a few drinks. Unfortunately almost all the tables are for diners with a few at the back or to the extreme left of the stage for people like me, or upstairs in the circle. So I payed 60 euro for two tickets +10-20 euro on drinks for a 90 minute show where, despite arriving early, we had to sit at the back.
We paid an expensive ticket to be served a very cheap aperitivo. The service is terrible, did they not ask even once if we were ok or if we wanted to order something else… we actually would have ordered more, but we didn’t after that terrible service. The music was great, but the food and service SO BAD. I wouldn’t recommend it for that reason.
The performance was excellent, and most of the staff were friendly; however, one male employee behaved in a racist manner and failed to perform his duties properly. Our seats were in the front right area near the stage; although he took orders from the table next to us as well as several other nearby tables, he completely overlooked our table and even missed taking our order. As a result, our food and drinks were not served until just ten minutes before the show ended, and no apology was offered, which was extremely upsetting.
