Casa Ramen Super Milano Reviews
Everything was delicious! We had the chawamushi followed by two ramens - the classic and the vegetarian one. Really, really good. The staff is super nice and helpful, and the playlist was great. The place is small, so make sure to book a table through their website-specially during the weekend.
We didn’t have any table reservation and restaurant was fully booked yet they were flexible enough and found a spot for us, for what we were very thankful! Also it’s a small cozy restaurant with a lovely staff. The food was good and we enjoyed our dinner and drinks a lot.
Lovely experience. The food is great and the staff is absolutely lovely. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend it for a nice gathering with friends or just an amazing dinner on your own (if you go there on your own you can sit in front of the kitchen and watch how your food is prepared).
Casa Ramen Super was probably one of the better culinary experiences I had in Italy, to my great surprise. After a couple of weeks in-country, I was feeling a bit worn out and just wanted some comfort food, and Casa Ramen Super delivered. The ramen was flavorful, the right amount of spice, and perfectly filling. The two servers working the evening shift were excellent as well and very attentive, willing to help me in both Italian and English.
The food was of very high quality. The vegetables were full of flavour, the meat was super tender and also the sticks could cut through it, the egg was juicy and super tasty and the broth it's simply amazing. Very recommended, a good place to enjoy food and see the passion and love of the workers.
We went here with our team on a business trip. We had a great dinner sharing almost all of the menu. The dishes were delicious and diverse. Good wine and good quality/price ratio.
Good ramen that deviates from traditional Japanese styles. Got the red paitan ramen. What I really liked: fresh noodles with the perfect tenacity, perfectly soft chashu pork, decor and music What was alright: A non assertive but spicy broth that still ticks all the boxes, vegetable pairings (Chinese cabbage, baby sprouts, corn) What could’ve been better: a sweeter marinated egg
Great ramen place. Very small and there is definitely a line of people waiting to get in so make reservations! Great tasting ramen, very authentic. They have a vegetarian option as well as a pescatarian option. Also very good sake and Japanese beers.
Great food and great service. My boyfriend and I went last Friday. The food was spectacular and the service was great, extremely friendly and fast but not too fast. The only problem is that if you don't book far enough ahead, you might have to eat at 19:30, but it's worth it!

Very good ramen, tender chashu, flavourful kakuni and a rich salty broth. I would prefer if there was an option for a tonkotsu base but the chicken base was quite nice too. I felt the noodles were a bit too soft and became soggy toward the end. Bowl size is on the smaller size for the price.
Great food, staff is young and not very attentive to the customers in general, they are often distracted and like to talk among themselves instead of focusing on the service. We go here often because we live nearby, and today was the apex that confirmed it what before was a minor annoyance that didn't bother us too much. Hard to say it for a place we love and visit often but I was 'super' disappointed ;). Walked in on rainy Sunday at 22:12 thinking of taking away for two (not sure if it's even an option), didn't even get to say what I was there for, that I was slammed with kitchen is closed we are very sorry. Fair enough only few tables had guests but I was sent away anyways. When I pointed to the opening times till 23:00 they said that the restaurant is open till then but the kitchen is closed before.. 45+ minutes before closing time? Seems excessive or an excuse to go home early..
Not really Japanese ramen. First of all, they have options for ramen without broth which absolutely makes no sense. How can you call yourself a ramen house and serve ramen with no broth? You can call that noodles and beef, not ramen. The ramen that actually comes with broth is very mediocre. The broth was very salty with no flavour. For the price, I would say there are a lot better places in Milano to visit for nice Ramen. Poor experience.
I am a fan of Japanese food but this experience was not good at all. First of all, the interior design was very mundane. The quality of the food was not suitable at all for its high price. I had ramen with spicy sauce and meat ragu, which compared to my previous experiences, I can say it was awful. I got cheesecake for dessert. Japanese cheesecake was my first experience and I will never have it again
Milano is known for its excellent food, but they missed a spot. Instant ramen is so much better, I'm sorry to say. I wouldn't dare bring my Japanese friends here.
