every time we connect in Milan Central Station, my son ask me to eat there . We normally eat the "tigelle" food, and i have a glass of Lambrusco, which is one of the few light, sparkling , red wines.

Went twice, both times great. The first time I had the Cesarina salad which was the best “Cesar salad” I’ve had in all Italy. The second time we had a ragú lasagna and tortellini which we enjoyed…
Although it is located in the station area is very cozy and clean. The food is just incredibly delicious. Ravioli with pumpkin cream drizzled with butter and sage left me speechless. I highly recom…
On arrival in Milan just from the airport, very hungry and tired after what looked like ages of travelling. Stepped into this restaurant, not sure of what to order, asked the attendant to help me choose, he asked me what sort of food I wanted? Salad or Pasta? Told him salad and he suggested I try the Cesarina. Food was excellent, freshly made and worth every penny I spent. Price very reasonable and staff was very professional in their service. I think it’s the best place and food I ate on my trip. Had to stop by again on my way out of the country to eat again. Would recommend especially if you are staying around the central area or can make your way to the restaurant. Would eat here again and again if I can.
During our travels, we looked for a dining option that was both healthy and appealing. Dispensa Emilia turned out to be the perfect choice for us. We ordered loaded salads—one with parmigiana and extra Parma ham, and the other, the more affordable option, with bacon and grana cheese. Both salads were flavorful and delicious, accompanied by three Tigelle as our bread option. However, we were a bit disappointed to find that potatoes were unavailable, and there weren't many side options to choose from. The service could be improved; only cutlery was provided, with no additional condiments like oil or salt. The cleanliness of the restrooms also needs attention, as they were somewhat dirty and filled with tissues. Overall, the food was acceptable, and we would recommend Dispensa Emilia, especially for those travelling with large luggage.
This is a good option for getting a quick meal when you're around the Milan central station. The service is quite prompt and the ambience is nice it's set away from the main crowd around the station yet it's just walking distance from it. We tried the pork lasagne and roast beef potato dish...A very interesting way their beef sliced very thin , roast potato lightly sauted with herbs and olive oil. It cost us within thirty bucks for two people

I went here at night. I had a charcuterie board. It was pretty good. The bread with it was very fresh. It’s a very light meal. I liked it.
The hotel is in a beautiful spot, right in front of the lake — the view is truly lovely and worth a visit. A special mention to the older gentleman who prepares pasta in a cheese wheel; he’s incredibly kind, always with a big, warm smile. I’d honestly give 3 stars just for him! That said, the service overall left room for improvement. We ordered pizza, pasta, and Coke Zero — the pizza arrived in 2 minutes, but the pasta took about 25 minutes, and the Coke Zero never came. That inconsistency made the experience a bit frustrating. Another thing to note is that they charge a €10 cover fee, and on top of that, ask for a tip separately. Personally, I don’t find that very kind or fair — it would be better if either the service charge was included transparently or left entirely to the guest’s discretion. The place has a lot of potential because of its location and charm, but I sincerely hope they work on improving the service experience.
The personnel was very friendly and helpful, she even tried speaking in spanish. The food was okay, I liked the entry but the main dish was not too good and in relation to quality a little expensive for the offer. One of the bathrooms was not functioning and the one that was was dirty without toilet paper. The place in general was nice and clean.
Food is ok but not special. Service is good though. The place is spacious and clean. We tried pumkin stuffed pasta with ragu sauce which was ok. The bolognese sandwich was salty though but the eggplant one was good. Tiramisu was pretty decent but small size. There is surcharge of 1.5 euro for 1 person.
Food was good but nothing special, the worse part is that the staf doesn't speak any English at all nor has the desire to communicate. My partners food was delivered to our table, mine didn't arrive. Upon investigating they had packed to to go, left it out to cool and just tossed it to me without any further comment.
Do not recommend the tortelloni at all, the entire skin was extremely hard and almost entirely inedible. I ordered the tortelloni di ricotta e spinach (with the ragu as per their recommendation). The portion is already small and I left almost all of the tortelloni uneaten. You first order and pay for the food at the cashier and they bring the food to you. Good thing about this place is that there is plenty of seating and it’s convenient if you’re going to the Milano Centrale train station. Nice staff. My friend got the lasagne and it was too creamy. Strozzapreti gricia is better for pasta if you really want pasta. Go for the tigelle sandwiches. At least it was affordable.
The glasses are dirty, there are no naps, only a fork, no knife or spoon, … The food was terrible, some dry pasta And they are no friendly at all
They messed up our order four times. We ordered four pastries, but each time we received a different type than the one we ordered. Even at the checkout they rang up only 2 pieces instead of 4. We initially received only two and had to wait even longer for the rest.
I am a little late in writing this review, but since I waited half an hour for a simple salad, I thought it was only right to share my experience. From a culinary perspective, the quality of the food was excellent. The tigelle were well prepared, the ingredients fresh and the value for money reasonable. Special mention goes to a supposed Francisca? faincecsalla? I didn’t hear well whose efficiency and professionalism stood out despite the high volume of orders. Unfortunately, the service in the dining room was another story. The general management appeared disorganized and inefficient, resulting in errors that slowed down operations and negatively affected the atmosphere. I observed a non-Italian member of staff managing orders on the computer, often assigning dishes to the wrong tables. When waiters attempted to verify information, rather than receive assistance, they were met with impatience and frustration. One waiter in particular had to return multiple times with the same dish, attempting to clarify the correct table, only to be treated with irritation for an error that was not his. What struck me the most, however, was the way two young employees were treated. One of them clearly had a lot of experience in the industry and knew exactly what he was doing, yet he was repeatedly underestimated and condescendingly corrected. The other, while continuing to learn, was unable to develop or improve in such a dysfunctional environment. If restaurants continue to complain about staffing shortages, perhaps they should first consider why so many skilled workers choose to leave the country - under these conditions, it is completely understandable. I give three stars only for the quality of the food and the commendable work of the kitchen staff, but the management of the staff and the general organization of the service require immediate attention. Finally, a direct message to the young man with the bandaid: if you come across this review, I strongly encourage you to explore new opportunities. With your skills, you deserve to work in an environment that truly values you. I sincerely hope that this review will prove useful to the institution in improving its internal operations. Of course, my observations are based on a single visit, as I was just passing through on a business trip. I write in English for convenience, as it is my native language.
Don’t bother coming is you have big luggages. Service: Similar to other reviews with bad rating, staff were unfriendly and not welcoming. Demanded us to order first before we can take a seat. Look how empty the restaurants are. Due to the two huge luggages we had, we decided to take the four seats so that we don’t block the way. However, the male staff at the counter sId we could only take the two seaters. Food: uncooked pasta. Worst that is have eaten in my entire two weeks of italy trip. Look at the photos to judge yourself. I would rate a 0.5/5 if there is….
