People will complain that you have to wait a certain time to get your food (which is absolutely banger by the way), but the staff is just four people ? 3 cooks who are doing what they can in the space they have (which is enough). The desk person, who on top of taking orders and making sure deliveries get given to the good delivery guys, also serves people and wraps up all orders for everyone (she deserves a raise for all that). To us it was fantastic and worth the hype, it’s not a fast food therefore it takes time, but it’s all worth it.

The burger was very delicious, and the fries were great as well. The service was very friendly. The doors were open, which of course helps with ventilation since the space is quite small and the burgers are prepared in an open kitchen. However, because it was very cold, it’s not the most comfortable place to sit and eat. That said, since the food is served quickly, it’s absolutely fine overall.

This is the best smashed burger I’ve ever had hands down. I understand how this could get super busy during high season. Beef was cooked perfectly crusted and all the burger components hit the spot. We also had the nuggets which were OK, but were nothing too special. They served them hot with a delicious chutney sauce (I assume it’s their take on sweet n sour). Not much seating inside. You are sort of left to your own devices even if you say “eat here” as they point to the stacked stools at the corner of the shop for you to DIY your own set up. No complaints though as we came when it was quiet and we were able to find a space no problem.

Best nuggets I’ve ever had, tasted like eating real juicy chicken. The burger itself was alright, didn’t like the bread layer because it felt like you get so much more bread than meat in a bite. The homemade sauces were also super delicious! Definitely exceeded very expectations! This place tends to get busy in the late afternoon. For us, when we visited at 12 noon, we were the second group of customers in the place.

Thank you Paris for giving us Dumbo. My favourite smash burger. So delicious and love the sweet and sour sauce that comes with the nuggets too. So glad we have a branch of this in London.

Got cheese burger, nuggets and soda. Cheeseburger came out hot. Between the brioche buns were two smashed patties cooked to perfection. The thin outer side layer of the patty was perfectly crusty with a layer of meat and a fantastic amount of juice trapped inside. It was like biting into crusty cheese crackers. Couldn't have asked for a better patty. Honestly, the best hamburger patty I've eaten yet. Brioche bread was good but not exceptional. Diced onions. Good kick and texture. Two slices of pickles with two slices of cheese and some mustard sauce. Cheese was good quality. You can literally taste it melt in your mouth. Sole element of improvement is brioche. Overall, excellent cheeseburger. Nice price. Nuggets were ball shaped. Meat had so much juice the outside crust fell off too easily. Actually dropped a nugget because the meat slipped from the crust. Guess it is hard balancing juicy meat and crust. Overall, it tasted like a better version mcnuggets. Nothing exceptional but good. No tables in the shop but there are a lot of round chairs so I ate while placing the food on chairs. Don't worry, they regularly clean the chairs after customers use them. Would totally visit again, best cheeseburger in town.

If you like a VERY good burger, this is your spot. We come back every time we’re in Paris - mostly because I can’t stop thinking about it until the next time I get to devour one. Smash-burger heaven with the perfect bun. Simple but utter delicious.

The only burger spot in Paris with Turkish hot pepper pickles — and they’re amazing! The owner discovered them on a trip to Turkey, fell in love, and decided to bring them here. As a Turkish girl, I fully approve — best idea ever.

Dumbo nails the smashburger—crispy edges, juicy patty, gooey cheese, and a buttery soft bun. The little cup of tangy pickled peppers on the side adds the perfect zing. Expect a queue, but it’s totally worth the wait. One of Paris’s top burger spots, hands down.

Burger was great! 100 percent recommend eating there and not getting to go. Service was quick but due to how busy they are there is no place to wait for your food.

Dumbo keeps it simple and does it exceptionally well. Their cheeseburger is all about great flavors—juicy, well-seasoned, and perfectly balanced. The fries are crispy, flavorful, and paired with a unique dipping sauce that adds an extra layer of taste. The veggie burger is also a solid option.

Loved the place! The food was amazing and so was the staff the guy was very friendly. We got to try the cheeseburger and the veggie one and both were very tasty and great in size, we also got fries which were very good. They put so many one couldn’t finish the whole cup. Loved the atmosphere and the music. I would revisit for sure.

they serve one beef and one veggie burger as well as fries in a tiny rudimentary setting with stock stored underneath the single bench on the wall and the restroom behind stacks of boxes, but their burgers are great. quick and friendly service, either for takeout or on paper plates on one of the few stools if you can snatch one. they have three drinks you can choose from, and you can pay by cash or card, the line is always long, but the wait is well worth it if you don't mind a slightly uncomfortable sitting experience.

Ordered on Uber Eats and everything came nicely sealed. The burger was delicious and fresh the chicken nuggets come in a 6 count and have a nice crisp to them. My fries didn’t taste like they had just been cooked and they weren’t warm like everything else. Also, I only received one ketchup and a tiny special sauce cup. I’m staying on a hotel and would have liked more sauce in my delivery order because you just never know how much someone might need.

Very good smashed burger. The patties were thin, which is how I like my smash burgers to be. I thought the burger was big for a smash burger and very good for the price. The fries were also crunchy. The line was a little slow but I understood why, since there was only one guy working the cashier, packaging the orders and delivering them to tables. I would eat here again.

Good smash burger for Paris standards - not as good as the US. There are a few stools inside, but may not be the most comfortable to dine on unless you’re there for a short time. You order on the right side and wait for your name to be called. The cheeseburger was good. The fries were quite crispy but had a slight off taste to it - not sure if it was the oil it was fried in. Their orange sauce or whatever it was not bad, but was more on the tangy side so it threw me off.

Small shop, simple menu, friendly staffs, tasty food! Cheeseburger (smashed) is tasty, but I love their fries even more, seems like they fried them with peanut oil (I guess, based on the taste), very good, dip as well. Only downside is the indoor seating is crowded and makes your cloth smelly, also very warm.

Waiting for so long even there were not many people .when I came home in such a rainy evening I found out that I got the sauce but no French fries which I paid for - so you can imagine my disappointment.P.S. the burgers were tasty though

We went there last week to try their burgers to see what all this hype is about. To be honest, our overall experience was good, yet nothing special. I mean it was a good smash burger not gonna lie but nothing extraordinary.. nuggets were very oily & not the best. Fries were also okayish. I wouldn’t mind going again but definitely doesnt fall in my top 50 burger places i’ve tried. They have a takeaway outlet so you’ll have to find a nice spot to eat it. Overall 3/5

Je mange dans cet établissement depuis longtemps car je travaille à proximité. Il faut être honnête : les burgers sont bons et les frites aussi. C’est d’ailleurs la raison pour laquelle je revenais régulièrement. Cependant, le service s’est nettement dégradé avec le temps, et ma dernière visite a été la goutte de trop. Dès qu’il y a une dizaine de clients, l’organisation devient chaotique. L’attente s’allonge de manière excessive et la gestion de la prise de commande ainsi que de la remise des burgers manque clairement d’efficacité. Jusqu’ici, je passais outre car la qualité de la nourriture compensait. Lors de ma dernière visite, le comportement d’un employé a été particulièrement déplacé. Lors du paiement en espèces, il a affiché une attitude visiblement agacée, faisant des grimaces comme si c’était au client de fournir l’appoint, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. Lorsque nos burgers ont été prêts, il n’a pas appelé correctement notre nom. L’espace étant pourtant très petit, il aurait suffi de parler normalement. Au lieu de cela, il l’a murmuré à peine audible. Quand j’ai finalement compris qu’il s’agissait de notre commande et que je l’ai signalé, il a levé les yeux au ciel en soupirant bruyamment “oh là là “, comme si nous le dérangions. Il a été extrêmement impoli. Aucun client ne devrait avoir l’impression qu’on lui fait une faveur en le servant. La politesse et le professionnalisme sont le strict minimum attendu, en particulier dans un quartier comme le Marais où le niveau de service est généralement élevé. Lorsqu’une personne donne clairement l’impression de se croire au-dessus d’un poste en contact avec la clientèle, elle devrait travailler ailleurs et ne pas être placée en salle. L’attitude est aussi importante que la qualité de la nourriture. Cette expérience m’a définitivement dissuadée de revenir, malgré le fait que j’appréciais auparavant les burgers.
