El Pollo Gordo Milano Reviews
I was pleasantly surprised to see so many Italians picking up the spit-roasted chicken, or as they call it here: "a la brasa"! I was a guest at a birthday party, I'd already eaten Peruvian food, and I really enjoyed it here! I had the CÀUSA, a cold dish made of layers of mashed potatoes, avocado, and tuna with a mixed mayonnaise and onion sauce! To accompany it, they had a fantastic passion fruit juice, beautifully fresh, as only Latin Americans can make it. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. But be careful of the window area, which is not clean and full of dust.
Some of the best Peruvian food you’ll find in Europe 🇵🇪
Friendly staff, first and foremost. I stumbled upon it by chance, strolling through the streets during my lunch break to discover a few new places. Curious, I entered the restaurant and asked if they actually served Peruvian cuisine. They replied yes, adding that they had a daily menu. Happy with the news (being Peruvian), I rushed to the restaurant the next day to try their menu. What can I say? Generous portions, fresh and tasty food; the chicken skewers were grilled to order, as was the fried Broaster chicken. I liked the small detail that they served chicha de mora for my drink, a practically impossible drink that instantly took me back to my childhood in Lima. Finally, for dessert, a delicious jelly, which isn't a given, considering most restaurants charge for dessert. All this for €12. Better let the photos do the talking. I'll definitely be back on a Thursday, where I've been told they have an aperitif buffet.
I love it
Best food I've eaten in a while. Everything's good, you can't miss

Very good rotisserie chicken and ceviche. A little Peruvian joint.
Nice
Super
Super!
A Peruvian restaurant with excellent cuisine that reflects its traditional dishes. The chicken is very good, well-seasoned and flavorful. The accompanying sauces are also well-prepared. The dishes are generous and the prices are truly reasonable. The only flaw is the service, which in my opinion could be improved!
The last time i ate here it was a bit pricy but the dishes were abundant and it was delicious.
Premise with the food everything is ok, abundant dishes and up to this point everything is fine, shame about the lack of sympathy of the gentleman at the cash register, we entered the empty place only customers in the place, do it smile it's free, we sit at the table and he doesn't even bring us the menu, this is only because 2 minutes before I only asked how much it was for the chicken, but are you kidding the menu bring it to me anyway, but okay I ask for an appetizer in addition to the chicken "that he had already chosen the one for 4", that's fine too, so I show him from the menu (taken from the internet) the potato cake that on the menu photographed by one of his customers had the price of 8 euros. In conclusion I paid 55 euros of which 40 for the whole chicken for 4 (excellent price for everything he brought me, but I choose it and not you) and 15 euros for the cake. Obviously without seeing the menu I couldn't argue (my mistake) but I didn't say anything. Beyond this, the food is good and the dishes abundant. However, we need to improve a lot in the reception and do at least the minimum.
While passing through the neighborhood, I stopped at Pollo Gordo. The fried chicken is good and the plates generous. But the prices are high, which I wasn't expecting. The service wasn't very friendly. The restrooms were clean because they were inspected at the very beginning of the shift.
Worst Arroz Chaufa i ever ate, very bad quality. Restaurant Karbon y Limon in Milan is much better and cheaper.
The quality of food was really bad...!
Bad servis
Absolute rubbish. Most possibly, one of the worst restaurants in Milan.
Service and behaviour is not good
