Fancytoast Milano Reviews
First time in Milan and we’re very pleased with the lunch. It’s quality stuff and you don’t have to wait long either. The server was also nice and immediately gave us the english menu haha
I visited Fancytoast with a friend for breakfast and I tried their Brunch (25€). Great quantity of food, nice unlimited drip coffee, the toasts are gigantic and delicious, and overall everything was tasty, well balanced and with good flavour combinations. Pancakes were fluffy and tasty. Cherry on top was the team, two friendly informal guys who really made sure we had a good experience. I felt welcomed and the overall vibe was excellent. Golden service! Good job, guys! Highly recommended.
I found out the place on Instagram and I’m glad that I gave it a try. I ordered original brunch, which is 25€. For starters I ordered “eggs&bacon” and as a side dish “best patate ever”. I liked both of them very much. Besides, I took americano and fresh orange juice. Then I had “hangover toast” and “banana nutella pancake”. I amazingly enjoyed the brunch. Everything the waiters brought in front of me was super delicious. The only thing is that the staff doesn’t know English well, but you can communicate with them anyway:)
I went to Fancy Toast a couple of weekends ago for the All you can eat pancake solution and... they were all super good! The recipe for the pancakes was so close to the one in the states that it really made me feel at home (as corny as that may sound). I personally preferred the blueberry ones from the sweet menu (because it reminded me of my family Sunday breakfast) and the smoked salmon from the salty side (this one simply because of the originality of the combination of ingredients). Now I just can’t wait to try their Sunday brunch! Super recommended
Great effort has gone into the detail of this restaurant. A taste of American dining culture in Milan is a welcome addition, great atmosphere, great decor, great service and great food is highly rated. A step in the right direction and a modern nudge that Milan needs. Such a simple concept gives Milan a much needed wake up call in what it needs to add to keep up with the newest generation and tourist standards. This place has a limited menu but what is present is delicious, well priced and offers a surrounding which is comfortable and relaxing well worth a visit for lunch. Well done guys for such a simple concept it opens a lot of ideas and sets a standard.
Visited for brunch as I sometimes struggle for vegan options in Italy and they had a couple on the menu. I opted for the beetroot hummus / avocado toast - it was absolutely delicious . Nice to have s…
I frequently go there to work. Relaxing and friendly environment, free fast WiFi and power sockets. Coffee and avocado toast strongly recommended
Nice spot for breakfast in Milan, not too far from the Central Station. They do a good value breakfast deal for €15, which includes an open toast, side of fried potatoes, a bottle of water, an orange juice and a coffee. I had the Mangambero Open Toast - Beetroot Hummous, Brown Shrimp, Mango, rocket, black sesame seeds and sprout shoots, with a cocktail mayonnaise. Very fresh and tasty.
Do not go to this chain of good; it’s called fancy toasts and they don’t even have fresh bread; they use the one from the supermarket to eh don’t even toast it; food is cold. Tiny proportions. We had…
I do not recommend anyone to go to this “brunch spot”. First of all, the waitress took away our cutlery to give it to other customers and there were pigeons eating the food remaining from a nearby table. I am not even going to speak about the quality of the food, since I couldn’t feel the taste of a toast properly because of the enormous quantities of mayonnaise, grease and barbecue sauce. All the food came very cold, and after asking for it to be reheated, a waitress returned with the same cold dish but 2 deceased pieces of bacon to my delight. I really hope this place improves as its a shame such a good theme goes to such waste.
