Filipino Style Milano Reviews
I’ve been seeing this restaurant around for a long time but was always a bit skeptical about trying it whenever I’m in Milan. No offense, but the place looks small and not very fancy for dining in, which held me back. One day I got sick and was craving some Pinoy noodles, then I found out they sell them here. I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Their cooking style is very similar to my mom’s, which for me is the best compliment. It’s rare to find really good Filipino food abroad, and I’d say this is the closest to the real thing. To confirm it wasn’t just a one-time thing, I came back the very next day to try their pork BBQ and isaw, and I was amazed that those were great too. The pork BBQ was a bit tough, probably because it was rushed, but the flavor was still amazing. The only downside is that they don’t do deliveries. Overall, this place is truly a Filipino gem and definitely worth visiting.
Everyone should try this place out. Really good filipino food at a great price. My wife loved her si sig that she got. I loved the special lomi and I felt as if my Lola cooked it up for me. I asked for fried garlic and the waitress got it right away. Super friendly staff and quality food.
Kusina ni Lodi in Milan delivers an authentic Filipino dining experience with flavorful dishes, generous portions, and warm hospitality. From classic lechon kawali and bicol express to indulgent and very delicious sisig and pork tocino, every bite feels like home. Perfect for those craving comfort food or exploring Filipino cuisine. Highly recommended!
We were doing a road trip and stopped by Milan to rest. I googled best Filipino restaurant in Milan, and Kusina ni Lodi showed up. It was the best experience in our Milan stop over. It was so cold and as soon as we got inside the restaurant, they served us piping hot soup to warm us! It was sooo comforting. We ordered kare kare, BBQ, tocilog and sizzling sisig. I love my Filipino food so much, and I’m very picky but this restaurant hit the spot. It’s the best I’ve tried in Europe or even better than some restaurants in the Philippines. Food tastes fresh and authentic! It’s affordable too. The crispy kare kare is the best! I wish we live nearby. The staff and owner is so friendly too. Try this restaurant, and you will not be disappointed.
Lately, homesickness has been weighing heavily on me, and the best solace I've found is through food. Kusina ni Lodi, undoubtedly the best Filipino restaurant in Milan, offers a diverse array of delicious dishes that are sure to please. Every bite was a delight, and even my Italian husband and kids savored each dish we ordered. I highly recommend it if you're craving authentic Filipino flavors and wants to satisfy your Pinoy taste buds. Give it a try – it's truly worth it!
To simply put, the best Filipino restaurant - possibly not only in Milan nor entirety of Italy but possibly the entirety of Europe. The food is excellent and its quality is superb, but the best thing is the comfort the food and the Owner, Franco, brings. Even if the restaurant is busy, he doesn't fail to entertain his customers whether it may be a small gesture by wishing them "buon appettito" or checking out his customer outside if they're cold. I most definitely recommend the restaurant for anyone craving Filipino food, especially if you're missing our Home Country - food here will bring you the comfort you're missing or the taste of the Philippines.
We went to Milan expecting to eat great pasta but then we stumbled at this amazing place called Kusina ni Lodi then my inner Filipino blood was amazed how delicious the food here. We ordered the Bundat Lauriat and their famous Lomi. Bundat Lauriat was really good! It has everything you could ask for! Siomai, chicharon, lumpia, and sinangag. Then Lomi came…. It came out super hot, that while I was eating it I have to fan myself lol it was so good and it came with everything as well! And then the dessert… I had to get the scrambled to reminisced my elementary days in Philippines and it did not fail at all. I was surprised that they managed to get everything right from the powdered sugar, chocolate syrup and the wafer. Sobrang sarap lahat!!!!! If you are in Milan don’t think twice, go visit them and you will not get disappointed. My review doesn’t end here. I just want to applaud the employees and the owner of Kusina ni Lodi. They are family business and I know that they are proud of this business that they built. Eating here was a reminder how Filipino community will always have the best experience you will have. The owner was so nice that they make sure that we are well taken care off, they even gave us a leche flan sample that it was so good I want to order a whole pan but I have to stop myself because I’m on a diet (Charot) I’m so glad we ended up eating here for our last night here in Milan because they definitely made it a memorable experience. we wish you all the best and we hope we can visit you again soon!
Ciao Franco, many thanks for welcoming us so warmly today. We really enjoyed the food, which was freshly prepared. The quality is at the highest level. It was very authentic. The best filipino cuisine outside of Philippines! Regards to your youngest son who also took the time to play with our children. Best Halo-Halo worldwide! You are a very honest chef and have a healthy mindset which is why you are in the Top 10 in Milano. We had a nice time at your restaurant. Nice to chat with you. Recommendation to the fullest! 11/10 points! Ingat. R+J&kids from Germany
After almost a week in Milan, we wanted to have a comfort Filipino food and this place is highly recommended. Great location, excellent food and most of all friendly owner and staff. Their scramble reminds me of my childhood street cold drinks. If I knew the chef was from Batangas province, I would have order Lomi. Going back to our hotel with happy tummy.
Amazing food! You can tell they were passionate about their dishes. We felt right at home in the restaurant, both the staff and the owner were friendly and welcoming. It's a little slice of the Philippines in Milan. We were so excited for the Halo halo that we forgot to take pictures!
Great Filipino food in Milan while my family and I spending summer vacation here. Staff are very accommodating and friendly.
Amazing Filipino food coming from an American traveling here. Honestly the best I’ve ever had and would suggest locals or tourists to come here for sure!
The place is cool, the staff greets you with a warm welcome and is all accommodating. The food is delicious! The taste is reminiscent of home (Philippines)

I used to watched Kuya Kuya (.The owner in some social media )as far as I become one of his followers it tooks me to his bbq restaurant. I'm leaving far away from Milano and I would like to share …
Great service as always. The staff were friendly, the restaurant is clean, the food is of good quality, the portions are great. We live on the opposite side of Milan, but a trip there is always wor…
The food was great...even the crew/waitress are polite...serving food on time.. It was a wonderful experience... I suggest a bigger place.
The place is small but the food was amazing! We ate the buddle fight bundle. I really liked their chicken barbecue, it’s so soft and the bone just comes right off. I would definitely go back!

food is ottimo busog ka talaga at sulit naman ibabayad mo..fast and organize sila ..l unica cosa lang talaga ay maliit ang space nila .. but still a 10/10 on my point of view grande kuya kuya
Just moved to this neighborhood, I found a great Filipino restaurant near my house. I think it’s a family restaurant, the chef is probably famous enough as I saw some articles about him on the wall. The girls there were so fun, they were vibing to the music, sometimes they forgot our ordered dishes but I don’t mind. The food is authentic, the cool thing is they have the BBQ intestines which other Filipino restaurants hardly have. Hope they can add bulalo soup to the menu.
The restaurant offers many Filipino dishes, with average food quality. Service was prompt, and the location is convenient near Lodi Tibb Metro Station. Cleanliness could be improved
It is very disappointing the food was serve to us is not like the old comment shown and also picture's in menu i do not want to brag but my comment is for them to improve the food quality and service. We order special Lomi barbeque ,fried rice and halohalo . I order fried rice not rice with soysauce and egg! We expect good food as shown in a recomendation of some "vloger" but sadly to say it is not good quality food! Sa pilipino sayang pera! Sa madaling salita! Waste of money! in a easy way to speak! To the management pls improve !!!
