Esperienza super positiva! I banconisti e cassieri sono stati estremamente disponibili, simpatici e professionali: Marco, Daniel, William, Juan . Ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!
Ci rivediamo presto!
Ideal location, across the street from the Duomo. We were lucky enough to be seated at an outdoor table with a direct view. It was beautiful to watch the scene change from daylight to night when th…
Very friendly, can’t do enough to help. Food was gorgeous. The view of the Duomo was perfect as right I. Front of you. Overall 5 out of 5.

Belting view of the cathedral, not too expensive for the location either, would recommend to a friend or family members

Locale accogliente e pulito. Piacevole scoperta.
Very good food and nice staff. The problem was the old Italian who kept scolding the young waiters who, from his point of view, were not doing anything right. Besides that, the old man was very arrogant. Because of him we wanted to leave, but the waiters were very nice to us so we stayed.
The meals are very small and not adequate for price terrible yo be honest!!!!! Also, had to ask for Grana Padano cheese I thought it would be obvious as part of a pasta dish!

Pizzas are poor, I think they are frozen and they just warm up them. Not good at all, and small. Aperol spritz is not strong, like too much water in it. Carbonara portion is so small and not tasty …
We really liked our server he was really nice The latte and cappuccino were on point but the soft cannoli was not good unfortunately but its visually pleasing so we took some good pictures you need to choose a good spot if you want to take a good picture with the duomo
Good view. Expect when the open tour bus stops right in front of the Duomo. The dishes are small. The drinks overpriced (14€ un gintonic). It didn’t come with the apperitivo (even when I asked for it). They took the drink before I could finish it. And when the check came the tip was included by them and mandatory. Not super happy
The location is excellent, but it’s clearly a tourist trap. Servers encourage ordering oversized drinks without clearly stating the price, which can end up being an absurd €50 for a beer. Food quality is average, though the spot itself is nice. Just be cautious, as the staff may try to upsell in a misleading way
I’ve eaten cannoli in Sicily and remote regions of Italy that were far superior in taste and texture and the pastry fresher and cruncher than in this caffe. At 7 Euros each this is highway robbery… …

prices listed were not what was charged. Charged nearly 4X times the price. Turned out to be an incredibly expensive breakfast and the food wasn’t even good

Excellent service. Products not to our liking. For us, the prices on the receipt were different from those on the table menu. We noticed the (surely unintentional) typo after paying and leaving the venue, so we went back to point it out. After recalculating, the overcharged amount was refunded. I strongly recommend that future customers bring with them the attention and honesty befitting a good restaurateur, it might come in handy. __________________ Servizio eccellente.
In 5 abbiamo speso ben 95 euro. Personale splendido titolare meno. Non adatto a chi è sulla carrozzina. Bagno vecchio e sporco dopo rampa assurda di scale. Carissimo.
Tourist trap – avoid at all costs. The food is disgraceful, with the quality of every dish and drink well below average, and the prices are outrageous. The location might seem appealing to an unsuspecting tourist, but all you’ll actually see are buses, pigeons flying over the tables, oversized (and poorly made) cocktails, and -if you’re lucky- a giant bush blocking the view of the cathedral. That said, the service is excellent!
DON’T GO!
Great service and very kind staff, but unfortunately thats because they scam you. Please be very careful when paying. They are quick to charge and don’t give you time to properly check the receipt. Over $7 in extra fees and tips were added without my consent, and they refused to remove them. Items that were presented as “complimentary” were also charged on the bill. Overall, it was very disappointing and felt like a rip-off.
It is a tourist trap Be careful dining here. The restaurant added a coperto (cover charge) on the bill — which is normal in Italy but also added a 10% “service charge”. The issue is that on the printed bill, this 10% was labeled as “good tips”, and the staff asked me to pay that part in cash separately instead of including it on the official receipt. That means the restaurant is likely collecting extra cash under the guise of a service fee, which is not declared and misleading to tourists. Tourists, please check your bill carefully, you should never be asked to pay part of it separately in cash if it’s already printed. And to the Italian tax authorities, this practice should be reviewed, it’s clearly not transparent or compliant.
Avoid this place if you’re in Milan. The cannoli was far too sweet and didn’t seem fresh — I couldn’t even finish it. When I mentioned it to the staff, the response was rude and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the visit. Overpriced too, for the quality of the products and the service.
🚨 SCAM ALERT – Avoid this restaurant at all costs! 🚨 This place is a complete rip-off and one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Here’s why: 1. Tiny portions – The pasta dishes are ridiculously small and nowhere near worth the price they charge. 2. Misleading cocktail prices – The menu only shows the price for a “normal” cocktail. It doesn’t mention the cost of a “large.” When I specifically told the waiter I did NOT want a large, he tricked me into it anyway. The so-called “small difference” in price turned out to be DOUBLE: €18 for a regular vs. €36 for the large! And what was the “large”? Just a big glass full of ice with barely any alcohol inside. Total scam. 3. They charged us for chairs – Yes, you read that right. We were literally billed extra for the chairs we sat on. 4. Forced tip – On top of all this, they added a mandatory 10% tip to the bill. No choice, no discussion. 💀 This restaurant is a massive scam. Don’t waste your money or your time – you’ll leave hungry, angry, and broke.
It is tourist trap, they don't tell the prices first and even if you order something they ask for completely different price and moreover they added 10 precent tip already in the bill. That's like robbery in broad day light. 2 coffees and one sandwich cost 50 euros. Will never go again and suggest everyone not to to go. Guys, shops like this are giving Italy a very bad name...
Absolute tourist trap and throw in some pricing dishonesty for good measure. Service was slow because they add an undisclosed gratuity and all prices were more than double the prices on display. €2 coffee was €5.50 and €6 beer was €9 plus a €2 gratuity. Our €8 bill was €16.60 and they are your typical hit and run , scam the tourists spot that definitely give Milan a bad name.
WORST EXPERIENCE IN EUROPE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We were deceived by the pretty pastries at the window and cute looking atmosphere of the main floor. We were brought down to sit in the basement, which looked like it was operated by Middle Eastern guys. The cannolis were hard and artificial tasting, like sweet frosting. Coffee was the worst I’ve ever had in Europe AND my hot coffee was cold. The menu said a tea is 5€. When we were brought the check, I was charged €10 for ONE cup of tea, which the waited explained is a “special mint tea” and I “didn’t ask how much it was”, so it’s my fault they didn’t have it on the menu. Very suspicious with payments. My friend was paying with a credit card, the waiter said it didn’t go through but she got a bank notification that she was charged. That became a whole issue in itself. Further, after I paid with a credit card, he came back to take my receipt away so he can “show his boss”. Very sketchy, ugly, bad service, an ABSOLUTE tourist trap. Did not enjoy the food and paid €23 for 2 cannolis and one tea.
Not a pleasant dessert experience. Buy your own dessert from anywhere else and go sit by the duomo yo avoid this unnecessarily expensive experience. Food quality: Terrible!!!! Tooo sweet. I know it is a dessert shop but the desserts are just sickly sweet. No quality at all. Prices: Compared to the quality, it is a rip off! Too unnecessarily expensive. I paid €9 for three pieces of rolls stuffed with chocolate/cream. I would happily pay this if the dessert was good quality and tasty. Location This is the only good thing about it. Just across from the duomo which may justify the prices, but come on… you are charging people money, give them good quality. Advice: I would advise the owner to provide better quality of desserts. Would I go back? Definitely not!
