Ottimo. Una bellissima esperienza di gusto! Pesce freschissimo e preparato con grande cura e rispetto delle materie prime. Ottimo il crudo accompagnato da salse e condimenti abbinati ad hoc; il baccalà mantecato è un sogno ad occh… bocca aperta; i primi piatti ed i dessert davvero buoni, il tutto presentato con cura e gusto visivo. Lo chef è cordiale e molto estroverso al pari delle sue abilità “dietro i fornelli”! Lo straconsiglio! Se siete o passate da Milano non potete non provarlo! Poi ditemi la vostra.

Siamo clienti abituali del cormorano in zona Isola ma devo dire che questa sede ci ha positivamente sorpresi in tutto...andare via con il desiderio di ritornare per provare altri piatti letti nel menù fa capire quanto siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Ci è stato consigliato da un hotel vicino dove alloggiavamo. Non poteva essere scelta migliore 👍. Una cena post lavoro che ha trovato un ambiente accogliente, con ottimo cibo e massima disponibilità. Ottime le portate a base di pesce. Ottima la gestione degli ospiti che non mangiavano pesce o vegani. Ospiti soddisfatti e super contenti ☺️. Semplicemente sublime..😍 L'ingresso è piccolo ma una volta dentro ti trovi un ristorante molto elegante con apparecchiature contemporanee.  Sono andato con degli amici e siamo stati accolti dallo staff molto preparato e molto gentile  e a chi è amante del vino come me la lista e molto varia🥂. Abbiamo preso l'antipasto di pesce cotto e crudo che semplicemente sublime mi hanno fatto sentire al mare nel centro di Milano, lo consiglio assolutamente a chi ama la qualità perché li è tutto di qualità. È stata una piacevole esperienza, conoscevo già il ristorante Cormorano della zona Isola, ho voluto provare anche quello di c.so Sempione, ristorante con un ambiente elegante, un menù ricco di ottime proposte,capaci di soddisfare i palati più esigenti. Inoltre il personale è davvero gentile e simpatico, in particolare il direttore di sala Paolo e lo chef Leonardo, grazie per la vostra simpatica professionalità.

Uno tra i migliori ristoranti da me provato a Milano. Ambiente ricercato ma che non scade in un eleganza che mette a disagio, servizio impeccabile e cibo di qualità top: in poche parole un posto di classe. Specializzato in pesce sia crudo che cucinato , offre anche pizza. Tavoli ben distanziati, offre un locale appartato per ricorrenze o eventi di lavoro. A tutti gli effetti una perla.

Ristorante scoperto Grazie ad un appuntamento di lavoro , e devo dire che è assolutamente in linea con quanto espresso dal mio voto . Pulito elegante con ottimo personale e gestito al meglio musica di sottofondo ad un ottimo volume di accompagnamento e piatti da far girare la testa. Ovviamente dal nome È chiaro che il ristorante o fra prevalenza di piatti di mare e devo dire che sono e si presentano tutti in maniera eccellente . Un viaggio nei sapori del mare – semplicemente eccellente Ho avuto il piacere di cenare di recente con mio marito nel ristorante a Milano "Il Cormorano" in Sempione e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza culinaria a dir poco superba e indimenticabile. Fin dall’accoglienza si percepisce cura, passione e attenzione per il cliente. Il nostro percorso è iniziato con una serie di antipasti di pesce straordinari: ostriche freschissime, gamberi rossi di Mazzara del Vallo crudi, dolci e intensi, scampi dalla consistenza tenera, salmone e branzino marinati e bilanciati alla perfezione, un delizioso baccalà mantecato servito con polenta, saporito ma delicato e tonno crudo con salsa di soia che sembrava sciogliersi in bocca. Non poteva mancare un grande classico eseguito magistralmente: polpo e patate, morbido e gustoso. Come primo abbiamo scelto la paella: ricca, profumata e generosa, con ogni ingrediente cotto al punto giusto. Un piatto che ha racchiuso tutto il sapore del Mediterraneo in ogni boccone, lasciandoci pienamente soddisfatti. Il servizio è stato attento, cordiale e professionale, con tempi ben gestiti e personale sempre disponibile. L’atmosfera del locale è calda e accogliente, perfetta per una cena rilassante o una serata speciale. This place is a hidden gem. Not because of the location, but because we found it just by chance. The service and staff are top-notch, the food is amazing, and the ambiance is next level. I’ve never been to a MICHELIN restaurant, but this place is exactly what I imagine a MICHELIN restaurant to be like. It was our friend's birthday, and when we ordered tiramisu, the staff put a candle on it at our request. Very nice of them to accommodate us. Every food item was great (see recipe picture). Highly recommend this place when you’re in Milano. It was a perfect last evening meal for us.

Love every single bite! The service was magnificent, and the food itself was very well made. I can tell that their Ingredients were very fresh as well, as I easily get allergic reaction from the stale ones. The wine choices were also amazing, I had Le Cretes rose pairing perfectly with the dishes I ordered. Last but not least, the Tiramisu was soooo delicious! But too bad the portion of the Tiramisu was very small. But overall I’m satisfied. I will definitely come back in a heartbeat.

Brilliant food. We loved everything about this place. There was a lady singing a range of mostly love songs, which gave the evening a romantic vibe. We got two sides, mains, wine and desert. I can only review the service as a symbol of gratitude and thankfulness for how they helped us. On the day of our departure the workers of subway trains and trams went on strike and we did not know how to get to central station with our luggage. I went inside the restaurant and asked a man who was putting lobsters into a aquarium whether he could call us a taxi. Without any hesitation he pressed some buttons on a machine. After a while he gave me a printout with the name of our taxi driver who arrived 4min later. Thank You! Thank You! Thank you! Un bel ristorante specializzato in pesce in piena zona di Corso Sempione, con un interno molto elegante e dai toni del blu, che richiamano gli interni raffinati di una nave. Il risotto ai frutti di mare era buonissimo e molto saporito, idem il poke e la crema catalana. Il menù del pranzo non era molto vario, dato probabilmente da un maggior assortimento di prodotti alla sera.

Ristorante molto accogliente e curato. Pesce fresco e piatti ben presentati e saporiti. Buona anche la carta dei vini. Personale cordiale, c'è stato un errore sulla comanda ma hanno subito provveduto. Alcune stoviglie erano sbeccate, in un ristorante di questo tipo non ti aspetti certe disattenzioni in generale bella esperienza, ideale per una cena romantica o un'occasione speciale.

Pranzo domenicale, pesce crudo e cotto per tutti i gusti. Grande qualità di prodotti in un bell'ambienti con uno staff professionale ma amichevole. Assolutamente consigliato per cene formali e non. Prezzo forse un po' alto per la quantità proposta.

Posto davvero molto bello, personale gentile e servizio molto rapido. Cibo molto buono, ma do 4 stelle perché per la paella si può fare di più, essendo la specialità della casa. Ottimi i dolci.

The restaurant is really nice looking. I have been there many times before and its one of the best in this area. The design of the restaurant is very elegant. The prices are considered cheap for the great service and design. The prices are understandable and nice. The best dish for me was the sottocoperto linguine with mixed sea food, the spaghetti seem to be home made and are very chewy and delicious. The service is nice, however the waiting time is a bit long in between the starter and the main we had to wait a bit of time. The starters are good looking and delicious. The sea food dishes are all amazing. However the spaghetti alle vongole I didn't really enjoy it, there was something missing to make it more flavourful. I haven't tried any desserts made by the restaurants because everytime I feel full after the main course. They still very kindly offered me for free some home made biscuits and desserts which were quite delicious. I would definitely reccomend this restaurant.

I am torn. I am an unapologetic foodie and I have eaten in some very fine restaurants. I stopped here as it is close to where I am staying, has good reviews, and because I wanted a memorable meal. The space is lovely. All the details of the decor are thoughtful: evoking the sea with elegance. The presentation of the food is very simply plated. Letting the food and the beautiful plates from Churchill in England to speak for themselves. Now the food. I started with a selection of raw shellfish on the shell or half shell. Some of the pieces contained grit and shell, and none of the oysters had been cut from the shell. Then I had the octopus. The octopus itself was perfectly cooked. I would have preferred some type of seasoning but the taste was still very good. It was served, inexplicably, on some potatoes that had been mashed with some slight lemon juice. The textures and flavors absolutely made no sense together. After one bite of the potato I abandoned them completely. I wanted some pasta and the only one with a red-ish sauce was served with half a lobster. Now, I love lobster and have decimated lobsters and other shellfish all over the world. This was a complete waste. The kitchen didn’t loosen the meat. It stuck completely and ultimately I got most of the claw meat but not much of the tail, refusing to use my fingers and wrestle with it. I just set it aside and ate the pasta. The pasta was fresh, perfectly al dente (unsurprising considering where we are) and the sauce had a wonderfully rich seafood stock base and pops of brightness to contrast with the cherry tomatoes. I enjoyed it very much. Dessert was a type of panettone with with grand marnier and a rich cream flavored gelato on top. I ended up loving the ice cream but gave up on the rest. I finished the meal with a rich bitter espresso and wonderful cookies. And the service? Really excellent. Like any well run restaurant everyone, not just my server, worked together to advise, serve and clean up. As there were portions of each course I did not eat, I deducted two stars for the food. But the rest is 5 stars.

Mi aspettavo molto meglio..Sabato sera ho mangiato con la mia fidanzata in questo ristorante in zona Sempione.. La location è bella ed anche gli arredi.. Purtroppo l'entrata è un po' sacrificata.. Una volta seduti ci hanno portato il menù, ma non la carta dei vini... L'abbiamo dovuta chiedere noi... Una volta versato il vino ho visto che è rimasto un pezzo di sughero del tappo nel fondo del calice.. Quindi ho chiesto di cambiare il bicchiere.. Ho ordinato un tris di tartare... Due su tre non sapevano di niente.. Ho ordinato anche una tartare di tonno, ma è andata ancora peggio... Così siamo passati alla paella, ma non era niente di speciale.. Vabbè... Capisco che il locale fosse pieno, però al sabato sera in zona Sempione è normale... Lasciamo stare il servizio, però il prodotto non era qualitativo soprattutto rispetto al prezzo... Magari sono stato molto sfortunato, però non lo consiglierei...

Grande delusione aver portato 20 colleghi ed aver lasciato che servissero un pò di antipasti per il numero grande di persone (premetto che avevo proposto di fare un menù e loro avevano detto "nessun problema ") Risultato 79 euro a persona per 1 antipasto ed 1 primo, vino da 36 euro quindi incide poco. CANCELLATO... peccato perché di fianco gli uffici. Per il resto, Bella scelta di pesce fresco, tutte le volte che sono stato.
