Il Giardino della Birra Milano Reviews
Cibo abbondante e veloci. Bello come ambiente. Birra buona
What more to day then 5 stars Lovely place, you can chose in or outside. Wooden oven for the right pizza. Food delicious and service as friendly as you can get. Recommended
A very large pizzeria, restaurant, and brasserie with Argentinean meat and Bavarian specialties. They brew their own beer on site. They have ample parking just steps from the restaurant. There's a beautiful, large indoor garden. I've been told they'll soon be offering happy hour drinks and live music in the evenings. What can I say? Good food, good beers, reasonable prices, helpful staff. I recommend it if they start with happy hour drinks and live music. I consider it a truly complete place for evening entertainment. Plus, they also show league and cup matches.
Importantly, there's parking just a few steps from the restaurant. The restaurant itself is very nice. Lunch prices are reasonable, with €10 for a cutlet with potatoes, mineral water, and coffee. The cutlet is a nice, generous portion, and the meat is tender and flavorful. I must say the coffee is good, too. We were served quickly, and the staff was courteous and friendly. The bathrooms were clean. Those who ordered beer thought it was excellent. I'll definitely be back!
We enjoyed the pork shank and risotto with craft beer, and the mixed cheese and cured meat platter, which were truly excellent!! Moderate prices in a setting that feels like being in the countryside. The waiter was kind and very helpful, the craft beers were truly excellent, you feel right at home!! For all budgets!! Go there, near Forlanini. Alessandra
Personale simpatico e disponibile. Prezzi buoni. Parcheggio ampio e gratuito. Maxi schermo e televisori per eventi sportivi.
Curious to try some craft beers, and always in love with the Ortica area!, I ventured to this brewery. They have three types: one called Contessa chiara, which I haven't tried, while the other two, both of which I tried, are a Contessa Weizen, very good with a banana aftertaste, and a Conte Jack double malt, also decent. For lunch, I ordered a plate of raspadura, just adequate, and an Argentinean sirloin with pink peppercorns. The meat quality and cooking were decent.
The beers here are excellent. Maybe it's the summer heat, or the quality of the beer, but we each drank two mediums in no time. As for the food, the meat was excellent, but the portions were a bit small for the price. The dessert was a letdown; my tiramisu wasn't the freshest, and the ladyfingers tasted a bit stale. So, all in all, I'd say the beers were top-notch, the meat was good, but expensive.
Fairly large place. A few starters, but mostly pizzas and meats. The pizza was average. The grilled meat tasted a bit burnt. The wheat beer was a bit sour, but the red beer was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's also an outdoor patio, but after a certain hour, everyone goes inside (mosquitoes). Not bad, but nothing special.
A historic venue. You can come for a good beer, brewed on site, or even for lunch or dinner, with meat specialties. The venue is large, and the atmosphere is informal and quite welcoming, with wooden tables and benches; the staff is friendly. The quality of the dishes is good, and the prices are reasonable, both for lunch and dinner. Recommended. P.S. The venue has an unattended parking area about a hundred meters away, where guests can park.
Good place for drinking.
I've known this place for several years; it's perfect for dinner with friends. A casual place, as beer halls usually are. Spacious and equipped with numerous screens for watching the games. The craft beers are good. The meat, sourced from Argentina, is excellent. The menu also offers Bavarian-style dishes. They've recently introduced pizzas as well. Prices are reasonable and not excessive.
Good choice of artisan beer and food.
Decent beer, albeit only three choices. For is pretty good too, even for vegetarians. Vegans may be out of luck here.
It's now become a classic for a meeting place with colleagues. The beers are excellent, brewed on site with the equipment visible. The menu also features Argentinean meats and traditional Bavarian cuisine. Pizzas and sandwiches are also available. They can host birthday parties, graduation parties, and other special events. The food is good. Recommended!
Ottima esperienza ieri sera. Locale simpatico semplice. Cibo altrettanto gustoso e ben calibrato rispetto ai costi e all ambiente. Ma la nota migliore è il personale, dalla signora che ti accoglie a…
Nice place that offers a set lunch menu and pizza... Obviously, a good selection of beers. I tried a wood-fired pizza and honestly it wasn't bad. I didn't like the beer I ordered because it was too fruity. Then I had a coffee... at the cash register, which looks like a hotel reception, a very distinguished couple... the bill for pizza, medium beer, and coffee was 14 euros... good value for money... for me, that's a NO!
I've been twice. The first time salad and beer, the second time pizza and beer. I expected more from the pizza in particular, however we both felt sick during the night with great difficulty in digesting. The red beer at first glance was good but then it turned out to be very heavy, also difficult to digest. Two pizzas, a grilled vegetable, two medium beers, a small beer and water 43 euros.
Rude staff, undrinkable beer, and a hefty bill. Halloween night, around 11 pm. Before having the misfortune of stumbling upon this place, we'd passed two other pubs and couldn't get in because they were too crowded. We went here and were surprised to find the place almost empty. We quickly figured out the reason. 1) Kitchen closed; they only offered sandwiches priced €11 and up, but no one knows why. 2) Undrinkable beer. For nine people, only the lager was probably average. The others (red, wheat, and special) were truly undrinkable; probably sour. The friendly waiters' response? "Next time, get another one!!" 3) Argentine churrasco = low-quality meat, probably from some supermarket in the area, certainly not Buenos Aires. 4) Hefty bill. €24 for a piece of meat with no sides and a beer so sour it made you sick. Advice? Go to the brewery next door.
