Amazing place, fair prices, perfect coffee and food 😍
Convention and next to the train station. Friendly staff.
Coffee was superbly done and amazingly well priced … 5 stars!!
They have decaf soy lattes! It was delicious. They also have a bathroom.
We really enjoyed the sandwiches! Great taste, especially the veggie burger. We didn't find the people working there very friendly and welcoming though...
Served by Harris who is so friendly and courteous. He sees to it we got our orders right and make sure we have everything we need. Although his colleagues did not supply us with little plates and cutleries, he was so apologetic and disgusted with his colleagues negligence. He reported them to their manager to correct their mistakes. Well good on him, he can be an asset to the company.
unfriendly staff who do their job poorly. the food is delicious 🥱
The food took too long. It's an open kitchen, so it's more annoying to see the cooks move slowly, well it's understandable because the kitchen is too narrow. The woman also looks new cause she didn't know what to do. I just hope that they used the other stove. They kept using only one even though the order lists were getting longer. The pizza is meh, the pasta is good or maybe I was just too hungry. The waitress was nice. It just doesn't make sense that I can't pay to the waitress. We need to go to the cashier, which also has it's own queue. 2 star because the pasta was good.
Good food, but violent service. The man in the bar was always cursing and gave the coffee like throw our head. Stress managment for customers health. Non-italian people be aware
Non-Italian speaking beware. Our Italian is limited. First impression was good, no menus ordering off QR code. Order taken with out issue. But felt like second class citizens after that, weren't offered any condiments those around us were. Forcaccia came a long time after pasta dishes. Food was good, shame about the service. Went in for a coffee the following day, staff attitude the same, smirking and giggling when paying for the order saying that we were English! Our money is as good as anyone elses.
Food was very delicious. The employees are horrible. Not able to take the order, unfriendly. Roll their eyes just cause we asked to order fruit tea. Outside in the cafe are drug addicts with a wine bottle sitting and screaming and the employees say nothing. Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend.
NEVER AGAIN! I cannot recommend it. The place was almost empty. Only 3–4 tables were occupied by people having a coffee. Waitresses walked around whispering, and no one greeted or spoke to us. We sat down and nobody came, so we ordered at the counter ourselves and brought the food to the table. After 20 minutes the waitress came and said, in a very unfriendly manner, that we had to leave the table because she wanted to set it. We still wanted to have another drink! The tables in front of and behind us were empty, and she made no attempt to set those! This fits with the other reviews. We left immediately. The owner should really train the staff better. The only exception was the bartender—he was friendly. There so many good Locations in Milano with friendly service, this one is a waste of time.
Aweful experience. Nice to have all these food bloggers from Milan try to push this place (paid media) while in fact staff is just aweful, service is aweful and food is decent but nothing memorable nor worth coming back. Yet another proof on how social media can influence and privilege places like these over tons other many places in Milan with much nicer people and atmosphere.
Almost 15 waiters just standing and not helping customers. Rude customer-service. Food was okay.
They sat us down and 5 minutes after bringing our order they told us we had to leave because the tables were reserved. Pathetic service.
I ordered 2 pizzas and went to the cashier to pay for them. The cashier was busy on the phone while I was paying. He charged me for the first one, so I told him I bought 2 and paid for the second one. When I went to pick up the pizzas, the other service guy said I only paid for one. So I went back to the cashier and he could not remember that I paid for 2. This was within a few minutes. So they wanted me to pay for my pizzas again. They told me I didn't understand. I understood very well. Oh this made me so angry and I left without the pizzas I paid for. This is unbelievable. I have never had such bad service. This cashier should not be on the phone and doing service at the same time. How can he not remember within a few minutes that I paid for 2 pizzas. He didn't give me the receipt for the first pizza and it was my fault for not asking for it. The best part was that the crew laughed as I left. I have also worked in management for many years and I have no words for this behavior. I should have called the manager but I was too upset and shocked by this cruel behavior and service 🤬🤬🤬
Food was ok. Staff are shockingly terrible. Took 15 minutes for a cappuccino and I had to ask twice. Second time I essentially got dismissed. 6 stand around doing nothing while one serves. Useless.
Walked in to order food and a beer and a as literally laughed at by 2 waiters - who didn’t realize I was still standing there - first experience after 1 hour in Milan - they sure made a fool out of me !
