Mahrani Mahal Milano Reviews
Amazing Indian food. We went back two nights in a row!
Bellissimo. The proprietor is a very experienced person. Very good food. Excellent service.
This is best place for Asian food. I missed it. We had luxury dinners in this restaurant and very glad to meet it owner and chef. I am very thankful to chef who made very very tasty food for us. I want to write very before but because of some bad incident I can’t contact with owner. Infect after Milan holidays we left to Vance and some one pickpocket my violet and I lost the owner visiting card. I am very thankful to all this restaurant staff and missed free ice cream and lovely tea. Hope in life we meet again. Love to all. Muqqaddam from England
Wonderfully gentle staff, delicious food, good prices, makes you want to move to India!
I can't believe I missed this cute small cosey place for three years. I went in last minute without high expectations and I left having found the place I'll definitely go back to on a regular basis for a naste of sweet northern Indian food. Top quality service and kindness by the staff, highly recommended. I felt like I was back in S Asia.
Amazing food, reasonable prices, staff absolutely polite, service prompt. All I want from a great restaurant. Loved it!

Everything was good but when you go inside to sit it’s feel like you went to 2000 years back.
I enjoyed and already came twice for their chicken curry, always chosen the fixed menu which apart from having a great price is ridiculously abundant. Starters and main dish are served together with freshly made bread stuffed with cheese or vegetables which was really tasty. Wine and dessert recommendable as well. The restaurant has a typical decorations which make make it a nice place for a romantic dinner even though the neighborhood is not definitely a first choice the place itself makes it worth trying.
Mahrani Mahal offers a pleasant dining experience. While the dishes may not stand out for originality or bold flavors, they are well presented and satisfying. The true highlight is the service: the staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful, making every guest feel welcomed and well cared for. The setting is simple yet pleasant, with a calm atmosphere that allows for a relaxed meal, even if it lacks that distinctive touch that would make the experience truly memorable.
Ambience is good but food is not up to the mark, price is economical but we should comprimise with the taste
Ambience of the restaurant is good. I went with my friend and we ordered Dal Makhani, Tandoori Roti and Non-Veg Biryani but when the dishes arrived at our table we were surprised. They served Dal Tadka(Arhar/Toor Dal) in place of Dal Makhani and Non-Veg Biryani was like a pulaw no Biryani spices was present in Biryani. On the top of it Biryani was served without Mirchi ka Salan or Raita (Curd). If you're looking for authentic Indian food it is not the right place. They don't know the difference between Dal Tadka and Dal Makhani. In Biryani spices play an important role but essence was completely missing in their Biryani.
The food was fine, the onion bhaji delicious, some curry dishes really good, and some just ok. The waiter was attentive and helpful. Nice music playing inside to create an atmosphere.
The food is horrible, we couldn't eat anything a parte of samosa, and still they made me to pay for food that we couldn't eat, avoid fixed Manu, because they will trick you, will bring you one peace of chicken tandori with not tasty rice and horrible vagatables, the water that they bring is not cold, you can not choose even a place where to sit, bad service, bad food, unpolite stuff, never back again. P.s. when I complained ebout bad tasted tandori the chef told me, if you don't like then don't order that is the insane
Not happy with my order at all. The rice was not good quality, and seemed like old food. The chicken was so normal, not tasty at all. I ordered one mix antipasto that included four items in the menu, but instead I received just two items. The portions were not at apl generous like I imagined from the comments.
Everything tasted like it was made ages ago and then reheated. The chicken was not cooked through. The only spice in the palak paneer was the spinach, and there was almost no cheese. The cheese also tasted like it was out of date/off. The waiter/host was nice though, he gave us a 1€ discount. We just hope we don’t get sick because of this meal. Unfortunate experience, would warn others. Edit: We got food poisoning and threw up. 0/10
