Absolute paradise for the gluten-free crowd! We originally stopped by just for a quick coffee and a snack, but the menu looked so good we ended up staying for a full lunch. Best decision ever. The meat was incredibly juicy and the potatoes were perfectly fried. Honestly, I can’t imagine a better meal—this might actually be the best thing we’ve eaten in all of Italy. A must-visit! Complimenti allo chef!

Very pleasant place, the staff is very kind. The panzerotti and arancini are very good. Everything is gluten-free

Best gluten free focaccia we ever had; bomboloni are also amazing. We do not go often because we live abroad but every time we go there is something new and delicious to try. A blessing for us as my husband has celiac disease and this is a solid reliable treat!

Really enjoyed our visit! Coffee and gluten-free bakery items were both great. So nice to be able to find quality gluten-free treats. Hospitality was great as well, and we had a very nice conversation with the owner about his commitment to gluten-free baking due to dietary needs of one of his children. His dedication to good-tasting gluten-free foods really came through in the cake and other items we had. Bravo!

We come here often as this is our favourite GF bakery - they do everything from sweet to savoury really well. Every year we also use them to cater our son’s birthdays - with cake (for 20+ people), focaccia and more. Everything was delicious (as usual!) and easy to organises Thank you to Gianluca and team for everything!

This place is a must try!! The best gluten free croissants I have ever had. A great variety of options and the coffee was the best we tried throughout all our travels through Europe. The staff were incredibly friendly especially Luca! Definitely a must visit

I have been gluten free for about 8 years now and this is the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had ( tied with the pizza my friend Tianna made me) it was €6 for a slice but the slices are huge! I gave my gluten eating friend a bite and he said “ I can’t believe it, this is the best pizza I’ve ever had”! 10/10 recommend.

I have celiac disease and always search for great gluten-free bakeries while traveling. Like many others, I often bake myself because it’s hard to find good options. But here, I couldn’t stop eating! This is by far the best gluten-free pastry I’ve ever had. I couldn’t believe everything—from pizza and panzerotti to croissants and bomboloni—was truly gluten-free. Especially the Panettone Stevo was incredible! We even came back the next day to stock up for our trip. Huge thanks to the chef for taking the time to explain part of the process. A must-visit for anyone gluten-free!

Before and after (within 5 minutes) of my birthday cake! 🎂 I knew I wanted my birthday cake from this bakery because it’s the only place that never makes me sick. I have MCAS, which means a lot of foods can be triggers but not here. Everything I’ve had has been completely safe for me. I stopped by in the morning, saw a crostata in the window, and thought: That’s it! I asked to customise the toppings and remove the blackberries (I’m allergic), and it was no problem at all. The result? A beautiful, delicious cake that even my non-gluten-free, non-dairy-free family loved so much! Even the children!! the five of us all had second helpings! 🥳 Highly recommend this place if, like me, you’re intolerant to a million things but still want to enjoy amazing baked goods.

Being celiac can be a challenge for you and for your family and friends. When I walked into Officina Zero I felt literally IN HEAVEN ! ☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️ Looking at all the things I could eat without worrying was simply the best. 🍞🍖🥖🥞🍕🍰🍪🥧☕️ I felt like a kid walking into a candy store! 🙃 I was there for lunch the day we arrived. We had pizza, panzerotti fritti, cappuccino, and mini crostatas for dessert. Everything was indescribably amazing and delicious. We took home one bombolone filled with cream, and another one filled with pistachio cream. The next morning we had breakfast there. Cornettos, pizza and some sweet pastry. We also took some filled Cornettos for the trip to Lago Como. One filled with pistachio, one with Nutella, one with apricot marmalade and one with cream. It was the best idea ever, since there was nothing gluten free to eat on the boat. Sunday they were closed, but on Monday we had breakfast again, and bought some panzerotti fritti and sweet pastries for the trip. Gianluca the owner was simply great. He sat down with is at the table, and spent some time with us. He shared his passion for gluten free baking, and some baking tips, recipes and tips about the city. Azid was also great taking care of our orders, and our to go wishes. Officina Zero is a little gem 💎 in Milan. If tou are gluten intolerant or celiac, don't miss this opportunity ti feel I'm heaven. Thank you Gianluca for making me so, so, so happy 😊

One word describes this place - INCREDIBLE!! I am so in love with everything I tried and cannot wait to come back. The pastries are truly outstanding and the latte bianco was perfect. Fair warning - this place is very popular!

What an amazing place! Their cornetto is the best I have ever had. Whenever I’m in Milan, it’s a must-visit for me. Everything is gluten-free, which makes it even better. I highly recommend it!

Officina Zero is a MUST-VISIT for anyone seeking gluten-free delights in Milan! I had their brioche for breakfast and it was fantastic. But I couldn't resist waiting for their freshly made pizza and panzerotti (which they serve around 9 am), and I'm so glad I did! The taste was exceptional. If you're looking for fresh, delicious, and gluten-free baked goods in Milan, Officina Zero is a must-try.

Absolute heaven on earth. The food is just absolutely mind blowing: there’s anything from fluffy bread rolls, lasagna, Krapfen with delicious fillings - all gluten free! The pistachio cream on the pastry blew my mind as well. An absolute gem this place. Gianluca was very accommodating and friendly. We will be back for more!

This place is amazing, my wife even said, sometimes gluten-free pizza doesn’t satisfy my desire for pizza, but this did. It’s a beautiful, thick crust pizza absolutely delicious. We had one piece with olives and another slice with cheese. It was absolutely worth the effort to get over here. We’re about to eat the pastries. Will have to add to this review later. So the pastries were amazing, my wife said this may be the best gluten-free food she has ever had. The pistachio tart it’s like is the most delicious Nutella, except with pistachio or the filling, and the crust is phenomenal.

Average gluten free bakery, good amount of savoury and sweet options to chose from. However, donuts quite heavy texture, still tasty just lacked a more light and fluffy texture. Calzone rich in flavour and again not as light as they usually are. Coffee is quite sweet from what i’ve had before. Slightly more expensive than other gluten free bakeries, but not the worst overall.

The first time we visited we were assisted by a very kind and helpful employee. Unfortunately during our next two visits, we were ignored by another staff member, even though we were waiting first, while customers who arrived after us were served before us. A store is not defined only by the quality of its products, but mainly by the politeness and helpfulness of its staff. I am giving one star only because of the tall gentleman who provided excellent service during our first visit

A bit too over priced for what I have got as take away! 9 euro for a small cappuccino and a small tart! Which I saw on the board that the coffee was only 1.70 euro.. perhaps the warm boss charged me higher than the locals… anyway good experience!
