Roppongi Milano Reviews
A piece of Tokyo in Milano City Center. We really felt like we were eating in Tokyo streets. The food is also amazing and the prices are decent. Service may be just a little slow because the restaurant is always full. Highly recommended!
Roppongi Is a fun dinner place for a quick trip to Japan!🇯🇵😉. I Was a little nervous at first to come here because some reviews listed that the service was bad but me and my boyfriend found it to be great, with one waiter even bring over a box for our personal belongings! We had so many people come and make sure we were served it was amazing! We got a good seat not located at the bar tables and the food felt athletic and also tasted really great! Overall we had 3 appetizers, 2 sake and 2 main dishes and the total came out to be around 75€. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend for people looking for something out of the ordinary
A place to come back and try other dishes! Everything we took was very tasty (ankane omuraisu, isobe age and okonomiyaki), delicious. The dehor makes you think you are in a japanese street - every angle is worth taking a picture and chexking the details. The staff was very friendly, all of them; we got a welcome dish and all the servings were fast. I would love to come back
Me and my girlfriend agree, this was one of our top 5 restaurant experiences of all time. She being a former japanese exchange student felt right back in japan. The food was amazing, service was great and the ambiente is some of the best restaurent interiour designs ive ever seen. We had the pork gyoza, tempura mix, gyudon, sake sashimi and karaage and it was all perfect, gyoza some of the best we ever had. This place is definitly worth a visit and i loved every second of it
The atmosphere is amazing, very friendly and warm. The staff are extremely polite and welcoming. There is a good vibe to the place. It's also very clean. The food was amazing. We ordered 6 different dishes, and every single one was tasty. Not a cheap place by any means, but it is 100% worth going to, and I will definitely go back here again.
Stepping into Roppongi Izakaya feels like being transported straight into the heart of Asia. The ambiance is nothing short of mesmerizing—warm, intimate lighting, traditional décor, and a carefully curated atmosphere that makes you forget you're in the middle of the city. It's a place where every detail, from the furniture to the pictures, exudes authenticity and charm. The menu is a peculiar, featuring a selection of dishes that go beyond the typical offerings of Japanese cuisine. Each plate is thoughtfully crafted, bringing out deep, bold flavors that reflect true culinary artistry. One absolute must-try is their sake tartare—a dish so exquisite in texture and flavor that it leaves a lasting impression. To top it all off, the staff is incredibly sweet and polite, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. Their attentiveness and genuine kindness make the meal even more enjoyable, adding to the restaurant’s charm. Roppongi Izakaya is not just a place to eat—it’s an experience, a journey into a different world, full of authenticity and culinary delight. Highly recommended for those looking to immerse themselves in a truly unique dining adventure.
we’ve been here for dinner after many insta/tik tok recommendations. so the location is obviously very fascinating and similar to a japanese hidden alley, which we loved a lot. food: well prepared and tasty, unfortunately not simple as real japanese dishes but we appreciated the effort. there’s lack of parking lots around.
The restaurant looks amazing; it's atmosphere is very beautiful and I loved the attention to detail, such as posters and ads. The food is so good, possibly the best Asian restaurant in Milan, although I would like to see the dishes' ingredients on the menu. The staff is busy, yet always available and kind. The prices are a bit high as the portions are small.. but this is still my favorite restaurant in Milan.
This is a perfect reproduction of Japanese atmosphere, probably the only place in Milan to fully replicate the Japanese dining experience in every single detail. The staff is great as well as the food. Please keep in mind to make reservation much in advance as it is usually always full. Prices are aligned to the average of Milan (same location and food type). I definitely recommend this place!
Roppongi is a really nice and stylish spot in Milan, with a lot of thought put into the decor and atmosphere. The place looks amazing, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The service is quick, and the menu has plenty of options, so there’s something for everyone. That said, the food is decent but nothing special, especially when you compare it to the price. We had two beers, mixed sashimi, gyudon, tonkatsu, vegetable dumplings, and edamame, and the total came to around €100. It felt a bit overpriced, but considering how beautiful the place is and how great the service was, it’s somewhat understandable. If you’re looking for a spot with a great vibe and excellent service, Roppongi is worth checking out. Just don’t expect the food to blow you away for the price.
Wonderful interior and environment that reproduce in Details a Japanese street including a metro stop. The food is good and authentic and the service is quick . I Advice to book a table. I would have put a 5 If the price would be slightly cheaper. Consider ordering several disehs to share.
