Wonderful place very friendly staff , Mustafa is professional with great customer service. We have been coming for 3 nights in a row and we feel so welcomed. Very beautiful atmosphere with chill music. Will miss this place and the workers, can't wait to come back. Hooka is best, great packing, able to smoke more than 1h and flavor does not burn at all. Don't hesitate to show up at shisha bar rotani when in MILAN.

Excellent customer service from the staff that work here and very accommodating. The shishas are well prepared and the prices are much cheaper than other places we checked. They have outdoor heaters to keep you warm during this cold weather. They have food options from 2 different restaurants (Palestinian and Lebanese). I would highly recommend.

Asked to change charcoal after an hour with the shisha. Guy said ok and never came back. Asked another female staff again. And she said ok and never came back. Observed the staff were not busy and mostly hanging out with their regulars. This place is not recommended for people new to the area. Plenty of other shisha places around the area with more comfortable seats and better service for first timers exploring the area.
