Coco was our server today. She was excellent in taking our custom breakfast order and it came out exactly how was asked. The staff were also very attentive and showed great service. The wait was short and the food was great.

Food was hot with huge portions. Very good. I shared a plate and we still didn't finish it (and I'm a bigger girl that likes to eat!). The service and place was just okay. I rather have excellent service with okay food and this was the exact opposite, but kinda worth it for the taste and price. TBH the service wasn't bad at all. Just so so.

This was the best experience we’ve ever had at this McDonald’s in Nanuet. We went through the drive-thru and Tina was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it, with the right modifications. Kevin handed us the order and he was just as polite and made sure everything was correct. Everything about this visit was perfect, and we’ll definitely be back soon.

Went here on Saturday November 16th 2024 with my parents because we were in the area and feeling thirsty. This location is part of a little shopping center with sterling optical nearby, a chili's and other stores. McDonalds also has plenty of parking including in the surrounding area. My dad went inside the restaurant to get drinks, so i can't tell you any prices. We both got a medium Mocha frappe. Must say that i drank it and it was very good!

Food is always pretty good here. Came on a busy Sunday with a large group. Got seated right away but they forgot my sons pancakes which didn’t make him too happy. Overall will be back just maybe not on a Sunday.

This was my first time visiting this place. It's a solid option when you're craving diner food. The portions are large and well-seasoned. One of its best features is that it makes its own hot sauces. All three are flavorful and vary in spiciness. I didn't take many pictures because I was honestly focused on enjoying the food. It's worth noting that the maple syrup served with the pancakes is warm, adding an extra touch of flavor. The location is spacious and clean, although parking is limited. The staff members are very friendly.

Toast and bacon was a bit burnt, disappointed. Other food tastes good. Black pepper sauce; original, chipotle & harbenaro is with eggs or scramble. Breakfast entrees shown are at $18 and $19. Coffee is $4. Service is good, with frequent coffee refill.

Food was ok. Nothing to write about. Fries came cold. Prices are expensive. Our waitress was awesome... I didn't get her name, but she was African American and said she came from a big family. She was nice and inviting to us. She was great and on top of her game. Would probably only go back if she was our waitress again.

To Black Bear Diner Corporate, On October 2nd, I placed an order with your restaurant through DoorDash. Before ordering, I called the location and asked why the Santa Maria Tri-Tip Steak meal was not on the DoorDash menu. The staff informed me they were not sure, but advised me to order another entrée of equal value. I then ordered the blackened salmon with hash browns and vegetables. When my order arrived, I was very disappointed. The broccoli portion was extremely small and did not even fill the separate container it came in. The hash browns were cold and soggy, making them difficult to eat. The only item that came out well was the Santa Maria steak, which I did receive and enjoyed. I also spoke with the manager, Elizabeth, who explained that many customers have requested the Santa Maria Tri-Tip to be available earlier in the day. She mentioned that corporate policy is to limit dinner items before 4 pm, but there is significant customer demand for this meal during the morning hours. I want to strongly request that the Santa Maria Tri-Tip Steak be added to the DoorDash and morning menu options. As a loyal customer, I believe this would not only improve my experience but also meet the needs of many others who prefer this entrée earlier in the day. This situation has been frustrating, and I hope corporate will take action to ensure both menu availability and food quality are improved. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

It's open 24 hours, the coffee is hot and the French Fries have lots of salt, YUM! I must have gotten lucky, because I had no wait (about 4PM on a weekday), the staff was friendly, and my order - McChicken + fries, coffee - was great.

The food was good, massive portions, cooked well. But the service terrible. The waiter wasn’t pleasant whatsoever. He never ask how we were, walked up and just ask if we were ready to order and when we gave him our order he just said okay and walked away. After that a nice lady brought our food out and then ask if we needed anything else. After she left we were never ask if we needed anything or how everything was at all. It wasn’t very busy either so no reason. The guy that cleans tables finally came for our plates and ask if we needed our check. It’s kind of frustrating.

Be careful of the outside signage and/ or whatever u think ur ordering. I guess the sold the last steak n eggs to the guy next to me at the counter. Idk. Especially chicken fried steak. Its actually hamburger. The service was fine. The server tried to make it right but I was over it. Paid including tip but... I couldn't wait to get out. Next time I'll go to Denny's.

Took kids to have lunch and placed order in kiosk but error messages on kiosk resulting in waiting to place order with someone behind the counter. It took 20 minutes to place order because the one person assigned to that job was also the same guy packing food delivery and mobile orders and bringing dine in food. We spent more time waiting for our food then the dine in also due to no heat at this location. Will stick to drive thru only going forward.

Don’t go here for lunch, they will always miss an item in your order. Also, if you order from the McDonald’s app and park in designated space, they may or may not bring it out to you depending on if they are slammed or not. Awful management.

Literally no help at front counter. Out of 4 kiosks to order 2 were broken and the third was out od receipt paper which shows your order number. Pipe of food was slow. It appeared Door dash oders and drive through were the priority although I saw several drive-up customers park and come in to deal with issues. WONT be back anytime soon.

I am leaving this review as a follow up to a detailed complaint my friend submitted to Black Bear Diner Corporate approximately four months ago. On October 2, my friend placed a DoorDash order after calling the restaurant about the Santa Maria Tri Tip Steak not appearing on the app. They were advised by staff to order a different entree of equal value. When the food arrived, the broccoli portion was extremely small, the hash browns were cold and soggy, and the overall food quality did not meet expectations. The only item that was prepared well was the Santa Maria steak, which they did receive and enjoyed. My friend also spoke directly with the manager, Elizabeth, who was professional and transparent. She explained that many customers request the Santa Maria Tri Tip earlier in the day, but that corporate policy restricts dinner items before 4 pm, despite clear customer demand. It has now been four months, and as of February 5, 2026, there has been no response, no resolution, and no apparent change to menu availability or the food quality concerns raised in the original review. This follow up is not directed at store level management, but at corporate leadership. Customers take the time to provide clear feedback, and the lack of follow through reflects poorly on the brand. I hope this review finally results in meaningful action regarding menu options, DoorDash listings, and quality control.

The worker at the window was very rude and repeated slammed the widow close as I tried to speak. She gave me my order completely messed up. My fries were cold, drinks were wet, burger undercooked and had an attitude because I was waiting for the rest of my order that she forgot. And when I went to ask for my stuff to be remade she said its to busy and shut the window again. I never complain because I understand things can get crazy. But this is a whole other level of disrespect and I will not be eating from here again. I want my money back I cant even feed this to a wild animal.

This store never has shakes available was there just today, i ordered a shake and was given a smoothie. I let them know that its not what i asked for and their excuse was "They never have syrups on the weekends" this absolutely ridiculous. I also ordered a mc chicken and received a Mc crispy patty instead!!!

First time coming and probably last. Staff would rather work in the back then have someone constantly work the register. Kiosks were all down so the line was long. They look at you as you stand there clearly trying to order. Would hate to see this place busy. Don't come here if you're on a time crunch overhead someone say they placed a mobile order 20 minutes ago and still hadn't received it. Big Mac patty is flavorless and dry. By far the worst one I've been to. Won't be back

Only go to the drive thru if you decide to eat here. I went at lunch time and placed a mobile order. I waited patiently…30 minutes then 40 minutes went by. I tried asking the one employee who was handling the from to check on my order she looked at my phone to see the number didn’t really acknowledge me then went back and got other orders. I had a very simply and easy order. I left and went to the drive thru and had my food in 3 minutes. These places only care about drive thru times and clearly dont care about inside customers bc they had a lobby full of customers waiting while the drive thru was moving like clockwork

After the renovation (again) there's never anyone at the register. They're always in the back. They also try to avoid talking to you unless you explicitly call them. I placed a pickup order and it took 20-30 mns cause no one wanted to come to the front to address the long line. Maybe theyre understaffed (cant see how many people there are in the back) but if that's the case they need to make it work.

I've honestly had it with this McDonald's. Every single time you order here it takes 20 to 45 minutes to receive your food. Doesn't matter if you go through the drive through, order through the app, or order inside at the kiosk. It should not take 30 minutes for a large fry and a large coke. What's going on back there? Are we waiting for the Potatos to grow? What gives. And forget ordering inside. Nobody is there to help you. You're forced to use the kiosk or stand there hoping that one of the overworked parking lot runners wearing the safety vests can spare time to ring you up. I haven't met a single person in this neighborhood that has anything good to say about this McDonald's. And thank you to the customer who wished me good luck when she got her food before me after I had been there for 30 minutes and she had been there for 10.

Worst service ever. Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, no one took our order at either window. When we explained, staff said they didn’t care and told us to get back in line. The manager was even ruder, basically told us to leave if we didn’t like it. Completely unprofessional and disappointing—especially from a brand I’ve supported since childhood.

After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive-through and one of the kiosk didn’t work and they couldn’t take my order I went to the window and I explain what happened and the manager came out and she was very nasty and just told me that I had to go back and do it again instead of giving a solution And actually doing her job and giving good customer service. This happened at around 12:15-12:20. I don’t know how can you be a manger and be so nasty and helpless to customers

I went to this McDonald’s at 7:00, the kiok machine was broken. I had to wait 15 minutes to pay for my order and the restaurant was damn near empty. I waited 30 minutes for my order, just for them to get my order wrong. I ordered 2 20 piece nuggets, 1 medium fries and 1 small. Just to receive 2 10 pieces and cold fries. I decided to call the restaurant but the number went straight to voicemail multiple times. I wish I can rate this 0 stars.

Horrible service. There is still only drive through service. There was only Ice Tea or coffee to drink and they throw your food on the pickup counter as if you should already know that it is yours.
