Very long line but totally worth the wait!! Very Taiwanese desert place. Grass jelly is amazing. The portions is a bit too small. They only have two staff working there, but people seem very used to it. Great place. Highly recommended!

Good boba. Quick service. No kiosk--from what I noticed. Only snacks are desserts variety vs. fried goods. If you aren't sure what to order, choose anything with a "thumbs up" on their menu.
My favorite boba tea place since early 2000’s. Many other similar business came and gone but Fantasia still here. A must try !
Dirty fresh milk boba taste really good, glass jelly milk tea(tea flavor not strong) but acceptable

Hands down one of my favorite boba shops ever. It’s not on the menu anymore, but I love it, it’s my favorite: Passion fruit green MILK tea with boba pearls. ughh so good 😫😋. Their milk teas are also super tasty, i recommend all the drinks. Try them all out!! Another major pro of this boba shop is how fast u get the order. Everyone who comes here knows about the very speedy worker in the back kitchen who usually has ur drink done as u finish paying. It’s extra funny because he takes all the orders in Chinese, but he doesn’t look like an Asian guy. Haha, good for him, i think it’s so impressive: getting the drinks done and understanding chinese. Also, cup sizes are really good here. The large cup is such a hefty size, worth the price for sure! Additionally, there is a bathroom available to use!

The absolute best place to get boba tea. There are a lot of drink options and add-ins, so it can take a few minutes to decide what to order. (You will have time as sometimes it can get busy and there is a line, but it is worth the wait.) My favorite is the Muddy Okinawa with black tea. (50% sweet / 50% ice). It's my go-to pick me up.
I got the hibiscus tea & jasmine green tea for the 25% sugar and less ice, but unfortunately, the drink was still a tad too sweet for my taste. However, aside from that minor issue, everything else was great. The variety of options and the overall experience were enjoyable.
Decent boba. When we went, there was only 1 staff member in the store so service was a little slow. The staff also incorrectly made one of my friend's orders.
We ordered the Taro milk tea and Muddy Okinawa milk tea. They let you pick the level of sweetness and ice. And it was lovely!
Their bubble teas are very refreshing and nice def recommend the roasted barley milk tea and muddy Okinawa 👍 service is quick even if the lines are long so don’t worry about the wait :)
This is best pearl drink(bubble tea) in the Bay Area. Its service and foods all are nice .

I used to come here a lot, really enjoyed their drinks! I was excited to visit the area and get milk tea here again, it's just like I remembered! Fantastic!

Fantasia was one of the first milk tea store to come over the the USA. The chain has become sort of a McDonald's of milk tea and desserts, where every location produces acceptable food, but nothing is ever great. This place is not as good as some of the other milk tea shops nearby, but a familiar taste of old times nonetheless. Service here was quick and nice.

There are so many boba shops around now, but this was one of the originals. I associate Fantasia with their almond milk tea because it was one of the first drinks I ever got from there, and it tastes so much like Capri-Sun to me lol. My cousin and I stopped by for boba for dessert after getting dinner at the dry pot restaurant nearby in the same plaza. I'm surprised at how expensive boba has gotten lately. I got a basic Jasmine milk tea with boba. I don't know what the rush is here though because they try to finish making the boba as soon as you're done ordering. It seems like they were in a constant hurry despite they're not being many people in the store. My boba tasted fine; it's hard to mess up a Jasmine milk tea. My cousin and I sat down to chat while drinking our boba. Before leaving, I went up again to order a fruit tea for my mom and I asked for clarification about its ingredients since certain fruits cause complications with her medicine, and they were being extremely rude about it. Chill, I just asked what's in your drink lol. Not sure if I'd come back again after that.
Weakest, most watered down tea out of all the Fantasias. Disappointed that quality control isn’t consistent across all branches. Was hoping to get my Fantasia fix closer to my other work!

The worst taro milk tea that I have ever had, I didn't even finish it. There were chunks of powder in the drink.
I bought one grass jelly soup and they used this extremely thin-walled container. After I got back home and try to grab it that plastics wall collapsed and the whole soup dropped on our kitchen floor and spill a huge spot of black color stain.

$14 for two tiny boba drinks (probably as small or smaller than a Starbucks tall), plus the awful "mandatory" 20%/18%/15%/custom tip when paying. Boba itself was alright but $8 for a taro milk isn't right.
if I could give zero star, I would. nothing was wrong with the drinks, we spoke to the staff in a peaceful tone, but the female staff was very unfriendly and insincere, her attitude definitely ruined our day.
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. While the tea itself tasted fine, the staff’s attitude was very unfriendly and unprofessional. On top of that, the drinks were clearly pre-mixed and not properly shaken, which affected the overall quality. Because of the poor service and the arrogant attitude from one of the staff members, we will not be returning. Customer service is just as important as product quality, and this visit fell short on both.

I've been coming to this place since 1998. The milk tea and service was good. These day my wife and daughter love it so much that I come here every week. The service has become Horrible. Especially the tattoo cashier girl that work there. No friendly expression on her face when you give her the money. One time she threw the boba straws on the counter like I was a dog to go fetch it. Stay away from this place...!!! There better boba milk tea in SJ.
