I've been coming here for about 15 years. The chicken wings here, in my opinion, are the absolute best! They are so flavourful and crunchy. I've moved several times in the last 15 years all over the bay, but no matter where I've moved to, I always travel to get these delicious wings!

Excited for them to open back up. I will say a year ago there was a woman that was rude and made me avoid this place for awhile, BUT I tried again in the spring and I was so glad I did; there were new people behind the counter that were very friendly and the food is soooo good. The Mongolian beef and chicken wings are my favorite. And the amount of food you get is insane, huge servings. Glad to have a good local takeout spot!

Always had a good experience - quick but efficient. Cost is a bit expensive but totally worth it. If there's any improvement or changes - we're looking forward that they soon start accepting cards/electronic payments.

The food is good however the customer service sucks they're very rude angry people the two women at the counter don't know how to smile don't know how to greet their customers!! The only reason I'm giving it 5 stars is because the chicken.!! I got a small party tray of the regular fried chicken I asked him to throw four pieces of the party tray into salt pepper and they denied me cuz this is my first time coming there I wanted to try the song Pepper too but they said no I would have to buy a party tray and then turned around and took a phone order for a 5 piece chicken of salt and pepper?😠

Came here for the first time with my sister in law and this place was great!! Everything is freshly made to order and quick. The girl who took our order wasn't very friendly though. Definitely going back when I'm in town again.

Love their chow Mien! Better than other restaurant takeout. Noodles are chewy and tasty! Reasonable prices and good take out. Try their fried calamari, very crunchy and still stays fresh after few days. Just don’t put in fridge, leave it in its original container.

I've ordered the items below several times and I was never disappointed, and the people I served the food to loved them so much. I was a regular customer until we moved to the East Coast. There is no dining area, it's to-go only, I don't think there is a delivery option. The woman at the front taking food orders is rude and impatient. I've been here 3 times, 3 consecutive weekends. 1st time, great experience trying the rice plates and combination specials. 2nd time, we ordered 4 items/dishes. Everything was pretty good, but I was confused as to why one of my dishes was missing a main ingredient shown in many dishes they make. 3rd visit, and now I understand what a reviewer meant by the battered chicken pieces being too small. Too dry or too Chewy. This place is not consistent, and the dishes are changing, but the photos of the dishes tell a different story. It's pretty misleading. I'm not a fan of the corn with peas fried rice. The carrot & peas are the best. I really hate that they don't have water chestnuts in their dishes. Water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and baby corn are top tier. Some dishes are good, but it is a hit or miss kind of a spot. Cutlery only provided for rice plate/combination specials.

Great food and price! However rude service, and stingy with asking for extra sriracha... plus in the time we waited for our food, two people left angry, and there was an argument over the adjustment of an order... A little bit of a hostile atmosphere!

This place has the worst cusiomer service and it's so overpriced! They should want to gain more business by offering cheaper prices and better deals. The food isn't as good , Panda has family deals which also tastes better!

I called in my order for lunch break. I ordered chicken wings and noodles. My order was confirmed by a lady on the phone. When I got there I was told that they changed their mind about selling me noodles because they have a catering event. I asked for rice instead. I was told the same. I stayed patient and ordered the wings. Then she got my order wrong and told me it was my fault. I repeated my order 3 times at that point. One time over the phone. Two times in person. She seemed too busy to focus on a customer. It seemed like I was trouble to her. It seemed like she just wanted to take whatever money she could get and didnt care what I got out of it. Customer service here is very poor. Consideration towards lunch break customers is non existant. Im surprised they wouldnt sell me one order of noodles or one order of rice due to catering. I wont be coming back. I think this place should be avoided.

The worst sweet n sour pork. Pieces of pork were small, dried out and burnt and masked with huge coating of batter. I cut into several pieces and some pieces were all batter and no meat. The pieces that had meat were so small, hard and dried out, like it was days old. All masked with more onion and bell pepper and sweet sauce than meat pieces. What a rip off! Almost $17 for noodles and two chicken wings, because the sweet & sour wasn't edible. Poor customer service also, she saw me standing there waiting 1/2 hr after telling me it would be done in 15 minutes. My order sat there on the counter an extra 15 minutes. There was no other people there placing orders. Not busy at all, so no confusing with other orders. She then told me it was up to me to keep asking for my order. All while being the only customer there!!! Never will return!!!
