We arrived a few minutes before closing time and rather than send us away empty handed line many establishments might have done, we were invited to place an order still. Much appreciated! And for our efforts... We received some of the most delicious boneless wings, cooked to absolute 💯 perfection 👍👍 Thanks so much for the superior service and the tasty wings!!

Surprisingly......um quick! This was the shortest time I've spent ordering at Wingstop. The workers were fully equipped to stop the spread of Covid19. All therapeutics appeared to be in place. No sitting area and no outdoor seating. Walk in, place order, leave a tip, then wait out by your vehicle until your food is ready. Friendly, clean, and quick.

I am not much into wings but my son loves them. He has tried a few different flavors and has really enjoyed them. I love that you can place your order online and it will be ready when you get there. The staff is always very friendly. If you like wings this is the place to go.

I needed to place a fairly large order for a work party. The manager, Brittney, was super helpful and ensured the order was ready and it was exactly what I asked for. When I went to pick it up, the gentleman working was kind enough to help me carry it out to my car. Thank you all so much. Everything was perfect.

I gave the one star to this store when I wrote the review. The reason is ... I ordered delivery and I didn't received it. I called the store and they said contact Doordash.. I contacted Doordash and they said contact the store.... What the... But Wingstop customer service contact me and resolve the issue. So I change the point from one star to five star. This five star is for Wingstop customer service.

Great experiences so far at this location. Food is always fresh and ready on time. I have always ordered to go and order is always on point. Will definitely continue to visit this location. Have had some bad experiences with other locations but this is my go-to now.

I placed my order online, very easy. They were a little bit busy so the wait time was longer than usual. I ordered Spicy Korean & Lemon Pepper. Wish I told a pic before I eat them all. The staff were very friendly as well

Love the fact that this place is not usually overwhelmingly busy. So I'm able to get in and out quick with my Louisiana rub 15 piece, large fries and gotta love the celery and ranch here. I know its weird to say, but I come here for the celery sometimes. Meaning I come here for the wings initially but the celery is actually really good and fresh here (I hate when it turns all brown like some other places I've been) so it makes me feel not so bad about eating wings at 11 pm right before bed.

It is normally really cold inside, it deters from the experience. Flavor wise the wings are great. The fries are great until they get cold, then they turn really hard :(. They don't have cups for water, so you have to but a bottle which is a bummer. Other than that, this is our fave place for Friday's Dinner.

Ordered online for to-go which was easy. They have good combo options. We got lemon pepper and atomic. Order was made fresh. Fries were not good. Good customer service and covid rules followed well.

This particular Wingstop is more of a takeout place then a sit down. Although tables and chairs exist, it is small and is more of a fast food lunch stop feel than an eatery. However, same great wings, same great taste. Come here for the wings, don't expect a dining atmosphere.

The taste of chicken was not upto the mark of other wingstop shop. The I ordered wings with original hot and Louisiana rub, all chicken was taken from fridge and fried, so it was dry and hard, uncooked raw and not enough tasty. Also the price is higher compared to other wingstop shop (like one in stockton). Probably I would not comeback here unless they improve

The table was sticky and they wouldn't take $100 bill. I get it, they think everyone has counterfeit bills. But wingstop is a franchise and they can afford a machine that can identify counterfeit bills. And on top of that, the door dashers would cut in line and the wingstop employee dismissed us waiting there. Lame.

I have been here several times. When it comes to the taste, it's a hit or miss. Sometimes, the wings would be too salty other times, it's fine. The wait is ridiculously long even when you call in the order. I recommend Wingstops hire more employees or train them to do a better job, like have the cashier help out after they have taken people's order.

UPDATE: they were able to contact me and somewhat solve the issues. District manager was understandable and sympathetic about the situation. The store got retrained with new staffs so I’m ok with that. at least CS is doing something now which got them another star Update: contacted customer service about my complaint on the day that it happened and they said they’ll expedite my inquiry to the higher management and give me a call/email back. It’s been 1 month and 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten anything. I called them again and they said they don’t know and they will “expedite” it again to the higher management. They’re keep doing the same thing over and over again and I will never receive an answer or resolution for this horrible experience. I came into the store when there was no one in line nor waiting for their orders. Only 1 couple was already eating. I bought 2 large 10 pc combos. They took 30 minutes just to call my order only to find out they mixed up the orders MULTIPLE TIMES. The place was not crowded and 7 different groups of people who came and ordered after me got their orders before mine. 1 hour into waiting I’ve had enough of the waiting nonsense, I went up and asked them about my order. They said the order BEEN finished and they said I WAS THE ONE WHO SAID THE ORDER WAS WRONG when the cashier who called me up multiple times before clearly said the order was wrong when she was double checking with my receipt. She called me TWICE, checked my receipt and the order itself and said “this isn’t your order”. I kept waiting thinking they were gonna remake my order, but apparently they didn’t even bother doing it while claiming the one they called me up for was correct. They even tried to give the cold order that’s been sitting out for the past 30 minutes. They did not even bother saying sorry or at LEAST saying there has been some mixups. I was so furious, but did not want to make a big scene so I asked them for a refund. Probably won’t ever come back to any Wingstop for awhile.

Worst wingstop I've ever been to but not because of the food. It was mainly the condition of this location and staff. The trash cans were overflowing. The restaurant was filthy, floors/tables sticky, and the staff was rude to customers snapping at them to wait when they were checking for their online orders. They seemed understaffed with only 4 people working, and when it was busy, you could tell they were completely overwhelmed and making many mistakes. People complaining, etc. I love wingstop but would not return to this location. We waited over an hour for 20 wings, and they messed up by giving us some boneless instead of bone in. The wings came out hot, and the ranch was excellent as always.

My son has been wanting to try Wing Stop since we have tried buffalo wild wings before. Hence I ordered a takeout at the Wingstop near my place, one of their specials “WARRIORS FASTBREAK FLAVOR FEAST” with few different flavors as below: 24 Boneless Atomic x 6 Original Hot x 6 Spicy Korean Q x 6 Hawaiian x 6 Large Louisiana Voodoo Fries Extra Well Done Ranch Honey Mustard The boneless chicken wings are your typical chicken wings but a little extra on the salty side including the voodoo fries. This extra saltiness sort of undermined the flavors that we had as above. The atomic flavor supposedly very spicy hot was not spicy at all. In my opinion the original flavor was better than the Atomic. Between spicy Korean and Hawaiian, I preferred the Hawaiian mainly because of the hint of sweetness in Hawaiian which undermined the saltiness to bring out the flavor. The voodoo fries were also salty, oily and my order was very soggy. Nothing special other than the fact that they are fries despite the order request for “ Well Done”. The cheese sauce that was sprinkled on top of the fries was good but was not enough for the amount of fries. I prefer the animal fries from InNOut for the price which are much more flavorful and crispy. If I have a craving for chicken wings and “ Wingstop” is the only place near me, I would order here otherwise there are better places for chicken wings like “ Bonchon” and “ Buffalo Wild Wings” where the flavors standout and give you the best bang for the buck.

The only thing worse than a coca cola freestyle machine, with its fake soda flavors, is a freestyle machine with almost no options to pick from. Either the employees were too busy or they didn't care to pop in new flavored cartridges into the machine. I don't think I'll be back to this outpost of wingstop.

I did not go in there, but I have to say that the chicken at this WingStop location is mediocre, which still gives this location a 3.5 stars average. As a hospitality person, I always ask myself why I would choose this certain restaurant/chain. Unfortunately, I have to say it's mediocre at best, and not my top 3 spots to go to. This is compared to a chicken place in Milpitas near Paris Baguette which I do not know the name to, KFC, and McDonald's. When I tried the extra crispy chicken, the chicken almost hurt my teeth since I've had a wisdom teeth surgery two months ago. Would I go there again? Maybe, maybe not.

My sis really enjoys wings as a treat, so we stopped to get a 50 wing party pack on Friday 9/8. Our family only likes mild and lemon pepper flavors, so we ordered 25 of each. Unfortunately, when we got home to downtown SJ, we unwrapped the order and discovered it was wrong. We’d gotten some flavor with cheese all over it. I immediately called and was asked to return the order and they’d replace the 25 wings that were the “wrong” flavor. I explained we lived too far for that and frankly, I wasn’t interested in returning home with 25 wings to cold fries and cold lemon pepper wings. I was then told we’d be put on an IOU board they kept behind the counter and that we could return anytime and they’d remake the order. 2 days later, we have returned and they’ve no record of our IOU, but they informed us that if we didn’t have the name of the person we’d spoken to or the receipt, they couldn’t help us.No attempt to rectify the situation. The person (seemingly in charge?) had me wait while he called 2 other people (managers?) The result? They couldn’t help me. No record of the order or promise. As I was driving away, the person in charge called me and said he’d find my IOU and he’d replace exactly 25 wings that were the wrong flavor. I guess replacing the entire party pack, which was essentially ruined because half the order was wrong, is out of the question for this place. If we’d wanted 25 stand alone wings, that’s what we’d have ordered in the first place. Customer service at this location is poor. Judging by the person in charge’s behavior - acting as though we were on the take for wings(!) it seems they must frequently make errors on orders. Proceed with caution with this place. Oh and the “person in charge” refused to give us any dips unless we paid extra for them. Top notch service, huh?!

My first experience at Wingstop, all the dry rub wings on the menu were bland and the rub didn't carry the chicken. My experience here is only for the dry rub chicken. I noticed a lot of the sauce/coating was at the bottom of takeout container instead of spread evenly througout. I don't know if the chicken is supposed to be like this or if all the rub made a pool at the bottom. Either way, if you notice that the rub is at the bottom or if the wings don't seem coated initially, you may need to roll them around the tray. Overall, I would not come here again. Chicken wings are not evenly seasoned/lack seasoning.

So not only was my order made incorrectly. I had to go back to get it corrected. It came out fast that's not the issue. When awaiting the order I couldn't help but notice the nasty lobby. The floors were gross and there was napkins on the floor. They didn't sauce my hot wings and then even worse I see under the soda machine while sitting down waiting for my order and it's clearly gross. 🤢🤢🤮 Plus the boneless wings weren't very big at all. At every other Wingstop, they are decent sized. These were chicken nuggets sized

I ordered a mix and match 75pc pack for a Christmas party. Due to dietary restrictions, I called to ask to change one of the four flavors from boneless to classic. They told me this would be an extra $5, which didn’t make any sense since I already payed for mix and match. I could tell there was a lack of effort in actually checking my order when I called for the change. A few hours later they called asking if my change was to change all four flavors to classic. I said “no, that is incorrect. The only change to my original order is the garlic parmesan to be switched to classic”. That means two flavors classic and two flavors boneless. She said sorry, that was a miscommunication and said it will be fixed. When I went to pick up my order, I asked the cashier to read my order twice and she specifically stated two flavors were boneless and two were classic. Once I got home, ALL the wings were classic. I felt frustrated that even after calling me to “clear up the miscommunication”, they still gave me the completely wrong order. My stomach is pretty sensitive to classic wings, so I wasn’t able to eat the wings. Overall, this was very disappointing that I was verbally told things would be changed, fixed, and was read the correct order but given the order that I clearly stated was incorrect.

The Host name as stated in the receipt- Brittany. If that's not her, whoever is on duty at the cash register today Jan 24, 2019 at 3:10pm. To the Management: I was 3rd in the line, when it was my turn, she grabbed the phone and told me "wait a minute" in a rude way. She took the phone order and let me wait. When she was ready to take my order, she was very rude like she was talking to a stupid person with the impression of she hates her job. Yes, I feel degraded and a victim of a racist because she was only rude to me. The customers infront of me were white. I was alone and asian. Just by the way she talk, seems like Wingstop management have failed to train the employees or intentionally employs these kind of employees. This is not acceptable. #wingstop #racist

I just left this place. There was a girl working as a cashier, omg! I said hi and asked how you doing? She just kept staring at me the whole time in a weird way. It made me feel so unwelcome! She ignored everything I said and no thank you, nothing! The way she treated the customer after me was totally different. I didn't want to give any stars, but in order for me to leave this message I had to give them one star. This Restaurant Manager is Terrible! I came in order my food and waited out side for 30 minutes. When I went back in to check on my food, they were literally just putting it into the Fryer. I tried to complain to the manager and he did nothing to try to fix it , and he just told me I can have my money back. There was no apology or nothing! When I asked for my money back, told me it would go back to my credit card, but I never seen the money refunded back to my card. Plus, the Manger looked like he was high off drugs that night.......... Never again will ever go there and I'm suing for my $26 dollars that was never refunded, plus pain and suffering

Tonight as I was waiting for my order, 2 separate people returned to the store because their order was wrong. Keep in mind, I was waiting for my order so it was maybe a 15 min span. For no other reason other than my own stupidity, I did not check my to go order before I left. Unsurprisingly, I only had 7 wings when I had ordered the 8pc combo. This location probably owes me a 6pc combo for as many times they’ve shorted me. I’m done going to this location. If you order from here, check your order completely before you walk out the door.

Let me make one thing clear, the service was amazing. I am so shocked that your employees are so positive considering the horrible conditions they have to work. It’s over 100 degrees outside and inside it’s even hotter and muggier. These poor people are having to work their butts off over fryers with NO COMMERCIAL AC VENTILATION. There has to be laws against this. This has nothing to do with how me as a customer feels. Because I can leave and go into my car with AC. But the employees are so great and it’s just so hot and terrible conditions to be working 8hours shifts like this. PLEASE invest in some AC for these poor people you hire. Whomever is in charge of allowing this, why don’t you spend an entire day frying the chicken with no AC and maybe then you will have some compassion.

ordered fry's with extra seasoning on it. The order was done via mobile app nd I picked the order up. The cashier confirmed the order and I drove home. When I got home I saw that the fries were completely unseasoned. I had to drive all the way back just for a pack of seasoning so my fry's didn't taste like nothing. Didn't even offer to get a fresh batch since my fries are practically lukewarm now

Worst wingstop experience ever. Walked in and ordered at 11:05PM. They said 20 minutes wait, we got food finally at 11:46PM. And then they said they had to pack our food up to go even though they knew we were dining in. Then we tried to eat as fast as we could but at midnight one worker told us and fellow diners that we needed to pack up and leave because she had to close her lobby. So they made us wait forever then kicked us out. After we spent a lot of money

Food was fine, employees were not. They were using swear language while conversing very loudly and I was with a child. One was also on her phone watching tik tok very loudly, and I could hear the videos from across the room. When I asked her to turn it down, she said that her phone wasn't connected to my half of the restaurant and rolled her eyes. We also overheard her complaining about her boss for putting her on the schedule to work today. As a costumer, that is not something that my family and I want or should be hearing about...

I got food after work because my family and I were starving. I ordered Wingstop thinking it would make me feel better. I picked up my order no problem just to find the workers messing around in the back. When I got to my car l realized they wrote "loser" on my bag. I thought Wingstop would cheer up my day after working a 12 hour shift but it's all good, food is food but all my food was soggy. I don't think any food establishments should treat their customers like this.

We were very disappointed with this Wingstop. Before we arrived we tried to place an order over the phone but the associate said we couldn’t place an order over the phone or in person over 30 pieces (a managers rule). I had to place the order on the app. While we were dining in, I asked for cups for water and was refused because they don’t have cups for water and we had to pay for cups. The associate Kyle was very rude to us and everyone who came in. He had a “what do you want?” Tone to him.

Hit or miss as far as quality of chicken goes. Sauce is always tasty. Sometimes chickens are tender but sometimes super dry and hard. Update: Ordered again today and they let me down again. Chicken was so hard and dry. Bringing down from 3 stars to 1 stars. It seems like the food quality is now bad to worse consistently. I probably plan on not returning here for any near future. Even if I do order wing stop again, I will probably try different location.

Good afternoon Wingstop Milpitas I ordered food on 12/22/2025 over the phone with Veronica at 8:47 pm I let her know that I wanted a 10-piece lemon pepper well done 10 piece mild well done and a 10-piece BBQ boneless. When I made it to Wingstop something told me to check my order again because the first two times I came the chicken was not done so the district manager had to comp me plus give me my money back. So I checked the chicken again and the chicken is not well done so I told Veronica I asked for well done over the phone she looks at me like I'm crazy and goes over to the Cook and says she wants well done. I told her I asked you that over the phone and you told me 15 to 25 minutes it'll be done because it needs to be cooked a little longer. So long story short they tried cooking it well done they're such big pieces that it was just disgusting and nasty when I got home. It was so much grease or whatever on the chicken that it leaked all out on the back seat on my floor the service there is horrible they have these young people in the kitchen trying to cook chicken and don't even know what they doing. They roll their eyes at you whisper stuff about the customers why you standing there watching them. I think this Wingstop should be shut down I will be calling the health department I'm not satisfied with the service they give with the food they're going to kill somebody with food poison and the district manager I think it's a game you need to hire someone who knows how to fry chicken. Lol instead of letting people waste their money. I just moved to Milpitas this will be my last time going to this Wingstop. Thanks Kobe

I just left this place. There was a girl working as a cashier, omg! I said hi and asked how you doing? She just kept staring at me the whole time in a weird way. It made me feel so unwelcome! She ignored everything I said and no thank you, nothing! The way she treated the customer after me was totally different. I don’t why I had to receive that kind of treatment just trying to order some wings and having been very polite to her. Very poor customer service.
