Delicious as always, I went to remember the traditional Angelloti pizza from more than 30 years ago. The place is not what it used to be, it is very neglected and the service has deteriorated, but the flavor is undoubtedly the best in Minatitlán.

Their card terminal doesn't work; they only accept cash. Dirty facilities. When I placed my takeout order, I asked them to clean the table where we sat, and they never cleaned it from the time we arrived until we left.

We bought fettuccine Alfredo, but the flavor was different because they didn't put bacon in it. Then there was the hygiene issue: the ketchup sauce was only half-beaten, and the back lid and everything on the table were dirty. :(

It was awful, they made us wait over 30 minutes and in the end they hadn't even started preparing the pizza. It was the first time I was going to try it based on a recommendation and it was a fiasco.

I had a terrible experience. My mom and I ordered a large pizza and drinks. About 15 minutes passed before they brought the drinks, and then 10 minutes later, the food. We waited a long time until I asked the guy when the pizza would be ready, and he said 10 minutes. It had already been 45 minutes, and the other customers got their pizzas even though they arrived after us. About 5 minutes passed, and the guy apologized, saying he forgot to put our order in the system. Seriously! I left furious and told him, "You know what? Just charge us for the drinks, and we'll never go back there!" 😡

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We ordered delivery, and to begin with, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. She assured us the pizzas would arrive in one hour, and then when we called back because it was taking too long, she added another 20 minutes to the delivery time, claiming that's what she'd said from the start, which clearly wasn't true. To top it all off, those extra 20 minutes had already passed, and according to her, the delivery driver was just leaving the restaurant. The pizzas ended up arriving in about three hours, and they were all cold. Honestly, they don't deserve even one star. I hope they improve.

We ordered delivery, and to begin with, the person who answered acted as if we were asking her a favor and told us it would take 1 hour. Then an hour passed and she said 1 hour and 20 minutes, and then 2 hours went by and it still hadn't arrived. Terrible service.

Excellent service and attention, both before and during the event. Everything was on time and as planned. The facilities were fine, although they could be improved in terms of air conditioning, as it's a very hot state. Everything else was great.
