When I entered this fantastic establishment, I was greeted with such friendly demeanor from the workers tending the cashiers. Given politely a card with their names Jared, Yuli, Claudia. They were so friendly and kind even when I struggled to figure what to order from such delicious options on the menu. Amazing service, amazing people, and I guarantee that I will eat here again.

Amazing place! Struggled to pick an item, but the helpful people at the cashiers at the time Jared and Josh (I believe that is their name) were very patient and I ordered. Very good food, will come again!

Stopped by for lunch with my husband and we both enjoyed our time at the El Toro Luna Grill. The food is always great at Luna Grill. The young man working there, Jared, was so pleasant and attentive to us our whole time there. When there was a minor hiccup with our order he made sure to rectify the situation in such a kind and professional manner. We don’t usually expect such great service at a casual lunch spot but Jared really surprised us with such outstanding service. Good to note that this location is also very clean!

i have been eating at this location for several years now and stopped about four or five month ago i felt food was not as good as before rice seemed dty meats were not as tasty as previous visits was not happy i visited yesterday and found food to be once again delicious meat was flavorful and juicy rice was not dry and i really enjoyed meal so did my guest we both said to ourselves we got to return claudia was our server and attended us with a smile and attentive she both took our order and brought our food she asked if we needed any thing else all in all we enjoyed visit and food

Beautiful location! The food is delicious, staff is very kind, and for someone who has an energetic toddler this place is perfect. They have a fun area for the kids to play, not to mention kids eat free with the app.

I come here pretty often while i’m on my delivery routes and luna grill has become one of my favorite spots to grab something healthier the food is consistent and always comes out quick and fresh. Claudia at the counter does a great job too she’s got a good attitude and always makes sure i leave with what i need sauces, napkins, utensils it’s little stuff but i notice it and it makes a difference for me:)

The food was delicious and fresh. I had a keto bowl with chopped chicken and the flavors were outstanding. I didn’t even need to use the dressing. The spicy feta sauce was delicious. The atmosphere was average, but you could eat outside on a nice patio. We chose to eat inside because it was so hot out. The manager/server was attentive and made sure everything was OK to our liking. The pricing was fantastic. $13 and change for a keto bowl which is below average nowadays. This is a great fast food place to go to with healthy options. Enjoy!

Immaculately Clean Luna Grill Location and the food tasted very fresh. Have eaten in many times at this location but this time I got to go. Wonderfully decorated inside with a dimly lit nice atmosphere. The to go meal that I ordered through the App was on time and tasted great. The only reason for 4 stars is the pita bread I ordered on the side was all together wrapped in tinfoil and it made the bread mushy. I suggest putting in a normal container to keep the breads consistency. Otherwise the Santorini bowl was flawless. Nice Orange County health place to grab lunch or dinner.

Decent food but not quite good. My husband had the beef kabob and I the Mediterranean Bowl with gyro. Neither were really good but we ate them because we were hungry. Will not go back.

I went here with my mom for her birthday because she loves it and comes here with her fellowship group all the time. We ordered and sat down (the tables were sticky and dirty but it’s pretty standard for an establishment like this, I guess) the group that was behind us received their food before us and after they were almost done eating we began wondering where our food was. My mom got up and asked the man who took our order where our food was and he said they were still working on it because we ordered the chicken well done. He brought out the food and it looked like someone’s leftovers in the bowl. So sloppy! I tried a fry and it was ice cold and greasy. My mom tried hers and it was also ice cold. We decided to request a refund because the food was inedible and my mom had to be somewhere to meet friends for her birthday. We went to the counter and very politely asked to be refunded as we had waited over 20 minutes for our food and when it came out was cold. The restaurant was empty by the way, the table that ordered after us and one other table that had already been served when we walked in. The guy who took our order pointed at another gentleman and said he can refund you” I told him we had been waiting over 20 minutes and immediately told me “No you didn’t!” I had a notification from my bank from the charge so it was definitely 21 minutes after we had ordered that we received the cold food. If the food had been hot there would have been no issue for the amount of time it took to get the food. We are very understanding to the fact kitchens get very busy and service is a very difficult industry. Anyway, “Ross” went to the computer at the expo window to scroll and look for the time on our order and it was in fact 21 minutes prior. He told us “just so you know well done takes longer”. He voided the transaction and we left, it was overall a really unfortunate, terrible experience. Nobody ever apologized for any shortcomings or mistakes and instead we were treated as if we did something wrong! Such a bummer.
