Messed up our order twice. Went in to do a mobile pickup under the name we had down. Got all the way home and realized that the top receipt had our name but a different persons food was put in our bag. A common mistake since they seemed slammed in their dinner time rush. Got back, she remade the order because someone had already likely picked up our order already. yet she somehow again mixed up our order with someone else's. Completely getting it wrong. So i have now made two trips back and forth like a fart in the wind. I should have double checked but i was like “nah she read the receipt, remade the food, handed it to me, she got it” nope. Absolute comedy. never coming back here. I missed like three innings of the world series because of this.

Don’t eat here. We’ve noticed the food quality going downhill this past year. Food is either undercooked or overcooked, noodles are bland, oily, and tasteless. On 10/24/25, I ordered the teriyaki chicken which made me sick. It smelled raw when I got home, and I thought cooking a few pieces in the microwave would be fine. Big mistake...I should have taken it back for a refund. After taking just 4 bites, I threw it away. The smell was so bad I had to throw the rest of the chicken into the outside trash can. I had intestinal pain all night long. My wife’s orange chicken was also terrible, overcooked and chewy. We’ll NEVER eat here again…it’s not worth getting sick over. I think this place needs to be investigated by the Health Department…they are selling undercooked food that can make you really sick. Corporate should shut this store down until they figure out how to fix the problem. It appears there’s a high turnover rate and inexperienced young kids working there. It’s a health and safety hazard in my opinion.

Standard Panda Express food. The entrees are always fresh and the staff are friendlier than at most Panda Express locations. However, I have noticed over the past couple of years that while the prices have gone up, there is some serious shrinkflation going on with the portion sizes. Other Panda Express locations give 1.5x the amount of food. Where other places use tongs for every entree, this location uses a uniform scoop for most entree items. Whatever fits in that single scoop is what goes into your container. Garbage.

Don’t come to this place, their portion size is the smallest, El toro Panda Express portion is much much better, also service is horrible, the woman cashier is a rage.

Stop by at 940 at night. You guys don't close till 10. You only have 3 dishes left and some chow mein. and you can't make me a triple order of compau chicken. Be better panda, or at least announce that you close before ten.If you're not going to serve your customers.

Why is the food at this location so awful? Do they not follow recipes correctly? This is by far the worst location I have ever been to. The chow mein has no flavor and is never fresh. The food is not enjoyable to eat. Please get a cook from any other location to train your cooks. I'm also suspicious that they keep the food past the allowed time

This locations always sucked for years. Probably one of the worst in OC or South OC. My last visit was via a dodgers win promocode they're in for it now with a potential 100 win season ahead. Complete inedible garbage outta here undercooked noodles raw rice in the fried rice the chicken teriyaki had a slimy chewy consistency. They clearly expedite all of their lower grade food or stuff that's supposed to be binned/canned to orders or online orders trying to get a deal in this economy. Looking forward to this location going out of business even mv locations portions are as trash as when that patron owned the togos. The only good one locally was at the oso pavilions years back. You have to go to Aliso or Laguna niguel or the mall if you don't want to be served garbage or skimped out portions

went in here to pick up a delivery order and they have the COLD sodas next to the HOT food in the same bag … and this is what we all have to be paying $20 an hour for? … (i don’t know anybody who would want cold food when it’s supposed to be hot, especially Chinese food)

I have been a loyal customer of Panda Express for years, but my recent experience was the worst I’ve ever had. It seems the quality has plummeted following their wage hike to $20 an hour. The containers have shrunk significantly, offering a meager amount of food. What little food there was tasted awful and lacked the flavors I used to enjoy. The portions were embarrassingly small, making me feel cheated out of my money. If this trend continues, I won’t be returning. Stay away and be warned: Panda Express is no longer the satisfying, reliable choice it once was.
