Excellent cupcakes to die for! She catered my daughters bridal shower 5 years ago and baked for her baby shower last weekend. The cupcakes were so good!! Jennifer did a phenomenal job on the desserts for our wedding in Orange County. First of all, her desserts were hands down the tastiest we tried among other OC bakeries. We wanted a selection of "mini" desserts rather than one big cake, and Jennifer had my favorite (bread pudding) and my husband's favorite (cheesecake) in miniature form, along with many other treats to choose from. The best part were the mini cupcakes that Jennifer decorated to look like potted succulents (our florals for the wedding were mostly succulents). The photo does not even do them justice!! Plumeria Cake Studio provided our delicious wedding cake. Plumeria was recommended to my husband and I by our wedding planner. We had tried several other wedding cake’s but Plumeria’s was hands down the tastiest. We met with Jennifer and she let us try several different flavors including an extra flavor which we ended up picking as a second flavor in our cake! I’m not a big cake person but I really enjoyed their cake! Our cake was exactly what we wanted and guests loved having the option of two different flavors. Extremely disappointed with the product. My cake felt like a complete afterthought that was put together at the very last minute. They poorly brushed a stencil on my cake and called it a day. We agreed upon a cake design (of a cake that they made in the past for another client) and it came out completely different. When confronted about it they said they do their best to make it close to the inspo. as possible. Let me repeat, the inspo was from a cake that they already did. I was so disappointed and upset when I saw that cake at my wedding. We as brides pay so much money to wedding vendors so when I saw such poor quality in my cake I felt taken advantage of. I don’t see how someone can put that together and think it was acceptable to send out. I do not recommend. I appreciate the refund on the cake top but it’s just NOT okay to treat a clients product so poorly.
