When ever I see a Buffalo Wild Wings joint..I stop even if I've already eaten, and today was no exception! I had just wrapped up things with Millbury Hackinstacker, the genius behind the Tri-Fold Volvatron over at the Bloobinstein Pavillion where he had given a series of lectures on the proper use of Trisodium Physcopulate and more importantly..when its deployment isn't required. They had a wonderful buffet set up with some pretty amazing foods, and I sure had my fill...but when I saw the Buffalo Wild Wings...I couldn't contain myself, ....So I ate again! It's a 5 star joint every time...guaranteed. ☆☆☆☆☆

The QR code to get the menu was ruff when you have kids and elderly people that don't use phones. Puts everything on one person to order for the table. Feel like you become the waiter. There are things that are nice about it. Ordering refills and paying your bill.

Loved the nachos, not too much of anything just perfect enough to satisfy you. Wings were cooked to perfection and their seasoning and sauce are delicious as well. One thing I have to say is that the waiters are always very slow and seem to take there time, like REALLY take their time. The food also always comes out kind of late even if there's not really many people in there. Other than those reasons though, Buffalo wild wings is a delicious place to eat at without breaking the bank

For a chain restaurant, it's not to bad. The floor is always slippery. The server wasn't to good at severing. But then agian what do you expect when dei hires is all your going for.

UPDATE: Spoke to Martha. She remade entire order at no cost. The wing temperature was much better. We hadn't eaten here in some time due to the pandemic and were really disappointed the first time. Thank you for making it right! The girl behind the counter was friendly and cheerful. We ordered to-go because the dining room is closed. We were told 15-20 minutes for food to be ready. We waited a little over 30. I ordered 10 boneless with fries and my daughter had 3 tenders with fries. We live just off Sylvan about 6 minutes away from this location. When we got home, our food was cold. The fries were cooked before we ordered. That's how cold they were. The boneless wings and two of the tenders were just as cold. 1 tender was hot. The food was borderline warm when they boxed it and then they realized they were 1 tender short. Everything else continued getting colder waiting on 1 tender. Very disappointed to wait over 30 minutes for food that was already cooked and sitting in the back when I ordered. You either need new systems or adherence to the proper systems.

I had been avoiding this place for a while, but I gave them another shot, and they have definitely improved lately. Everything is better than it used to be, from the drinks to the service.

I come here often my wife and I enjoy the food here so when it comes to eating wings or nachos we both agree to come here most of the time. If you like sports it's a great place to watch anything you into. Now if you aren't into sports I recommend not goin at the time of a big game because the wait time for your sitting and your food would get ridiculously long. To be honest I haven't had an amazing waiter or waitress. But they do provide a good service most of the time. The food is good always so far no complaints. I've been coming here since my college days of 2012 and I don't think I'll stop anytime soon. I like the food and the atmosphere and also started bringing my toddler because they have toddler friendly food there.

The food was so good, the drinks were awesome. We sat at the bar because we went on a friday night and it was packed. The service felt slow at times- granted it was a friday night. The server was nice and eager to help when we had her attention. This is definitely a lively place to be on a Friday night, who knew?

I Love going here and eating the street tacos. They also have a Legend Mountain Dew which quenches your thirst. Chicken wings, wraps and sandwiches are all good.

Got there right when it opened. Good food but there was only 1 server for dining and 1 server for bar area. And even then bar tender served us.

I enjoy this location much more than Stockton location. We are always seated right away. Their outdoor and indoor seating is roomy and comfortable. Wings are on point every time. I always get side salad 🥗 with blue cheese. Also a cocktail preferably a margarita. Staff are helpful and fast. Lots of screens to watch the game. I ordered the 20 piece 4 different sauces. Receive the order sauce is all over everything. You could not tell which chicken was dipped in which sauce. I guess they expect you to guess which is which sauce. Sent it all back. Ordered sauce on the side. Honestly who manages that place.

It is widely known that people don't necessarily go to B-Dubs for the food, but for the atmosphere and the ability to watch some sports. Now don't get me wrong, the food isn't terrible - there is a nice variety of choices and wing flavors. My food came out fresh and piping hot. The staff is friendly, and helpful. Go watch a game, and grab a bite.

In short, our experience would have been better if we didn't have to wait for an hour for our food and if the order came out correctly. We got there on a Friday Night before the dinner rush. The first seating area had a handful of other parties and the bar area had two small parties. We dont go out much as a family so this kind of ruined the experience for us. It wasn't busy yet our food still took forever to come out. Our waiter RJ was dope though, cool guy and genuinely cared about our experience there and made things right for us. Kudos to RJ. Another thing that didn't make sense was they made us wait for a booth because they had to clean it but there were 3 other booths on the same side we could have sat down at whole the dirty one was being cleaned. The response to that was thats what happens when you don't have a busser. Not sure how that's on the client but cool story 🤷‍♂️ the girl was kind of rude about it too... The food was delicious! When we first walked in, we were told that seating was only in the bar. No big deal. Went to the bar and no one greeted us for over 15 minutes. Waitresses walked by us even being annoyed that we were standing in their way, without them saying a word to us. Finally got seated and things got better. Food did take some time to come out, but not too long.

Ordered food on the app for pick up. This is the second time they bagged my food and forgot something from my order. Although the food is a staple and I enjoy eating it, I shouldn’t have to double check to see if everything is there. They had brought my bag back to the kitchen and my husband and I waited 15minutes for the rest of our order to be done. When they gave us back the back with the order complete, they didn’t even apologize for their mistake or the inconvenience. (Even when we tipped!)Yes I understand why not go in and eat? It was a busy day but I thought relying on the Togo app would be easy and hassle free.

First time here for my husband's birthday. Had a party of 6. Table we were taken to was held up from rocking back and forth by 12 inches of napkins. The table wobbled terribly. We asked to move due to the concern. It took FOREVER for our waitress to take our order, and even LONGER to get our food. It was almost an hour prior to receiving our food. I would not have cared at all about the wait time if the French fries were hot and fresh but they were COLD. I was pissed at this point. Told the waitress and she fixed it. Overall, she was a decent waitress, but I definately won't be back. There was maybe 3 or 4 other people in this facility when we were there so I can't figure out why it was so slow and the food so cold. They were dead.

Service was extremely slow. I didn't think it could get any slower until we did the Blazin' Challenge. You eat 10 Carolina Reaper wings in 6 minutes with nothing to drink. This thing took FOREVER to set up, from the release you have to sign to the actual food arriving. The wings are 2-3 times the size of what they normally serve you and the "heat" level wasn't really there for me.... but I love spicy foods to begin with. Our prize? A headband and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We still had to pay for the 10 wings. Very disappointing. All told, with the challenge, our food for dinner and what drinks we did have, plus having to wait for our "prize" for completing the challenge, we spent over 3 hours inside. As stated, VERY slow.

Man. Where do I start? The hostess in the front was rude. They were talking to a coworker for a solid five minutes while we waited to just put our names down before finally acknowledging we were there. I understand as someone who has worked service before so I let it go. They told us an hour wait, we left to shop around the mall to wait out the time after putting our names down. We come back and ask her how much time was left. It was a genuine question, she proceeds to tell us we’ve been gone for thirty five minutes. I ask again, and instead of giving us a time she condescendingly tells me that we’ve been gone for thirty five minutes. I let it go and just simply wait outside with the rest of the people I’m with. We get seated and table is sticky. My mother-in-law just asks for a rag and cleans it herself. They take our orders and everything seems good. Well, it wasn’t. My daughter orders a nonalcoholic drink and our waitress asks her if she wants a tall or a regular. She’s confused and I’m confused before the waitress realized that she ordered a nonalcoholic drink. The waitress just made the assumption she was an adult without checking ID. We let it go again then food starts to come. EVERYTHING IS WRONG. The wrong type of wings for two our large orders of wings and fries are completely forgotten. The waitress was sweet and she’s the only reason I’m giving an extra stars. I guess you can’t expect much out of Buffalo Wild Wings.

Okay first off, we walked in and the dining section wasn't open, so we had to sit in the bar( not a huge deal by itself). We then waited about 10 mins just for a waiter to take our drinks, and about the same time to then receive them. We ordered some food including nachos and wings. The wings had two options: incredibly dry or drowning in sauce. The nachos were genuinely uneatable, the chips tasting of dust. Finally it came to pay. And a friend who had ordered only a water that night still received a receipt and was told they had to pay for the water. $4 for a glass of water on top of the poor service and food. Overall the night was disappointing. The only reason I don't give them a one star is because of the MTN dew legend.

Just based off our last visit I would give it one star. However we have been other times where it was okay so I'm giving it 2 stars. If you go, DON'T SIT AT THE TABLES IN THE BAR AREA. The service was TERRIBLE there! It took so long to get any food. Even the appetizers! We ordered two appetizers and by the time we got the second appetizer the first appetizer was cold. They brought out the meals sporadically. We finally got three out of four meals. I was almost done with mine by the time the fourth meal arrived. And it was mac and cheese!!!! They probably just microwave it! Our waiter was the bartender and the only thing she refilled was our friend's beer. Not the soda one of us ordered. She was nice but not a good server. It's not like it was really busy either. The staff were chatting away I had to get up from the table and ask them for something.

The food itself was good. The service however left a lot to be desired. We were happy to wait the 10 minutes to get a table. The 20-30 mins after that before someone even came to the table or acknowledged our existence was utterly disappointing on the other hand. It took almost another 15-20 minutes before someone returned with our drinks while other tables around us were getting service.

Great wings as always but this is the third time I go in a party of 4 and get the worse service imaginable. Wings come out quick but for the 3rd time since coming here we get no fries ! Every time they are still on our bill knowing damn well they were never brought out. Takes 20 mins to get silverware and 40 mins to get a beer! I've been to this place a few times and always found it pretty average, but this time was a complete mess. We had to wait for a table which is fine, but the service was so slow it was crazy. We were seated at 9:45 and I only got my drink at 11:05 - this was after twice being told they didn't have the beers I wanted, despite them being on the menu. When the food finally came (well over an hour after our order was taken) the fries were cold and the lettuce on my burger was not fresh (pretty much the kind you get in a supermarket salad bag that had been open for a few days). The boneless wings were fine, however we only got the buy one get one free on one of the plates when we should have had it on both. All in all, pretty much a disaster and I'll definitely avoiding coming here again.

Went in for a quick dinner because we had been craving wings. Our waiter was great and he was quick and very friendly. We ordered wings and fries with drinks. When we got our order the fries were cold and had no flavor. The wings were barely warm as well. My drink didn't come until about halfway through our meal. The server was only seen twice. Never spoke with me. I asked for my bill, she ended up never giving me my bill. She then started taking a whole soccer teams order. I go up to the front to ask if I could pay my bill and the other lady in front told me to “leave my money on the table” she can’t help me. without knowing the price of my bill. Or wait for the person who served me. Which the server who was serving me was extremely busy.

My first time at this restaurant and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I entered the bar area after 10 minutes they took my drink order, 20 minutes later the food, but after 1 hour my food did not arrive. Have waited roughly 30 minutes, just to receive our food. One of the waiters gave us nothing but attitude when checking in on us. They really need to hire more staff, having only 1 bartender is not a good idea for a Sunday. Never received a second drink after ordering. Host also claimed 10% off our order when using the QR code on the table, that was also wrong. Very upset with the whole experience, especially since this is our first time coming in, and I won't be coming back.

Absolutely the worst service I've received in years. There was a fight on that night and they were charging to sit inside or wait to be seated outside. They had us wait 45 minutes for outside seating then when we got in out of the 15 tables outside only 2 were in use. Our waitress took our order and then didn't check on us again until i flagged het down for the check! There was a manager that came out several times and other servers but, none of which bothered to refill our drinks which had been empty since early on. I won't be back, i go out to eat for the service not the food and this location doesn't seem to care either way.

Safe to say I’ll never be returning to this establishment ever again. I came in for lunch and the restaurant is not busy. My group waits an eternity for the food to come out. In addition, the wings we ordered were the smallest wings I’ve ever seen and lightly sauced. They also forgot to bring out our side of fries, vegetables, and ranch. We asked several times where these items were at and never received them. On top of all of this, the prices they are charging are simply outrageous. This is simply the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in the United States of America.

This location is deteriorating, and I'm not sure what happened, but the quality has declined significantly. Firstly, I was seated in the back near the bar without a choice, which I didn't appreciate. Secondly, the music was excessively loud; I'm not sure if they're aiming to be a club, but considering they sell wings, it was inappropriate. I asked if they could lower the volume since I had to shout to communicate with my wife, but unfortunately, the music remained unchanged. Thirdly, all the waitresses seemed to be focused on one table, perhaps because they were friends with the customers there. It's understandable, but it felt like we were forgotten. What's amusing is that I believe the manager on duty was at that table the entire night, enjoying herself with that group. Lastly, I waited for 40 minutes before my wings arrived, and when they did, they were cold and dry. Additionally, I ordered fries with my wings, but they were served way before my main dish arrived. Their business model is designed to hide lousy customer service relying on the youth, rowdy drunken experience. No physical menus, minimal staff. The modesto ca location addressed our party as if we're homies from the street instead of paying customers. After passing one phone around (only way to order) waitress came back a couple of times to tell us they didn't have the item. Rather than having to log back in and search for substitutes, I just skipped them. After waiting several minutes to find out how to order, waitress asked us if we had been helped. After explaining our disappointment she actually replied "awesome ". This is just a large bar masquerading as a family restaurant. No thanks.

To be honest not my best experience... To begin when I first took a seat at the bar it was about 10min before someone came to get my drink order. While I was waiting for someone to get order (food/wings) after getting my drink a cockroach crawled under my menu.... still after letting a worker know it still took a while to get my order... as I am looking I am at the end of the bar closer to patio area the opposite side is getting their full service. Food took a long time to get and when did it was cold but let's not forget how long it took to get another drink. At that point I just wanted to walk out. Also so any mangers that read this I am not looking for a free meal or anything of that sorts. I only ask for you too work with bettering your employees. I understand some days are really busy and whatnot, I've work in the restaurant industry myself but for as busy as they weren't it was poor service all around.

First off there was only two tables who had been served on the bar side and we were told the wait would not be longer than 15min, secondly we were asked for our drinks 10 min later and brought menus 30 minutes to take our order and about an hour before we started getting out dishes separately first our order of fries that were cold then my boneless chicken and lastly 30 min later our burger. This has never been my service at all from Buffalo and Turlock location has way better service even when they are packed never coming to the Modesto one again.

Our family went in around 7:30pm on a Sunday night. It wasn't busy at all so we were hoping for a quick dinner and then home. We didn't get out of there until after 9pm. Service was very slow and our waitress barely checked on us. Also, the girl who delivered food to our table practically threw it at us. Also, the plates were very hot and she handed them to us without mentioning it. We didn't order any adult beverages, just some wings, chicken tenders and fries and 1 appetizer. Our bill was just over $100 for 4 of us. Ridiculous! Not to mention, my husband bit into one of his wings and it was ice cold, like from the freezer. Bad service and cold food = we won't be back unfortunately.

WORST SERVICE I ever had in my life. They saw us standing and waiting to be seated after texting us that our table was ready. They made us wait 10 minutes to be seated. They took our order and we waited 30 minutes just for our drinks to come out. Our food came out and it was cold and half our things were missing and we had no silverware. Our server never came back and other waitresses were irritated when we stopped them to ask for silverware. We spoke to the manager and she brought us warm food that was missing extra toppings we paid for. To top it off, they messed up on our tab as well and tried to charge us for drinks we never ordered or received. Never again will be coming here.

They messed up my order twice. First they brought me boneless instead of traditional, then they brought me two totally different flavors than what I ordered and I tried to get their attention for 10+ minutes while they completely ignored me calling and waving for them. Then after all that they took all the wings from me and still tried to charge me even though I hadn’t eaten any of them so I left hungry and disappointed and headed over to chilis where I’m currently writing this with fantastic service. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. It was Friday 2/28, and we were going to the Gallo for a show. Kids wanted BWW, so I caved, and we went there. We sat down, and the bar server was at the table next to us, so she definitely saw us sit down. 12 minutes later, we STILL hadn't been greeted or served. I had to get up and go ask to be served. A girl that was behind the bar stocking was told to serve our table. She came and said, " I guess I'm your server, but I've been here since 8am, and I just want to go home." So, now, I'm apologizing to her, which feels wrong in every way, for us even being there at all. It only got worse from here, and it's just too much to type out tbh. TERRIBLE experience and one I won't make again! I filed a report with BWW Corp. office the following morning after our visit. It's now 5 days later, and NOBODY has contacted me to resolve the issues. Guess my family and I aren't important enough to be properly served or contacted. HUGE SHRUG. Please, PLEASE TAKE YOUR FAMILY SOMEWHERE ELSE. ANYWHERE ELSE! BWW IS AWFUL, AND I WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK!

I ordered today 20 traditional + fries, 20 boneless + fries, and ultimate nachos. I didn’t received any fries and everything boneless, no traditional. Very disappointed, never more ordering from this place. On Turlock I never had any problem.

Horrible Service! Being a business owner myself, I would never give the customer service in this type of way. Even to my worst enemy. My grandkids were fresh off a basketball game and hungry. We didn't get our appetizer order in until we were waiting for 45 minutes. We had to order our entree at the same time for the reason we were really hungry. I then ordered a meal on my app and got it before we got our appetizers. Thank God! We got to feed the kids! We were only offered 50 dollars off spending over $250. Some kind of service. Be careful. My first and last time here! Good luckis you eat here!

First time going there. Not going back. We got 1 hamburger and 4 orders of wings, the wings tatsed really off and over salted. The service was terrible got a side of attitude with dinner. We had to ask for utensils and napkins aswell. Drinks came after we had recieved our food. The waitress was full of attitude that night and seemed like she couldn't be bothered to do her job. The restaurant looks like it's ran by a bunch of teenagers who have no directions on what to do every one was all over the place. Worst of all 2 of our group of 5 woke up with food poisoning. We won't be going back there. Get better employees and better management.

The worst food I have had in my life. Everything is heavily fried and refried. The quality was so bad. I took my family here thinking that it is next to BJ’s that it would be good quality. Instead, this is the type of food one can get cardiovascular diseases from. I have had fried food in my life, but the food here tasted and looked over fried and oily. The atmosphere is too busy with too many television screens. The service attendant was kind and patient. Never going back there again:( over rated food and price……disgusted and disappointed.

walking in they told us that they don’t sit parties of 2 and that we had to sit at the bar. then it came to ordering. no physical menus??? i had to order on my phone and they ask for you to put a card down to even order. then the drinks. me and my partner got one each but our “server” wasn’t aware of it at all. food pretty good i always enjoy it. haven’t had a problem yet. but then came drink 2 i got mine no problem my partner who asked for their beer directly from the server and they forgot after they themselves input it in the ipad. we seen them ask the bartender and they were barely pouring it after 10 minutes. they weren’t even busy. when we checked ourselves out and got up to leave the inattentive server had the nerve to ask us if our payment went through! yea it definitely went through with a zero dollar tip!!

Was a very bad experience, order and pay with phone, this was our first time and we had to ask other customers how to do this. Then our food came out with no drinks no napkins and no celery plate with dressings. I had to hunt down a waitress to get my drinks and napkins. Then I had to call and ask to speak to the manager to have him come out to the patio to help with other issues. It was a really bad experience. Notice the time on the photos. We did not have the energy or patience to order anything else. But even if we wanted to, I had to get the manager just to close out the check and apparently a waitress had taken the drinks and the celery off of my order, but the manager put it back on so no compensation for such a horrible experience.

I’ve always loved BWW because it’s always fast & dependable with the food and aren’t forgetting about your orders like wing stop that has you waiting over 1+ hrs for your food anyway I ordered my food at 9:30 said till 10 I live in Oakdale I was in the area & said well let’s go me, my husband & kids waited in the car for our food I went to go check at 9:55 he said 5-10mins more for my food I said cool mind you my husband works at 6am. I go at 10:06 to ask he said it was almost ready that 5 more mins I didn’t get my order till 10:36 im beyond dissapointed at this at just 10:20 he said 10more seconds for my order to be ready. I will NEVER go here again my kids were so tired of waiting that they even went to bed w/o eating thanks BWW you really did it this time. The worst part is they know how much they keep you waiting & can’t even give you a partial refund or some type of store credit smh.

It wasn't very busy and we didn't have a lot of time, just wanted to get a quick bite to eat. We went to the bar area figuring that would be even easier. It took forever to get any service, then it took forever to get the food. The platter we ordered must have sat for a while because the nachos chips were soggy. We ordered a couple of beers and again waited. My husband ended up going up to the bar to finally get our order that was just sitting there. Needless to say, I don't recommend going there to eat. We spent as much money there on just beers and an appetizer platter and got very little compared to a burger joint with a juicy burger and a side.

I can't rate the food or anything else for that matter. We sat down around 9:45pm someone brought over our beer then we sat until about 10:10pm waiting for someone to take our order. No one came to take the order. Other people ordered and got their food, but I guess they forgot about us. Not sure if it was an off day, but it seems to be a trend lately with service.

gmfu waited so long for some cold food. half the table got their food 1 hour late and the other was there 40mim. this place needs better management or a more organized staff.

I am going to be as honest as possible. I was a recurring customer until 1 year ago and I had many problems with my past orders. I simply don't know how this restaurant is still in business. It has a very inefficient staff. Even the simplest order is a problem. Everything is delivered wrong. my last order I asked for wings only and they gave me boneless and I had to go back one more time for my food and it turns out that they gave me, for the second time, my wrong order. I am really very disappointed. from this place, so I'm sorry I won't buy any more. and I know that my opinion is not important to them, I just want that what happened to me does not happen to other clients.

We came oct 19 around 4.30ish and we waited it was a 15 minute way, we waited. WE GOT SAT. Then after being sitting for 15 or more minutes the waitress came and told us the she ask arround and not one sat us. It was so embarrassing. We had menus and everything.

Disappointing Service, Consistently We’ve given Buffalo Wild Wings in Modesto multiple chances over the past couple of months, and out of five visits, only one had decent service. The rest? Absolutely awful. Servers avoid eye contact, it takes 20 minutes just to get a menu, and they only manage to be friendly when it’s time to hand you the bill and hope for a tip. It genuinely feels like they go out of their way to hire the worst servers possible. Our most recent experience was the final straw — we sat for 15 minutes, ignored while servers walked right past us. No menu, no acknowledgment. We finally had enough and walked out. Ended up across the street at BJ’s and got fantastic service, proving it’s not hard to treat customers right. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to seriously rethink their hiring and training. Until then, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Service started out great-hostess seated us within a few minutes, waitress came over and put in our drinks and food. It took 35 min for a child to receive a grilled cheese and French fries and 47 min to receive 5 strips and coleslaw. Our waitress came over only once to "check in" on us. She didn't bother to refill our drinks once nor apologize for the delay. When my order came out I had no silverware to eat my coleslaw and my tenders were missing a side sauce. My waitress didn't bother to apologize, offer her manager to rectify the situation or offer a discount to the bill. This was by far the absolute worst service I received.

Went there on Saturday for take out really disappointed on the food. Every single wing had the feathers didn’t clean them at all and the wings were over fried not going back again.

Wow it’s been an hour and two of us got beers ……no waters delivered food without even giving drinks I’ve never in my life had that happen ….now my food has been here for 10 minutes while I wait for drink so I can enjoy my hot wings cause one just might want a cold beverage to wash down spicy food ….now we are are 1 hour 20 minutes here and no drinks with food 25 minutes and waitress tried to flag down the manager and she walked away

I waited for 1 hour for my wings. The 2 girls in the front were no help and kept telling me they were working on my order. The service and communication was very poor. I will not give them my business again. Bad management

Disclaimer my server was amazing, but if I couldn’t give them any stars, I would , came for dinner and order the Swiss mushroom burger, both me and my husband , we received our burgers without mushrooms, and I had confronted our server to ask if we can get our mushrooms. They failed to tell us that they had discontinued mushrooms at that location so ultimately they tried to sneak a Swiss cheese burger into our mouth without letting us know , I asked the server what she could do and she tried her best to find a solution for us. It appeared to us that she checked in with her supervisor and they told us to download the app to receive a free burger , at that point, there’s not much the server could do so I asked to speak to her supervisor her supervisor brushed us off didn’t even come apologize and took the burgers off our tab , it was very unprofessional of the supervisor to ignore us like that they need to cover that dish off the menu or tell people it is discontinue is a very inappropriate for them to just try to serve us half of a dish and charge full price , I don’t come to Buffalo Wild Wings often but I definitely will never come back or recommend this place , my family’s dishes also were disgusting overcooked

Worst experience on Sunday the 15th 2026 of February . Went out to dinner with my family. Once we got seated the lady came and she asked my boyfriend what he wanted to drink and etc she didn’t even look at me or ask me what I wanted to drink or anything very rude . Very disrespectful the workers. You guys just lost costumers . Maybe you should see how your waitress treat the customers there. Snotty workers .!

Terrible service, it took forever to get our food. The servers were rude and kept getting more rude every time I tried to order. I kept asking if my order was ready and found out it had been ready for a while, but they never gave me my food. The lady was giving attitude, saying it’s busy, like they dread their job. The wings were cold and soggy, and the mac and cheese was cold. Then they tried to kick me out while I was still eating at a table with my food out, even though a different server told me I could sit there. Don’t recommend coming here. The food isn’t good at all and the service isn’t either. I’m disputing the charge with my bank.

I was just there around 6pm and our order was not its best fried pickles were not cooked and the wings were definitely sitting out so long I got home and ended my night leaving the er for food poisoning🤢 for 80$ I will not be returning back to this place after getting food poisoning

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been. Place was dead and took an hour to get our food and it was still cold. Had to take the order to go. Server never followed up and appears intoxicated.

Came for dinner with family, unfortunately all the burgers, sandwiches, fries and onion rings we ordered were all cold. Waitress forgot one side of fries and when those were eventually brought out they were also cold. No silverware was brought out and when asked for it, it appeared as if it was a bother for them to bring it. Service to say the least was horrible. I will not comeback.

Got 3 20 wing orders 20 boneless 40 traditional Got 30 boneless and 30 traditional instead. Order 12 ranch and got a big cup with barely ranch on it and 16 empty ranch cups. Food was cold. Worst customer service. Don't recommend. Go to Turlock the one there has better service and food.

MORE LIKE INSUFFERABLE WILD WINGS! Na but the service was terrible, very slow and fries came after I finished wings. I came with 3 other people and they got there orders wrong to, in fact they forget 100% about one of there orders. The lady comes up halfway through us eating and asks “everything good here”. NO LADY THIS PLACE SUCKS AND WHY ARE ALL OF YOU GIGGLY AND HAVING A GOOD TIME BUT GIVING SUCH TRASH SERVICE. I WONT BE COMING TO MODESTO LOCATION AGAIN, YOURE FIREEEED.

party of 5 around 11pm on a saturday night(they close at 2am) took 20 minutes to get a menu/drinks, after another 20 minutes of waiting to even place an order i finally flagged a worker and asked for the check for the drinks. There was a huge birthday party taking up 20+ tables but they ALL had their food already and they were extremely roudy mostly kids and the parents were on another planet cuz they didn't care that their kids were screaming and running around bumping other people and throwing their shoes and god almighty I couldn't take it anymore, ZERO stars, sucks cuz i really wanted that burger i was gonna order and since nowhere else was open except drive thru's we went home STARVING

WORST EXPERIENCE @ BWW EVER ! 1st of all If you want to eat somewhere where there is good vibes/energy it’s not here. Waiter refused to take our order because of new policy that involves ordering on the phone ? Then we saw others getting their orders took. What’s the point of dining in or having waiters? Couldn’t get a refill. My fries came out first and then they tasted refried and old. Then 20 min after the fries my partner got their wings (the traditional ones) they were hot but they had feathers still on them. Then I received my food once she was already done with them. We never received one side of veggie sticks, the carrots looked suspect and simply unappetizing. I was happy with the strawberry lemonade but unfortunately there is no refills. We spoke with manager and she made every excuse in the book. She did thankfully give us a slight discount. Overall, If you want good customer service DO NOT, come to this location!

Order was supposed to be ready at 5:50, I showed up at 5:55, still waiting on it at 6:15. Edit: Just got food. It's cold. They said they were waiting on a certain part of the order to bring the food out, but every single item is cold-to-the-touch. Also, the Nashville Hot tastes EXACTLY like the Blazin with a hint of Nashville. As if someone messed up the order by tossing it in Blazin, and then tossed it in Nashville to try and fix it. 0/10 do not recommend this place. Also, asked for the Lemon Pepper sauce and got the dry seasoning. They couldn't have messed up the order more.

Took my niece here for her 16th birthday. They screwed everything up so much. We were waiting for over an hour for our food. They kept on bringing us wrong meals. The waitress she was nice but the food runners and the cooks screwed everything up.

Service it was really slow, we had to wait for more than 30 min till our waitress appeared, then after she take our drinks order another 25 min, after that she bring the food and never come back , I wanted another drink I try many times to catch her attention and she ignored me, then she just bring the ticket. All the customers were in the same situation, not service at all, we see each other very upset, there weren't waitresses around. I don't recommend this place
