Chili's was great! We did have to wait 15-20 min for a table, but Chili's is always with the wait! Great food, and our waitress was wonderful. Used a reward from the Chili's app for free chips and salsa. Did a 3 for $10, and a 2 for $8 - both were plenty of food for us. Soooo good, and it was wonderful to eat seated in a restaurant!!

My recent visit to Chili's was with my family for lunch. We were seated within fifteen minutes and our server shared they were short staffed that day and thanked us for our patience. She was very attentive from when we were seated until we finished our delicious meals. Our experiences at this location have always been positive. By the way, the molten cake will satisfy your sweet tooth!

I loved it here, was assisted by a pretty young waitress named Amanda i think. Might have been Abigail or Mandy or something, but pretty sure her name was Amanda. She had black hair and served me and my room mate chicken tenders. It was relatively quiet inside despite there being a lot of cars outside. Amanda gave us a box for our take home appetizers and we got to enjoy them later that night. I had to stop her to ask for a refill and I could tell she was quite busy with other tables so I made sure to leave a good tip for her. This was only my second time going to Chilis. The first was the one in Turlock. Both were enjoyable times. However, this time was a bit more enjoyable. The servers at this chili were SOOO attentive. We were approached quite a few times throughout our dining, and that's something I enjoy. It was extremely busy, and yet we were still being talked to. Not only was our server attentive, but when we ordered, she took our orders and showed us how we could get our orders but with more for LESS! Ended up spending less money than I was expecting to, positive experience will definitely go again and I recommend it to anyone.

It has always been a great place to get a bite to eat. I highly recommend chili's to everyone. Everything was great and the food, service, and atmosphere was on point. 5 stars across the board.

Had a really excellent experience . Our server attended to us and didn't have us waiting or feeling left out even though it was really busy. Justin the manager also made us feel right at home and the whole restaurant was not chaos considering we went in on a really busy time. The food came out nice and hot and tasted super good. Chilis is such a better deal than a lot of fast food restaurants! I love the 3 for 10 with the chicken sandwich and my kids love the sliders and pizza! This location accommodated 35 of my family members for a birthday party and did a great job with service and how quick we were served. Thank you!

So for starters a huge thank you to Justin from my son and I. Amazing management considering the Turlock location had horrible management and service. Our server was amazing her sweet personality honestly turned my bad day around so quickly. Food was fast and even when our server got called into a meeting we were quickly taken care of by another til she returned. FANTASTIC need I same more we got to sit next to 4 cops my son loved that part he received cool stickers from them. Our waitress's was amazing always checking on us that's a wonderful customer service. The staff got my son's food out very quickly. Just ate their again (13 Apr 25) still 5 stars all around! Just left there, (3 Jan 25) and got a huge BBQ platter for dinner and I don't think I'm need to eat for a week! Whomever the bartender was, I never got his name this afternoon, was a great guy and hooked me up with a to go cup of Iced Tea so I could take it to go as we left! Little things like this and awesome food is what keeps bringing us back! Original review: This place is great. Their burgers are very good and they are not slow at getting them out to you. We walked in one night when it was slammed, busy football evening crowd. Sat at the bar, ate, and left within 30 minutes. The staff are awesome and quick and don't leave you hanging for long at all even when crowded. They've become a regular burger joint for us the past few months. Oh and way more affordable than any fast food place out there.

Ohhhhh…..too much good food and too many good choices! It’s really hard to decide, unless of course you bring someone with you and then you can order it all and split it! Whoootie whooo, which is EXACTLY what my daughter and I did! We started with the triple appetizer with the boneless chicken with sweet and spicy sauce which was tangy and slightly spicy. My mouth is watering now. We also chose the mozzarella sticks (which are massive and EXTREME cheese pulls) and the sliders (which has a clean beef flavor). What a great combo and I was already full. We also ordered the chips and salsa, because, well, it’s mandatory! Chili’s has some of the best chips and salsa. Especially if you get the lucky chip (which is a chip that all of them are fried together). We split the half a slab rib with the loaded, fries and brisket quesadillas. The other entrée was the sirloin with shrimp and loaded mashed potatoes with steamed vegetables. Holy cow….I felt like I needed a wheelbarrow to take me to my car! What a great meal and a wonderful server! You can’t go wrong with any choice on the menu and there is always a special happening at Chili’s to make it affordable for the entire family to eat.

I ordered curbside pickup for dinner. The mix and match fajita dinner to go. I was expecting to get a semi warm plate of so so steak and hopefully warm chicken at most. Well, I was very pleasantly suprised! My steak was melt in your mouth tender and seasoned perfectly. Chicken was great and had all necessary sides and toppings included w my order. It was hot and satisfying. I was very pleased with this visit and hope to return to enjoy more great meals like this!! Excellent job Chili's 👌🏾

The food was good but some items seemed frozen. Example, the margarita chicken and the shrimp. The loaded mashed potatoes were really good. The rice was a little hard. The pico de gallo was good too.

They got rid of the "All you can eat soup and salad" which was my favorite dish. Everything is a-la-carte, too expensive..You even have to pay for the chips that used to be free. This is not a high end restaurant and therefore it should not be charging for everything separately as a-la-carte. Only really high end restaurants do that.

Great food! We came with a large party of roughly fifteen guests as it was my mother's birthday dinner. The food was excellant. My only concern was that the waitress NEVER came to refill our drinks or bottomless chips and salsa. Each time we needed refills, we had to physically find her, and stop her and ask for them. Staff was great, rice was NOT well cooked... I told my waiter that the rice was hard and he brought me another side of rice still not cooked well. Never ordering rice again.

Food was good but the service needs to be be good too. I know the tips are computer generated now so forgetting our drinks didn't seem like a big deal. With just a tap of the screen when checking out they know a great tip was just tapped for them. We still want a nice happy person serving our table so regroup the staff and get them to get all there tables they served for the day to return because of great service that they will pass on to there friends and family.

I have been in a few times. Every time, the waiter or waitress are super helpful when they're with you. I think they are in charge of too many tables because you don't see them really more than two to four times in the entire visit. Once to take a drink order, the next for food order, next to check how food is and then to make sure you know how to pay on the tablet device. It can take a few minutes to flag them down if you need something. Usually I have to flag them down for a refill on my beverage. I had special promotional gift cards to use along with a regular gift card. They are supposed to be able to be scanned on the tablet device, but each time it hasn't worked. I then had to wait to flag them down, in which they have to flag their manager down to take care of it. Each time, the manager has had issues getting the promotional gift cards to work. Thankfully the manager will get it all to work, but it all takes time. I might spend about forty-five minutes from ordering to finishing eating, but then I spend an additional forty-five minutes to try and get the payment figured out. The food is amazing and very good. Great atmosphere, but plan the trip with time in mind.

2nd time there in a long while. The first time was awesome, the food and the service was excellent. This time around, it was ehh ok. Ordered the same thing as first time but with more sides. It's wasn't cooked the same or were served the same, also not even the same taste. Probably, my taste buds changed. Overall, it was an ok experience. I will go again later on in the future to see if things change.

I had ordered the smokehouse combo that was pictured on their menu. The corn was frozen so it didn't have that crunch in the kernels. The Jalapeño cheddar sausage was small, not spicy and was not hot to touch. The baby back ribs had too much BBQ sauce on it. I didn't taste any smoke on any of the meats. The garlic bread was great! The fries were crisp and delicious. The ranch dressing tasted good as well. The server didn't ask if we wanted a refill on our drinks. She just took the cup and didn't offer a second round. But it was our 1st time in a very long time returning to Chili's. We don't know if the drinks are refillable. My husband had the smash burger and he enjoyed it. It was worth the money.

Was told waiting time was 30-40 mins ended up being over an hr. Also can chili’s serve better quality chips? I’m not talking about changing a whole lot, I mean this is obviously the worst chips, I’m only saying because it’s a good restaurant, I don’t understand the amount of oil on them, I can’t even see the screen right now from all the oil, and dropped the phone twice it’s so slippery. Where do I start? Between my pick up order being stolen or the rude waitress, This location has been terrible on more than one occasion. The stolen order wasn't the fault of the staff, but it was a bad experience in itself. Things happen, so I decided to give Chili's another chance. I placed a pick up order and walking in, I noticed a waitress come out the double doors at the pick up area. She totally ignored me and walked past me. This was kinda rude but I figured she would be back to help me. She came back minutes later, walked right past me again and back behind the double doors without a word to me. Luckily, there was a taller gentleman behind the double doors who noticed the waitress ignoring me and assisted in my order pick up. This waitress should be fired at the very least. She needs to realize that customer patronage keeps her employed.

UPDATE just want to say Justin listened to us today and fixed my food and was very nice and pleasant as he was last night just wanted to say thank you!! So we had a family birthday here on 10/18/25 a party of 18 so my sister went at 3 to get on the list as chilis asked to do she also arrived at 540 for a reservation at 6 said about a 25 min wait we didn’t get seated till a bit after 7 my mother did complain and when she walked back out the employees started laughing the young girl with the handkerchief tied in her hair and the other young girl with dark curly hair were beyond rude the curly haired girl brought out the chips and salsa asking where it goes I repeatedly said down here waving my hands she ignores me then someone said down there I’m waving my hand at her so she walks to wear i was sitting but left the chips and salsa like 2 chairs down and turned quickly and walked away then the person who brought our drinks just sat them on the table didn’t pass them out at all but Angie our waitress was excellent she did a amazing job. So I ordered a triple dipper with boneless wings mozzarella sticks and big bites so it came out lukewarm and wrong wings but it got fixed it looked like they refried the mozz sticks and just switched bread on the bites I’m guessing the young man was the manager and he asked it was ok but it was still lukewarm I just didn’t want to have wait any longer so I didn’t really to much at the restaurant brought my food home so I’ve only eaten 1mozz sticks and some wings haven’t touched the bites I pick it up and it looks like someone bit it the patty and bottom bread have a bite mark so this is very upsetting because maybe it was payback or something but there is a bite out of my burger and it’s not from me I wish I would noticed this at the restaurant cause I def would of complained this is uncalled for and disappointing and now idk if I ever want to eat here again! To many teenagers running this place very unorganized

We have specific dietary restrictions, and our waitress went above and beyond to ensure that our meals were safe for us. She was incredibly attentive, double-checking ingredients, and even offered additional options from the chef that weren’t on the menu, which was a nice touch. Overall, Chili's is a solid choice for a casual meal and drink. The food might not have blown us away, but the service definitely made up for it. Usually we have a great visit however tonight the staff must have been short. Took 20 minutes to get the sauces I ordered with my meal and even longer to get refills. Our waiting was nothing but friendly, however the food runners were preoccupied as they dropped off our appetizers and main courses. Aside from seeing the food runners maybe 3 or 4 times in the dining room the whole night, the only other staff we saw was the hostess and our waiter. Both were running around like crazy the who night. We will be putting off our next visit for quite some time to allow staffing situations to improve.

So we came in We my cousins and I for happy hours so we wanted to sit in the bar area we waited 30 minutes to have the front door host clean our table asked staff in the bar Numerous times can I clean the table But we got yes sure but nothing happened smh won’t be back ....

We came in last Friday Eve to have a early birthday dinner for our twins and we sat in the bar area never got brought menus or silverware my husband had to get up and go ask for some ok so we order our food which was 2 surf and turfs plates one triple dipper and the smokehouse bbq ribs platter all our food was barely warm my steak was almost med after I asked for med rare it was barely rare the fries I ordered looked like the bottom of the bag fries bits n pieces came out burnt n cold the loaded mashed potatoes were cold the shrimp had so much seasoning I couldn’t even eat it I barely ate none of my dinner my husbands food was almost cold our kids food the same it was very disappointing this time we came in and we love eating here we just packed up what food we want and left we didn’t bother to talk to anyone it was so busy. I understand establishments like this get busy but this was unacceptable and very disappointing and the money we spent felt wasted

At the front podium I was told by girl with glasses to go back in the corner to place an order to go. No one was there or came. There are 3 employees standing around/visiting & laughing at the front podium. More in the back doing same thing. I was invisible to the servers in the bar area,too. None of them could just take my order??? I left without ordering anything.

Do not eat here!! My family and I , including my poor 1 year old baby, got food poisoning. Wasn't going to bother saying anything because you're taking a risk when you aren't cooking your own food, but we went on Sunday night and we are still super sick today Thursday.

Had the fiesta egg rolls for lunch, ended up with food poisoning by 5pm. What a lovely outing. 9 out of 10 would not recommend.

I had gotten the Triple Dipper the other day for take out. I gotten the big mouth bites, mozzarella sticks, and southwestern egg rolls. I have eaten this exact meal several times, but when I got it for takeout it resulted in me having terrible stomach pain, and violently vomiting it all up. I stayed up until 5am vomiting due to this meal. Leaving my throat to STILL be in pain to this day. Thanks Chilis -_-

Anna was our server. Worst service ever. I do need to say, she was only at our table once, to deliver drinks that we sat for 5 minutes before she even came to the table for us to order. (The restaurant only had a handful of tables occupied, so it wasn’t because she was busy with other guests. She even chased me out the to go door when she found out how unhappy I was. I came back into the restaurant and she yelled at me across the room that she didn’t need my money. She also said other staff members were at our table, so we were fine. Anyone that stopped at our table was because I called them over to help. She shouldn’t be fired, but the only thing she should be doing is washing dishes. I wouldn’t trust her with my food. All I was trying to do was have a nice lunch with my mother who has Alzheimer’s. It was the end of a very difficult weekend, as my family buried my 7 year old great nephew. Thanks so much, Chili’s!! Stellar job at customer service. Remember, every team member represents you. Anna should not ever be the face at the table representing you.

Service was simply ok. The food was room temperature when it arrived. I don't care to see waitstaff with their hair loose, tucking it behind their ears, flipping it out of the way and then handling food. Same with an overgrown beard that was being touched by a waiter. I will be spending my money elsewhere. Also, no salt and pepper on tables seems odd.

I’m so disappointed in the service and the food that we were served. I ordered a rare steak and it came two times medium well. Then the manager come to me and says do you want me to cook the steak more or less? Excuse me? Do you not know what a rare steak is? We only had one gentleman server come to the table and it was not even the person who was supposed to be taking our order and he tried to fix everything. No one else attempted to talk to us again not even the manager who is the person who should be embarrassed that he does not know what a rare steak is. Definitely a terrible experience after a very long work day.

Hi, I wanted to let you know I ate at your Chili’s location near Vintage Faire Mall on June 11, and I got really sick later that night. About 10 hours after eating, I had bad stomach pain and ended up vomiting. I’m not trying to blame anyone, but I think it’s worth checking the food prep or ingredients in case something was off. I just wanted to let you know so you can be aware and hopefully prevent this from happening to someone else. I didn't eat anything else that day and saw your guys food in it. I got food poisoning. Surf and Turf with mushrooms.

Whoever was answering the phone at 9:30pm on April 18 2025 is a rude lady. Called in to see if there was any wait time and once told no asked if there was any wait time for to go orders (I’m just used to having wait times for most places I call in to go) and after she said no she hung up… we were ready to order but had to drive all the way to Turlock Chili’s since we didn’t get answered again … thanks for nothing

I had a very unpleasant experience with a To Go order today. I’ve been ordering To Go from this Chilis for many years but maybe no more after today. When I arrived, all the parking spits for the Puck up and Go customers were filled by cars not there to pick up an order. When I mentioned it to the server, she said “ya, there’s nothing we can do,”. I said you can print up something and put on windshields but she just blew me off Additionally, after receiving the text that my food was ready, I stood at the counter for an extraordinarily long time without being helped. There’s no bell to ring or any way to make it known that a customer is waiting. I finally walked into the dining room and asked a server to go tell someone. It was very inattentive and dismissive customer service

Very poor service. Last night November 2, 2024, myself and my family of 15 (counting kids grandkids and great grandkids) joined together for dinner. Everyone enjoying their dinner except for my grandson because the server never served it nor did they bring the appetizers...plus found hair in the chicken wings...and steak was ordered well done came medium rare...grdkids complained fries to salty, needless to say we were not happy at all... .very very disappointed. We will not be going back..moving on to a new dinner spot.

Not a good experience i have dinner but food was not cooked properly i tell the server Burger patty was not cooked properly and lettus was so old .but she refuce to change the food .i waste my money $61/- .

I love Chili's but I was so disappointed today when i received my order, my salad had not 1 but 2 pieses of hair.

Not a good experience at all at this location. We waited over and hour & 10 minutes for table. Food was marginally ok, but the worst thing was seeing a big Cockroach running across our booth, and needless to say we all lost our appetites and dinner was over. There is never just " 1 " Cockroach, so hopefully management will address this issue.
