One tea is hands down my favorite place to get Tea in the 209! I can't recommend this spot enough! All the employees are extremely friendly, welcoming, polite, and have always made delicious drinks! I always get the mango green tea with strawberry jellies or the mango star jelly. Love the blueberry honey milk tea. The coffee is killer too, very tasty and sweet. Definitely worth stopping by!

The avocado slush is amazing, and made with real avocado not powder. The store is always immaculate and the staff is always super friendly and quick, and their menu has something for everyone. You can customize the sweetness level of your order, and I really like that they have punch cards, not an app :)

This is my absolute favorite boba shop in Modesto, where every drink is a perfectly crafted masterpiece of sweetness! The crème brûlée matcha is truly in a league of its own—it's like a cozy hug in a cup! Great service and the Teas are amazing. I've been having a hard time finding quality drinks since moving to the valley from the bay area. But this place definitely delivers. The ambience is friendly and the staff are helpful with suggestions and samples. I hate going to a place that has mediocre drinks, has bad K-Pop playing in the background and the staff know you have no other choice so they don't care what you want or ask or need. These guys are different and are obviously happy to make what you want.

We got a slush tea, a chocolate and a mango coconut. Both super good! Don’t let the exterior deter you. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even make it according to how sweet you want it. It’s a must try!

The coffee was GREAT!! The caffeine hits hard and the barrista makes the coffee perfect every time!!

Coming from an asian background...I love milk tea/boba and have tried many places. Best boba place in modesto. My wife and I love the creme brulee milk i would say its their staple. They offer stamp cards, friendly/fast service, and nice atmosphere.

I’m pretty disappointed with the visit today. I guess this place is taken over by new owner. I decided to get the taro Boba pearl that’s on the menu and it said it was five dollars however on their register it’s $5.50 and they charge me an extra $.75 for the Boba pearl and additional $.35 for using Apple Pay. So my drink instead of being five dollars ended up being seven dollars. They’ll be the only seven dollars they’re getting out of me. I don’t think the owners know about how to run a business. Every other Boba store I’ve been to when they show the price on the menu that is the price on the menu. Price: how to tell since the price is different from the menu compared to your receipt Quality: A- Service: C

Good drinks but language barrier does not help!! 2 time she gets my drink wrong. Ordered milk tea boba and got milk with brown sugar I asked her to add the tea she said she can offer a discount for another drink when both times was not my fault !! Ya won’t be going back again!!

I feel like the service is very bad, not aggressive but very mean actually. No restroom for the customers — out of service—the girl said 😬😬😬
