Best pizza around! The manager is very professional and made sure I had enough paper plates and napkins and even threw in an extra ranch dressing. I will definitely be getting my pizzas here from now on.. What awesome people and deliciously awesome tasting pizza at an even more awesome price!!

The pizza from here is always delicious and I have never had bad customer service. We had a combination and the newer stuffed crust luau pizza. Yum! We don't typically have our pizza delivered, but this time we did. The driver was prompt and friendly.

This pizza restaurant is located in the scenic shopping center. This is at the intersection of Scenic drive and Oakland/ El-Vista drive, in the same shopping center with Savemart, Baja Mexican restaurant, HR block, AT&T. my first impression was great, their customer service was on point. I ordered a customized all-meat pizza. The pizza was very tasty, not too greasy. I'm definitely returning to this place.

This was the first time we have tried pizza guys in years. I was extremely impressed by the amazing customer service I received by Kelly. The food was hot and the sauces are delicious. She answered all my questions and helped me order exactly what I wanted. Customer service like hers is what keeps me coming back to businesses. Thank you so much Kelly! If I could give 10+ stars I would. The past 2 visits have been great and they show you the pizza before giving it to you. That's really great I've not seen that in a very long time. The manager hooked me up on a deal and got my pizzas for great prices. Will be returning in the future

This pizza guys location is tidy and clean, The pizza is always tasty. They give out alot of good deals in the mail so I am here pretty often.

The pizza is crazy expensive, but the coupon we found helped. I love pizza, and my family is Luke warm on Pizza Guys. The wings are actually better than the pizza. They are not in my pizza top 10, but it's okay. The service is solid, and the attitudes are good.

I came in to order a pizza, after i ordered and paid, I was advised that they were currently cleaning the oven and it would be 30min. It would have been nice to know this before I ordered. Instead I waited 45min! Not very happy.

They say 2p minutes, I was there already to pick when I got a text that it was ready my husband got husband got it put it on the dash board because normally is so hot we can put it on our lap we get home was so cold I call and this girl is back and forward and I ask for the mgr he was to busy to show a little concern. Sad poor customer service Gilbert 👎

The employee's that you hire to pass out coupons door to door throughout neighborhoods should have a little more respect for people's property. Cutting across yards, lawns, driveways, etc to save a few feet is very disrespectful and just plain lazy. Maybe I will delete this review if see them use the public sidewalk or walkway next time.

I called to ask about it and they had me on hold for 8 minutes, my girlfriend decided to call to see if they would have her on hold as long as I was, her call was answered right away and they started to help her. They offered to send out our correct order if I paid for delivery. I let them know to just refund me my money because I didn’t want to pay a delivery fee for something that was their mess up. They offered to not only refund me my money but to also zero out my pizza and delivery fee, making it to where we got our correct order we had ordered and where we did not have to pay a delivery fee, and to make it right they would give me my money back. The person put us on hold one more time and told us that his boss said they were actually too busy to make the pizza and deliver it but that they could refund me my money. I agreed to it, because that’s all I thought could be done for us originally, but the fact that they offered the extra services and then went back on them made us a little upset. The person helping us was very gentle and kind, but the decision maker giving us the run around really rubbed us the wrong way. We have 2 other pizza guys close to us that we will be ordering from moving forward. We hope it was just a bad evening, but we will be ordering from other pizza guys moving forward.
