There’s a young man here who’s incredibly friendly and always makes my family and I feel right at home. His service is exceptional, and his politeness is refreshing in a world where most people are rude. This is one of the reasons I love coming to this location. He’s super positive, and the pizza always tastes great. I think his name is Jr. from what I recall.
Face with a difficult situation. The staff not only handled it professionally but when above and beyond. They were compassionate and consider it. What would have been the end of a horrific night turned into something that made me remember. There are beautiful people out there still. Sounds silly over a pizza but it's true. My husband and I ordered pizza after having to put my 13-year-old cat down. We are too exhausted to notice that we had messed up our order. Instead of realizing my error, I had a complete meltdown. To which the young lady who helped not only helped me get the correct order but also showed compassion during this time.You guys are amazing. Never forget that and thank you again.
11/3: Ordered some pizza this morning at 11:30 and I think there was only 1 young lady handling the orders and she was on it. I got the bundle of medium pizza, boneless wings and breadsticks and the daily Mon deal Pzone and was ready when I arrived. Mistakenly wanted delivery but was pick up so decided to go get it. PIZZA HUT has been around since this town was built and they kept their partnership with PEPSI PRODUCTS which is incredible! Pepsi and Pizza Hut always tastes great together and everyone switching to coke to cut costs wasn’t a good idea since us PEPSI faithful fans only stick to places that serve PEPSI ONLY. Med pepperoni was fresh with the classic pan crust, mild buffalo wings were delicious, and the original breadsticks were buttery good. (Breadsticks should be cut in bite size pieces or in half slices at least and also must eat right away otherwise they’ll get a little hard) Pzone is good for a small lunch too. Highly recommend this Pizza Hut and the one on west briggsmore. Both are good, and taste equally good. But way too often I always order at the wrong place!

They have some of the fastest delivery I have encountered compared to any other pizza shops. The pizza is always hot and fresh and the employees have always been great. This is probably the ONLY Pizza Hut I recommend. I have the choice of 3 huts near my place, and this is my go to without hesitation.

My pizzas come out subpar, I had ordered the big dinner box, with the three deep dish pizzas and what I got was three different piźzas, I wanted one pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeños extra cheese(it came with almost no pepperoni) Same for the other two, one was pepperoni and pineapple barely any pepperoni. The only one that seems OK was the cheese only.
Not my favorite pizza, but it is cheaper than the better ones. And it's close and convenient. The employees were generally nice, but a little frazzled and very busy. It is a very small place with no dining in. And it was packed with people waiting for orders.

Changing my review from 2* to 3*. 2nd visit was better. My order was correct and the food hot. My experience with Pizza Hut has been good over 20+ years but the overall taste of their pizza crust and cheese they currently use has seemed to have had a direct impact on the quality and taste of their products. I will relate it to keeping pizza prices competitive in a horrible economy. I'm switching to their competitor because price matters but I love a good pizza. 1st trip. Overcharged me for the wrong pizza. They acknowledged their error but still charged for me for the more expensive pizza. Told me that a large pan pizza was the same price as a hand tossed pizza the proceeded to give me a receipt where I was charged an additional fee for the pan pizza even though a received a hand tossed pizza. Bottom line is, if you make a mistake on a customers order and verify the error was yours and the customer agrees to accept your error, either correct the bill to reflect what they received or don't bill them at all. Never overcharge a customer for your error.

The wings weren't covered in sauce, the fries container was almost empty and the fries were heavily over seasoned. Also, pizza was too salty.
Pizza was overcooked on 9.21.2025 at 1:00pm. Literally cardboard. No quality assurance checks at all
It is just a pice of dried bread and greasy even my dog didn’t like it. I called the store manager for feedbacks but didn’t return my call. I will never order from there!
Where do I start??? Lazy can’t cutt a pizza or that when it finally got here it was “COLD” after calling and telling them to remake my pizza and cutt it still no pizza man called again and again got the run around then I told him no I want my full refund manager said free pizza you guys are funny there’s better pizza places Pizza Hut has failed
edit 7/15/25: we ordered pizza ahead with the App, but when we arrived we're told it would be 2 hours. The app still says ready in 20 minutes. See screenshot attached.The pizzas used to be better. I was met with extremely unprofessional behavior from a staff member who claimed to be the manager. He told me to leave the store, cancel the order, and said he wouldn’t give me my food because “last time you were rude,” which is completely untrue. He appeared to be a younger male, short in height, with a mustache. For context, the issue he referred to was actually from November 26, when I waited over 40 minutes for an order. I kept asking if the food was ready, and the staff repeatedly told me “5 more minutes” until the wait became extremely long. When I finally asked who the manager was and why customers weren’t being informed honestly about delays, I was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional way. You can check the camera footage from around 5:20 PM to 6:10 PM on that day to see exactly how many times I asked about my order and how they kept telling me to wait 5 minutes. I’m asking the management of this business to take this complaint seriously. Please review the camera footage and look into how staff interact with customers. This kind of behavior is unfair, unprofessional, and will negatively affect your business reputation.
They messed up my pizza and then wouldn't give me a new one because I ate too much of the old one not realizing that it was the wrong pizza until I had finished half of it. It was their mistake I didn't notice that I had eaten the wrong pizza until someone had told me so I don't know why they didn't just replace it anyways cuz it was their mistake.😭
I just had two pizzas delivered to my house and the crust tastes like they've been sitting around for months getting stale and hard very disappointed because I love pizza hut normally.
It already 11:06 am and store is not open , according to schedule they supposed to open at 11:00am , not respect coustomers time .

Over the years I have always had good service from this place. But today. I ordered pizza, spicy chicken and pasta. Well when I got home. The pizza was barely cut. And maybe a handful of cheese on it.. all the food was cold. But worst of all.all the meat on the pizza was all on one side. My dog didn't even walked away from it. This was the pizza I ever had.
