I come to this Popeye’s all of the time. The reason I do Is because they have the best customer service in town! JJ is amazing! I have Had the opportunity to need some assistance with my order and she hands down has the best customer service. She cares about her work and her customers. The drive through team is just as amazing! Of course the food is great, it’s Popeye’s! You won’t go wrong coming here.
We love the chicken sandwiches here, so we dropped by and ordered a classic and spicy sandwich for us and a cup of macaroni and cheese for our youngest. The spicy chicken sandwich, with cheese and bacon, is still the best out here. It doesn't disappoint. The Mac and cheese was also really good. Shout out to Dulce for making the mix up right. Our order was called; #150, but we missed it somehow and waited about ten minutes before I had to get up and ask. She remade our order and through in a free large fry after she checked up on us. Really appreciated that. We'll be back for more than just the sandwiches. Amazing chicken and great service.

My experience was very well. The customer service lady (Shanty) was very helpful the hole time would recommend coming back. Great first experience.
While the staff was really nice and the service was quick, the single item I purchased was sloppily made and not very hot. I only got the one thing so it wasn't like it was sitting while the rest of the food was being prepared. Maybe it was just an off night.. I dont usually go to this specific location. Ceres location is my go to.

Absolutely absurd that they charge $18-$22 for 5 pieces of chicken that come out to about 1/8" thick. Will not be going back to a place that is blatantly robbing people.
Everything as far as the food & the one employee that was doing 3 employees jobs was great & working was good but they were short staffed and there was one girl working the drive-thru and the front counter. The wait time took forever to get our food to even order however I felt bad for the girl that was doing three jobs at once.
Recently purchased a six piece boneless. Popeyes should be embarrassed charging over 10 dollars for six pieces that are smaller than McDonald's chicken nuggets, alittle large than the size of a quarter! I will never purchase a thing from Popeyes again because the obvious goal is to rip off customers.
Ordered a large $71 order for my kids tonight. We were there waiting on the food before it was even finished so they can't say we picked it up late. All the food was cold except for two chicken sandwiches that seemed fresh. The 14 piece of chicken tenders were all cold and extremely hard to chew, we could barely even rip apart as if they had just been sitting there all day. I called to tell them, she said we needed to bring everything back for them to remake it but food not offer an apology or even anything to make up for it. The Girl had a seriously bad attitude and didn't care about customer service at all whatdoever even though it was a large order and I was talking super calm. So no. We didn't bother bringing it back because Honestly that's too much of a hassle if you're not even going to give us any additional compensation to make the extra trip worth it, not going to apologize and then you expect us to trust your bad service to safely remake our food? No. You're basically asking us to waste our time and our gas in the pouring rain to make a SECOND trip to you guys for you to actually make our food fresh as it should have been in the first place when we ordered. Not really sure who reads these or if cooperate even cares but this location is trash and they are honestly just robbing customers at this point. 6 thumbs down. We absolutely HATED this experience. And a big loud BOOOOOOOOOOOO 👎🏼 to the person who answered the phone. May all the food you order from every restaurant from here on out for the rest of your life resemble the food and service that you gave us tonight.

Once they took my order, they made me wait another 15 minutes and I'm thinking to myself. It's a 103° outsi, and I'm waiting and waiting and waiting with the AC. On still hot because you have to have the window. They didn't care athat's not good.They need to brush up when they training.Customer service was horrible.

No one in line but us so didn’t understand the long wait. We order our food and still wait 20 min to get the food something told me to check it as I had a bad experience there before but I didn’t and I got home to 10x fried jerky chicken looking like Chicharones crusty old Mac and reheated fries.
This has been the worst popeyes experience. They didn't give me a straw for my drink. Also there was a spider in the box under the paper lining. Absolutely gross. Had to throw the whole thing out.
It was bad enough that we had to wait over 20min for our food, then they left out part of the order. The ice tea was warm, sandwiches were cold. But while we were there we observed an older couple having trouble with the kiosk, they rang the bell and asked for help, the girl argued that it was easy, they should just try again. Finally she said she could help them in a minute, 10min later another customer came in and helped them. The total lack of service is appalling.
Order was so slow, we've been waiting for foods for more than 20 minutes, when I was complaining for delayed foods, a lady came out and told us to refund the money!!!!! Refund money? What about the time we've been waiting? This is not a good manner of server to the customers. Refund money should come from customers in general, if not, it means the server is refusing to serve the customers... I would not recommend this place for servers attitude, and feels so bad about Popeys chicken, which I love for many years... too bad I had to write such a bad review for this location...
Believe all the negative reviews! This location has a terrible drive thru wait, and the workers are NOT prepared or efficient. We will never visit this location again. Management needs to train better and corporate needs to be aware. We experienced an extremely long wait in the drive thru. One customer sat at the window for forever, and we thought it was them taking a long time ordering but soon realized it was due to the restaurant’s incompetent service. When she pulled up, it took them forever to give her a drink and one small bag. Our order was given to us without our drinks, and when we inquired about them, the worker acted so confused. When we asked for hot sauce, they had to get it down from a box that wasn’t even opened. Efficiency was seriously lacking. If others have commented on the long, unnecessary wait time, why is this issue not being addressed and fixed? Raising Cane’s has a separate worker that just handles drinks for maximum efficiency. I know this because we know how the restaurant operates. Popeyes needs to take notes - especially this lackluster location.
This location is absolutely ate up. I order a 3 piece chicken combo. "So that was a 3 piece tenders?" No, chicken, all thighs. Reads it back. Get to the window, give me a mixed combo and almost forget my drink. I've gotten a chunk of grease pencil in my gravy here and the manager refunds the gravy and not ***the whole meal*** for the food code violation. Takes order and doesn't punch it on the screen where you can read it to make sure they don't mess up. Ask them to read it back and have them act like you're beating a puppy. Long waits, terrible service, checked out staff, stick with Coffee Rd. They don't suck.
Ive had iffy service here before and many times missing items in my takeout. Today? Well it was awesome. Cameron took care of me. Before I even asked he checked my order to assure it was right and he made sure I was taken care of. This young man is what customer service is all about! Thank you Cameron! And - the food was hot, fresh and good! Food Update: Last 3 times I have gotten the wrong order and when I called to inform them (not asking for anything) they denied the Wrong order and were absolutely rude. Today i went in as someone wanted Popeyes — right in front of me the Manager was absolutely obnoxious to another customer who politely asked when his order (now 25 old — he was behind mine now 30 mins old) would be ready. She snidely said — when its done it will be done. This place is a mess. I dont know why corporate doesnt step in. Things are timed by computer- metrics must be known along with the abysmal ratings. STAY AWAY
If I could do 0 stars I would! Unfortunately this is the closest popeyes from my job and have no other choice but to go here. The manager, Emily is very rude and very unprofessional. I waited almost 50 minutes during my lunch break for my order and they got it wrong. In case you read it wrong, that’s right 50 minutes is how long I waited. When I got home later that night, I noticed my order was wrong, but i was too tired to call so the very next day, I KINDLY requested if my order can be corrected. The manager, Emily informed me that everyone wants dark meat on Tuesdays because they run specials on Tuesdays and it gets very busy and so their protocol is if I ordered thighs and they run out of thighs, they will give me legs because it is still considered dark meat, and is the next closest thing even though I SPECIFICALLY PAID EXTRAA for thighs. If you were in my shoes and paid extra for thighs and waited 50 minutes, the professional way to handle this as a manager is to compensate me with the correct order. As a manager, customer service and customer satisfaction should always be your top priority! Notice how Briggsmore Popeyes has the lowest review from all other Popeyes?! CORPORATE PAY ATTENTION if you are reading this! I fully believe Emily is unfit to be a manager! This is my second unsatisfied, encounter with this manager, and I am THIS close to bringing this up to the local news/social media.
By far the worst Popeyes. I don’t know if it was this particular establishment or the franchise as a whole, but I paid $20 for a 3 piece combo that my 7 year old grandson would have complained about. I couldn’t believe how small the pieces of chicken were. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
Waited 25 minutes during lunchtime on a weekday, a sit-down restaurant would have been quicker. Staff was great, but they were severely understaffed. Owner--hire more staff. The skeleton crew isn't cutting it.
I ordered my food online. Drove to get it and when I got up to the window I was told they was still working on my order to pull around it would be out in 5 mins. Okay. No problem. Pulled around then ended up waiting 45 mins! Had to go in and get the order. Now they was not busy. They was outside checking out a electric truck! And in the bathroom. The nice lady I asked for my food said it had been sitting there for a while and was very sorry. My fries was cold, and the chicken order was wrong... But after waiting for my food for over an hour and then having to get up early I was too upset to go back in there and make them fix it.. come on guys! Do better!!
Terrible service!! Twice I've had to wait 40 plus minutes for my food! I waited my entire lunch break which was 45 min for them to screw up my order! Ill never go back to this location again! Corporate definitely needs to check in on these clowns.
I called and asked "if you guys served BLACKENED chicken sandwiches" someone that answered said yes. I ordered when I went through drive through, and all went well, till I got home, to see it was a regular chicken spicy sandwich. I never leave bad reviews but I am disappointed!
All the negative reviews are correct. Terrible service the lady working the windows was awful and slow and didn't even know her own menu and she looked 50. Apparently the menu is messed up. Takes forever to get your food. Only thing good is the lemonade and the sandwiches everything else is terrible.
I visited the Popeyes drive-thru on December 3rd to pick up an online order. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The employee was extremely rude, not greeting me and leaving me waiting at the window for several minutes. she responded in a very arrogant and unprofessional manner. This was my worst experience at Popeyes, and I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

I read all these reviews and they are not wrong! Waited 30 minutes for our food because "fryer wasnt working" But they were still serving others? Even another customer there was complaining to me how bad this place is. To top it off, they gave my order away to someone else.. then try to acuse me like its my fault. (Why would you give an order away without checking receipt) and then calls me a name when I try to explain myself that I never got my order. Holy moly this place is very unprofressional and the girls are rude with no customer service skills.
