This was a GREAT place to eat! And, the food was exceptional. However, they closed the only one in L.A., which was located in the Westfield Mall, in Culver City. And, without any warning. There's another one in L.A., except it located on the campus of Loyola Marymount University. I mean...I love your food an all. But, there's no way I'm driving on a school campus, search for this place. The closure of the Culver City location was such a huge a disappointment. I REALLY miss the food!!!

Always forget things in orders, misleading info about what is included on bowls, when you go back after delivery orders they charge you for something that is shown on the app as included. Constantly out of everything but doesn’t communicate this so I regularly do not get additions I pay for, especially veggies. The bowls and burritos are mostly rice. Would not go here or order from here if it was not on campus. Edit: added a star bc it actually has a good amount of meat today so, thanks.

Idk how people keep saying this is better or comparable to chipotle, but it’s not. The only thing that was good is the meat. The rice is watery, and everything is extremely bland. Go to chipotle and spend the 2 more dollars for a totally better bowl.

They app gave me discount but they did not take it

Terrible customer service. I’m general the customer is…ok. At times it’s must worse than other but sometimes it’s bearable. Also if you plan to order ahead on the everyday app they will make your food way before the pickup time so it’ll just sit there and get cold🙂.

You guys need to seriously update your store hours. It says you close at 11:00pm arrived 9:00pm and the store was closed. Fix this to avoid further disappointment.

It's a franchise, and thus doesn't accept Qdoba online orders or Qdoba rewards program.

Listen, I have been to qdoba in EVERY state I go to (Nevada, Utah, New York, Texas, Florida, California, etc.) and this is the WORST one I have been to. I drive at least 1hr and 30 mins away to get it and the staff just makes me not want it unless I go to Pomona or out of state. I’m so sad that they closed majority of the shops unless it’s at a college🥺 I’ve even tried going to the military base one instead of this location. I was that desperate lol the taste is still flavorful, it’s just the service is horrible. OPEN UP MORE QDOBA OFF COLLEGE CAMPUSES IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA!!!!!

Not sure when the best time to go is but I’ve been wanting to come here for months and i finally did but never again at this location unfortunately id rather pay more and go to chipotle

Honestly embarrassing how the quality of service has completely dropped this school year. The quality of the food is the same but the workers are just terrible. Lines are incredibly long because they have no sense of urgency or simply have no idea how to do their job. Woman who I think is the manager just stands there even if there is only one person working at the counter when she could be 100x more useful. This has to be one of the easiest food service jobs and somehow the new workers can't handle it. An employer should be more aware of the work ethic the people they are giving money to have.

I come by to eat at least once or twice a week on Thursdays and Fridays but the new older hispanic lady with moles on her face that works there is rude maybe the owner should hire people who are fluent in English for non Spanish customers so if I'm trying to correct this lady she won't be giving smirk rude faces at me.
