Restaurant Lija

A "Burger Wednesday" at Lija Monaco We visited the newly opened Lija Restaurant last Wednesday and took the meal of the day: burgers with fries. The burgers were perfectly cooked, the patty sturdy to hold its own, and the fresh tomato and leaves salad, caramelised onions, and melty cheese added plenty of flavor! The side of fries were golden and crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside, a great companion! However, what transformed our delicious meal to an experience worth reviewing, was the service. You can feel that the people working there are loving what they do. It was a great reminder that food is not just about the ingredients, but also about the joy and passion of those who serve it. We loved it.

「モナコの日常に投資された“隠れた良店”」 Restaurant Lija モナコのレストランというと、 ミシュラン星付きや豪華なラグジュアリーレストランが注目されがちだ。 だが、外食市場を投資家目線で観察すると **本当に面白い店は“日常需要を掴んだ店”**だったりする。 その典型がこのRestaurant Lija。 場所は Park Palaceの中。 カジノ広場にも近い、モナコでも価値の高いエリアだ。 この時点で、飲食ビジネスとしては立地リスクが極めて低い。  店内は派手さよりも、 落ち着いたモダンな雰囲気。 モナコにありがちな“見せるレストラン”ではなく、 きちんと食事を楽しむ店という印象だ。 料理は地中海料理がベース。 • 新鮮なシーフード • 上質な肉料理 • 季節の野菜 素材の良さを活かしたシンプルで洗練された料理が並ぶ。  特に魚介料理は評価が高く、 地中海の食文化を感じる一皿が続く。 サービスも丁寧で、 観光客だけでなく地元客にも支持されているタイプの店だ。 飲食投資家として面白いのは、 この店が派手なブランド戦略を取っていないこと。 それでも成立する理由は明確だ。 • 良い立地 • 安定した料理 • 上質な接客 • 観光客と地元客の両方を取れる価格帯 つまりこれは “モナコ型・堅実飲食モデル” 派手な話題はない。 だが、長く続く店というのはこういう店だ。 外食産業を観察していると、 気づくことがある。 レストランは、料理だけではなく“継続性”が価値になる。 Restaurant Lijaは、 まさにそれを体現した一軒だった。 総評： モナコの派手さの裏で、堅実に利益を生むタイプの良店。

Superbe formule à 22 euros (Menu du jour + Dessert + Café) Toujours penser à réserver car c'est vite FULL. Que c'est sympa de retrouver Sophie ! L'âme du restaurant. Toujours de bonne humeur ! Je trouve le café incroyablement bon, les desserts succulents, et on est vraiment bien reçus ! C'est génial d'avoir un mix de bonne cuisine et des prix très abordables. Highly recommended ;)

Très belle expérience ! On a reçu un très bon accueil, des employées à l'écoute et surtout souriantes. Nous nous sommes régalés et l'ambiance est top ! Je recommande !
