Wonderful business dinner. We ate wonderfully in a stunning location. The idea of sushi with meat was greatly appreciated by my guests. Pier, the owner, managed to satisfy our tastes with his recommendations, especially regarding the wine selection. Highly recommended.
We took the tasting menu recommended by the staff, who let us try all the various options on the menu. The rolls were excellent and much fuller than the classic ones you'll find elsewhere. The tartare tasting was very unique but well-researched with the suggested pairings. The grill was a particularly positive note. The tagliata was cooked perfectly, and you can taste the quality of the meat. The wine list offers a good selection. Prices, in my opinion, are very reasonable for the quality the restaurant offers.
A wonderful dinner in a unique location in the historic center of Moncalieri. We were pampered by the owner and staff, who recommended an excellent menu to share, from sushi to street food, and finally a cut of meat that melted in our mouths. The very special selection of gins to pair with the dishes is also highly recommended. What can we say... our new favorite place ❤️

I spent a wonderful evening with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday. What can I say? Excellent food, excellent service, and a quiet, intimate location. The staff were very kind and attentive. We'll definitely be back again.
Wonderful meat sushi, I chose the one with Bra Sausage, Robiola Cheese and Tabasco Mayo…a Fassona meat sashimi with mango sauce and…the best Potato Puree ever…I’d like to come back and eat a big pot of puree… Quality has it’s price so…equal to what I ate.
We decided to try this meat sushi restaurant. We'd never tried this type of sushi before. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the combinations are unique. We tried the tuna steak, the Marchese steak, and the raw Fassona beef. The service was excellent; everyone was young, and we liked it. The location is great, as it's in the pedestrian area, so it's nice to eat at the tables outside.
Everything was delicious; the waitress was brilliant at offering a tasting menu with a mix of different flavors. Maybe they should also differentiate them by price range. The food is really good and beautifully presented. A great find in Moncalieri.

Not accepting the American Express Gold card, even though I specified it during the reservation, seems unfair and a sign of poor professionalism. The food, however, was good, and so was the service. Kind regards.
If they asked me if I'd go back, it would be more of a no than a yes. The location is beautiful and modern, and the outdoor area is simple but beautiful because it overlooks Moncalieri's main square. The staff is kind and helpful. The menu didn't include a specific ingredient in a dish I absolutely can't eat, but without hesitation, they changed me for an alternative. The rolls and other items were good, but perhaps my expectations were higher, so I didn't get the "WOW" feeling! As for the main courses, I'm sorry, but we weren't there. We weren't asked to cook the meat... and that's fine, but in my opinion (which doesn't really matter, I've been working in the restaurant business for 29 years and have little experience) the meat was a bit tired, even though the marinades compensated for it quite a bit; in some places, you could feel the tiredness in the meat! The mashed potatoes were excellent, as were the desserts, which were really good. The bill...a bit too high for me.
I went with my family. It's a cute place overlooking Moncalieri's main square. ✅ Rich and inviting menu, so adults can try everything... ❌ Prices... TOO EXPENSIVE!!! I'd opt for a mixed platter to try everything, or a set menu. ✅ The food was very good, fresh, quality meat for what we ate. ❌ Disappointing because there aren't any dishes designed for children. ❌ The service was also disappointing... No welcome, everyone was rushed and so cold, it almost felt like they were bothering you 😒 Prices, as mentioned, are too expensive for the portions. Basically, the management needs to be reconsidered, the menu and the prices are high, because the place is a wonderful alternative to classic sushi 🍣 for meat lovers 🥩...
