I ordered chicken for delivery, and it arrived very cold, as if it had been sitting for ages. It was also quite tough and tasted like nothing but charcoal-grilled chicken—no salt or flavor at all. I bought it because of the reviews, but it definitely wasn't good. It had no flavor.
