Food was really good, definitely the best Chili's I've ever been to where food is concerned and staff. You would think all Chili's food would be the same everywhere, but the food just tastes better, it wasn't oversalted, tasted fresh and tasted good!! Been here twice since we moved from NYC, and the staff are always really nice.

After not returning to this establishment for 5 months after terrible service our server Joey I decided to give it another try. Morgan, our waitress, provided my party with the most attentive, warm, and excellent customer service I have ever received. Her unreasonable hospitality sets her apart from any server in a 5 star restaurant! Highly recommend this location, as long as Morgan’s your server

I promise you’ll have the best experience if you have MORGAN. Girl was the best and amazing. She was able to help us with items on the menu and also help make suggestion on vegetarian options. Trust guys just ask for her and you’ll have a 5 star experience!

Although the picture I uploaded isn't great, but the taste was phenomenal. They did a great job with the ribs, didn't miss a single ingredient in the steak fajitas, and in the appetizer platter. The entire take out order with 2 Entrés & 1 appetizer platter costed around 80$ which I think it is a little pricey for a countryside restaurant. They should be thinking more about how much and what the locals can afford. I usually do take outs to see if restaurants treat the take out just as good as their in house customers and needless to say they did a great job. Will be dining there soon.

Great food, super fast service which was greatly appreciated since this location is clearly a midpoint for drivers on their way somewhere. We sat down at around 4:55 and were out by 5:35PM. Didn't feel rushed at all, just that everything came out quickly and our waiter (Adam) was busy but very attentive. They had a $10 special which my husband and I used. It included a soft drink, iced tea, or lemonade, a salad or soup, and 6 options for entrees. We had the bacon cheeseburger, crispy chicken and we decided on the cookie with ice cream dessert. Altogether with a 20% tip, came out to $35. It had been a while since I’d been to Chili’s so it was good to be back. ALSO, need to mention that the TGIF close by was SUPER UNBELIEVABLY SLOW. Go here instead.

Chili's is comfort food. Familiar and welcoming. This location right by the woodbury mall area is very convenient for shoppers after a long day. We had the fajitas and fried mozzarella cheese.

This location has large seating area and a U-shape double sided bar. Food was delicious...Had Old-timer Burger...if you like BBQ sauce it's a treat! Service was courteous and speedy. Plenty of screens to watch the latest sports... A bit slow on the clearing plates and wiping down the counter.

Drinks are suffering here lately. Don't know what's going on. Probably won't be back for a while. The food was good.

The hot chocolate was made with water and didn't taste very good. The Burger was disappointing as well. I prefer to eat in peace so the music wasn't good either. Nice waitress though. And nice clean bathroom.

I need to go to Chili's in Harriman, NY once in a while as my family likes it. I can never find anything to order. It's a weird menu. I got a crispy chicken sandwich, was on par with McDonald's at 4x the price. The chips and salsa are great. The servers are always very nice. Sometimes the music is too loud. We never have to wait for a table. They had Sam Adams beer on tap which made me happy.

I've never been to a Chili's in general, so it was overall okay. My only complaint is that the chili fries were super salty. Other than that, the food was good in general, friendly service, and the food didn't take too long to come out either.

I ordered a 22 piece of boneless wings. I was afraid it was going to be way too much but that maybe other people in the house can have a little. Nope. It was like eating popcorn chicken with some sauce thrown on top. For $23??? We won’t be back.

How do spend $90 on food and this i what they send you. There were 4 additional meals and the fires were scarce as well as the sauce on the wings.

We ordered wings the first time and it didn't meet our expectations, but we love wings and ordered 2 more times after that. Just disgusting! There was this horrible fatty, slimy film on the wings that were horrible. They have to soak their wings in vinegar or lemon juice to clean them properly before serving customers!

The wings were barely sauced, leading to a very low to nonexistant flavor. I ordered blue cheese dipping sauce and instead I was given ranch that was extremely watery. The curly fries that come with the wings were cold, old, and some were hard. The prices arent bad, but clearly it's a, "you get what you pay for" kind of establishment.

Service at this location was disappointing. The server took an excessive amount of time to take our order, then placed the drinks on the table abruptly and without care. The food quality did not meet expectations and appeared rushed, especially when compared with the other location I regularly visit. The experience lacked the level of attentiveness and hospitality I expect and did not reflect the standard I have encountered elsewhere.

I usually don’t like writing negative reviews but there was this one Server named Jovani and he was very dismissive and disrespectful the whole time I was there and made it seem like I was an annoyance to him. Chilies has always been one of my go to when it comes to eating out but to be honest this has definitely ruined it for me.

The wings were cold, dry and all tasted the same despite ordering 4 different orders with 4 different sauces. The meat tasted like jerky only with no flavor. So disappointed. Do yourself a favor and don't order from here.

Though the delivery was within the time stated, these wings are possibly the WORST I have ever had! Rubbery and slimy are never words I would use to describe food, but they fit here perfectly. Try somewhere else, for your own sake!

We ordered ribs and the meat was raw inside - stuck to the bone! Only the outside was fully cooked. I called and spoke with the manager (Kelly?) who dismissed my concern! She insisted that ribs stuck to the bone = fully cooked. This is extremely dangerous! Thankfully Uber Eats gave us a full refund but I’m worried I’ll be sick from biting into it.

Burnt greasy burgers and questionable flavorless steak in the fajitas. Only decent food were the southwest egg rolls. What a disappointment they couldn’t get the basics like a burger done right.

*Service was good* *Food was ok* They told us that the dining room on the left side over by the bathrooms were closed, when I went to the restroom I seen at least 6 or 7 different tables full of people & I was shocked they insisted putting us in the bar area! Otherwise I would give them 4-5 stars I appreciate being treated like that when paying almost $100 for dinner!
