I go here a lot throughout the week and the manger kyia I probably spelled it wrong, she is AMAZING! She’s so helpful, she’s always at work and working hard WHILE smiling. She definitely deserves some recognition for how great she is ❤️ she def makes the store better! The other workers are very hardworking and sweet as well, but kyia is always HELPFUL! Def deserves a raise! She’s one good reason I keep coming here, she makes the coffee with love!
I love this Dunkin. I’ve been a regular here for a while & usually place mobile orders. They are usually ontop of everything, the store is always neat and cleanly. The inside staff are also really kind & helpful.
Avery is such a great employee, she needs a raise ! She’s the best employee y’all have at that Dunkin’ Donuts , she never fails to remember my order and make me happy , such a sweet girl!!
Very loyal to this location. Go almost daily or at least 3-4 times a week. We'll do drive thru or sometimes we will sit inside and hang out a bit. Everyone I encounter that works here is very kind, my coffee is perfect 99% of the time, and they are so incredibly kind to my 3 year old son. He loves coming in and seeing everyone and they are the same with him. He adores Natalie and she should absolutely get a raise. She talks to my son, and knows everything he likes and wants. Very very good location when it comes to children. This location has me and my family as customers forever. Great job to everyone!
Awesome customer service the staff was spot on with everything. The store is very clean and easy to access. Our coffees were hot, fresh and prepared as ordered.
I have been coming here since they opened and wow has it changed. The food I ordered was cold on the inside. I ordered a frozen coffee and this is the 3rd time that my frozen coffee wasn't frozen. Why pay extra to just get a regular drink. Taste like milk chocolate. This store has gone down hill. I took it back and they said I would have to pay $2 to have it remade. I have never heard of that before. This store needs more managers and either new workers or retrain the workers. I went to Starbucks ordered the same thing and it was frozen. You are losing customers like me. Plus the people in there are so rude. Left is standing for 10 mins before we were served.
The employees look so unhappy! & I guess I was asking for too much when I asked for my hash brows to be fresh & fully cooked after returning the half cooked ones they originally gave me. The hash browns I received back still were not hot or fresh, it looked like they put them back in the oven or whatever for a few seconds & added a few more.
It is so aggravating that the employees take your order , and give you whatever they feel like. I asked for a coolata with whip cream. I get a plain coolata. I told the lady hey I'm supposed to have whip cream on this. The label on the drink even said so. Then my coffee was supposed to be caramel. They gave me plain coffee.... more often then not they do not give you a receipt. This is not the first time they have messed my order up. I dont know whose training these young people that work here but they do not pay attention to detail. Unfortunately this is the only dunkin donuts in the area .. so I can't go to a different location. Like I said this is becoming a regular occurance. If I pay for something, I should get exactly what I paid for. It shouldn't be a bad experience and I shouldn't have to remind people how to do their jobs. Unreal.
Ordered a bacon and cheese bagel through the drive thru. Was barely warm. Cold slice of cheese wouldn't even melt and gave me no napkins.
My husband and I came in to have coffee & work on our laptops- but no wifi was showing. The girl sounded annoyed that my husband was even asking for the wifi. So, PSA, there is no wifi. We ordered and then had to pack everything up and leave. Additionally, the coffee was not what I ordered, my sandwich was burnt (badly), and the customer service even when we were ordering was atrocious. I felt like we were bothering this employee by trying to buy from the business. I usually go through the drive thru, but after coming inside, I will NOT be coming back.
They put whole milk in my coffee when I asked for almond milk and I’m lactose intolerant
Food and coffee here are always perfect and are ready when I get there! (I order on the app). However, the last few times I have gone in, especially today, the counters have been very dirty, the tables haven't been wiped down, the mobile order 2 tier is dirty, and the bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned good in a while. The air vent dust is accumulating on the ceiling and wall. This location needs a good deep clean!
I don’t know what I have to do to just get 2 Kreme Delights aka Bismark donuts here. They only have them 10% of the time when I order them they always show up as Boston kreme. Just take them off the menu completely if you never have them.
How many attempts should it take to successfully purchase a donut at a donut shop? I’m thinking definitely more than three, based on experience. I had high hopes that the remodel might come with… donuts. Silly me. Can’t rate the food since I’ve never actually had the opportunity to try it. As for service, being told “we only have two donuts left” two hours before closing really sets the tone. And the atmosphere? Hard to enjoy when the main product is completely unavailable. If the goal is to discourage donut consumption altogether, congratulations—mission accomplished.
I pay for 4 crème donuts & they messed up, I had to go in a fix it after going through the drive through cause I have 2 kids in the car & you would’ve thought I was in the wrong. One of the girls said to let me keep the wrong order an give me my right order but instead they took the wrong donuts an just threw them away.. I wasn’t looking for free food, I just wanted what I paid for , but to then waste 4 donuts was rediculous to me . It is what it is , again I didn’t want free food, but to be wasteful.. that’s aggervating . Well next time get the customers order right a nothing would even be wasted & don’t make the customer feel like there in the wrong for asking for what they paid for.
Yuck. Literally spit out my sausage wake up wrap this morning. Clearly made ahead of time and so sloppy. Pulled off the burnt pieces of tortilla but couldn't get allbthe burnt cheese out, and tried it anyway but wish I hadn't. I still had hope for the coffee but the liquid sugar they use is repulsive. I didnt realize I have to specifically ask for regular sugar. Looking forward to a stomach ache and never going back.
Was out of everything I came to order. When I received my iced coffee no sugar it tasted awful. Donuts were okay. Came another time and the employees are a bunch of rude teenagers that act like you're a bother. Been waiting for my food 10 minutes
Worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin’ Donuts. Only one person working the front while FOUR people just stood around in the back doing NOTHING. The young lady kept trying to get help but they didn’t care to come help. I ordered a simple coffee with the cheddar bacon egg bites. I wasted a whole 30 minutes waiting on my order. Only got my coffee and nobody bothered to make the food. I couldn’t wait any longer and just left. Ignore this Dunkin’ Donuts location at all costs.
Walked in and waited 10 mins while the kids working were making free drinks for their friends. Ordered a 25 count munchkins and they were extremely stale. Get an adult in there working with those kids who can teach them some work ethic. I don't care that they were giving their friends free coffee but they could've taken the paying customers order before standing there talking to their friends for 10 mins.
Made us wait 30 minutes for sweet tea and croissant, people come in after us and order way more and they get their order before us. Possibly racially motivated! Don’t come here!
Wow where do I start I been a loyal customer 6 days a week 2 x a day for 2 1/2 years. For 2 years I ordered a frozen coffee the way I like it hoping they do their job for $4.90 -2 x a day. With the exception of maybe three people that care my coffee was done right! I tried going only when they were there. Now it just seems it’s done purposely so I don’t come back. They must see my vehicle who knows because once I get to window the clowning around starts (weekend people). May I add I never drove off without letting them keep the change plus an extra $1.00 for tip. Complaints were made but it never got better
It's ok. My order is not complicated xl hot coffee and I normally order a Bavarian cream donut... problem is I get everything but what I ask for. I've gotten boston cream, vanilla cream, even a lemon filled. $6 for a coffee and 1 donut you should at least be able to get it right. Inside is pretty dirty and most times they have plenty of people who could be cleaning rather than standing around behind counter on their phones. I've seen bugs crawling around so I always check before I drink... problem is it's close and convenient so I take a chance. Coffee is normally pretty good unless it's late. Or full of coffee grinds!!! Got a burnt, balled up wrap. Terrible.
Every time I come they manage to mess something up. Today they put egg on my croissant when I asked them not to. And I asked for sausage instead. I went back and asked them to remake it and they gave me the same sandwich. Cold. No sausage. And the second I picked it up it fell apart. I went back in for the 3 rd time and the finally got it right. Not to mention my FROZEN coffee wasn’t frozen. And about 80% of the time I go in there and have to wait while they finish their conversations in the back. This is not the first time this happened. Now the staff is nice but they don’t make the food right.
First of all it is too early to deal.with incompetent people. I asked 3 times for Bavarian cream and still she gave me Boston cream. Then to add insult to injury they're chocolate frosted so how did she give them to me .... IN A BAG on top of each other , so both sides are covered in chocolate. Clearly she isnt very intelligent or doesnt care about good customer service. I dont know which but what I do know is I WANTED BAVARIAN CREAM 🤬🤬🤬🤬 also I ordered an almond milk latte and instead they gave me some very sweet vanilla garbage. Completely incompetent.
