This place is ridiculous. Place an order on line, had an estimated 45 minute delivery time called back an hour and 15 minutes later only to be told to call back. The person that answered the phone was rude and very unconcerned. This location needs to be closed ASAP

I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered. I placed the order at 4:15pm and it is currently 5:50pm as I’m typing this. I called at 5:15pm to Check on my order to see if there was a problem since the website kept showing “quality check”. They said there was no problem and to call them back if my food didn’t arrive in the following 15mins. Well, it clearly hasn’t arrived and they are not picking up the phone now. There is something definitely going on over there.

I tried ordering a pizza and other stuff several times in the last couple of weeks but deleted the orders because they stopped allowing me to order the food through the app and paying at the store. If it doesn't change soon I'll forget about Domino's!

What are y’all even doing at this location!? First order after I waited 1 hr 15 min for a delivery that’s was supposed to be 30-40 min I called and I was told it would be there any minute and would be hot because it’s kept in a hot bag. 1 hr 30 min later I got ice cold pizza, that had clearly been driving around for an hour. Tried again a few months later big mistake! According to my tracker it took them 1 HOUR before they even started baking it. When I called I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I gave up. Now let’s see how long it takes to bake and actually deliver! IF it gets delivered. Never Again! Shut this place down. 😤

The absolute worst location in the city. At this point, I'm convinced someone there has a personal vendetta against me as it's the only logical explanation to the adamantly consistent choice to throw my toppings on with the disregard of a toddler raging off of pure sugar and chaos. I thought when I asked for light onions and found myself pulling piles of onions off of each slice, that it was a fluke. A busy night where no one wanted to cook and chose pizza. No. This store just hates me (or all of us) so much that they pretend every day is Opposite Day or decide to give you the toppings they feel you need. Lastly, the choice to never use garlic butter on that Sahara desert crust feels like a premeditated homicidal measure. Added a picture of one of the atrocities received.

After 2 hours and several follow up calls cancelled my order… what a joke. Also, the employee Jake was very unhelpful and rude. Shoutout to the driver Susan for doing a joy ride around the city after marking my order as “delivered”. They said they didn’t know where she was and didn’t have her phone number. Papa John’s came in 30 min. - Order number 1308

Same as the people below have commented. Worst dominos ever. After an hour of my order saying “prepped” I started calling to check the status. No one will answer the phone. So I drove to the store. Girl at the register asked for the address on my order and the walked off talking on her cell phone. Once my order was ready I asked for the delivery fee to be taken off and they told me they couldn’t do that without refunding the whole order and running it through again. I asked if they would just credit that amount to my account, he said yes but didn’t do anything so doubtful that was done. Meanwhile, the phones were ringing and no one was answering them including the employee on her personal phone. When I asked the guy why no one was answering the phones he said they don’t answer them unless they are caught up on orders. I highly suggest not ordering from this dominos. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired.

So I ordered a meat filled pizza for dinner tonight, called them to check if they have received it yet no answers I ignored and waited on the app to check the progress. Reached here to pick it up and was in a hurry, open the pizza box at home and found out it wasn’t what I ordered instead it was all veggie pizza and it had mushrooms on it which my friend is highly allergic to it. Rushes to the store and have on call with the store hoping somebody will answer it but no response. Reached the store and check their phones are ringing and they say all our lines are jammed. What a vague excuse because after 10 minutes a lady picked up the phone I guess frustrated from the ringer going on and on, takes the order and let other lines ring. So coming back to my wrongly ordered pizza. They took the pizza back, didn’t even apologized for it and the lady started making pizza as if she is doing me a favor. This is the last time I am ordering dominos. Bless the people who hire such unprofessional staff thinking that they are helping them but they are not. The number posted is their corporate’s number. I am going to my attorney for sure for this as my friend could have died if she would have touched the mushrooms.

It’s really bad to want dominos and not order because of all the reviews. It’s the only place with the wing sauce I like. I guess I’m going to have to get use to Papa Johns’ wing sauce 🤢 Edit 3-11-2021 Friend ordered their free pizza and it was half pep-sausage and half pep-mushrooms. This doesn’t make any sense. Same guy remade it and still basically looked the same. Free pizza must save on toppings...also, only two people were wearing a mask properly, the other 3 employees had chin straps.

I have no idea what was going on with this location but they did a terrible job. At this moment, I am waiting for my pizza. I ordered it at 8:08pm. It went into quality check at 8:19pm. Then it left for delivery at 9:06pm. It is currently 9:26pm. I called the store but they did not answer. They did not call me, text me, or send an email. They gave no effort to explain this delay. I've had Dominoe's managers in the past give a quick call explaining that there would be a delay. I've waited over an hour before. I get it. But no call? No explanation? Also, the fact that other customers have made this same exact complaint illustrates to me that perhaps this is usual service for them. I wish I could explain what the issue was, but I can't. All I know is that I've waited for 90 minutes now, with no explanation. I can only wonder what the quality of my pizza will be. I would not order your pizza here. This is unacceptable. They should not be able to repeat this kind of service. Updated: I've uploaded two different photos so that you can see the difference between what i got from them, and what I usually get from other dominoes pizza places. (The first 3 photos are from this place, and the last two are from another place. It's a bit hard to see the bad quality of the pizza itself but the breadsticks are pretty clear.) The reason why I think this might be such a big deal is because when food places act with this level of consistent negligence, then they might also neglect some of their other safety standards.
