I work swing-shift, and like to stop by from time to time, late nights for fast food at that location as I am a local resident, I experienced some sassy and rude custumer service from whoever was working that night 02/10/26 1:30 AM ish , the women that work that shift are rude and unprofessional, they gaslight manipulate you into thinking you the problem when you can hear them giggling over the speaker while ordering and they keep repeating it to to you back all while hearing the teasing over the speaker and giggling, from reading the reviews I can see its a reoccurring issue there, and needs to be addressed. Really immature females . Not all because I have encountered some really professional and courteous workers that shift. This night wasn't it. Reoccurring problem I can read , needs to be escalated.

That girl in the morning with the green eyes is so so nice and helpful. I think her name is Tina. My order is always accurate and fresh and I’m always in and out quickly. It would be nice if all the workers there carried themselves the same way
For a fast food joint it was faster than most. Recommend walking in because drive-thru is always has long line less people at counter. Placed seemed very clean neat overall very satisfied

I’m thoroughly impressed with this fast food joint! The service was speedy and efficient, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I ordered a classic bacon cheeseburger, and it was everything I hoped for—hot, savory, and loaded with toppings. The fries were crispy, golden, and delicious, a perfect pairing with the burger. The atmosphere was vibrant, with contemporary design and comfortable seating, making it an ideal place for a laid-back meal. Highly recommended!
They got my order right! That's my biggest complaint about most fast food places these days. McDonald's by my house (wherever that may be) can't get an order for 3 items right. JITB has awesome food and my lunch held me over past my dinner time. They were fast and friendly and I love the potato wedges!
I ordered10 orders of regular churros and 10 orders of pumpkin churros on 9/12 through uber eats. When arrived there were no pumpkin churros only the regular ones. I tried calling store no answer 8:36pm. My question is shouldn’t have your workers asked if ai wanted to substitute??? At least give me an option? Not happy
Customer service here is amazing , everyone that has helped me at the drive through, Tina I believe her name is and Cesar is really nice but the fries here are nasty and stale, they are never fresh or hot even if I ask them for fresh fries. I come here 3 times a week at minimum once a week I work around the corner and the drive thru is always full and the drive thru is so slow I only have a 30 minute break and by the time I get back to work I only have 10 minutes to eat my food, maybe just speed up the service and get some FRESH, HOT fries for once!
Girl working drive thru 9:16 PM today on Jan 18, 2026 was very rude. We asked her a question and she replied “WHAT” all loudly and rudely. Just overall very rude when taking our order so we left.
Went 12/7/25 @ 11:50 pm. By far the WORST customer service. Pulled up to the speaker and Anita said “what can I get you” as I was about to speak she again said “what can I get you” I look over at the passenger and start to say my order then she said “hold on”. Finally place my order and pull up to the window and pay she gives us the food and I ask for sauce as I am saying I want ranch and taco sauce she cuts me off with “how many”. Didn’t let me finish my sentence and forgot the taco sauce mind you. I ask for her name and said “it’s on the receipt” and shut the window. I do not want “we are sorry about your experience”. Based on other reviews this is an on going issue and there are PLENTY of people looking for work. FIX IT.
Girl in the drive thru window had the nastiest attitude for no reason. She was short from the beginning, and when I pulled to the window, I very politely said, "Could I get some sauce, if its not too much to ask?" Since I had forgotten on my mobile order, and she CUT ME OFF to say "what? Its all in what im handing you. Right now." And shook the bag like i should have obviously known she put them in there. I was really put off, so I just nodded and left. Turns out, not only was there not any, as I assumed, BUT SHE MESSED UP MY ORDER!! So rushed she couldnt even be bothered to check? So now I have jalapeno poppers when I ordered nuggets, my fries were half empty and cold as hell, and I just want my money back

Night time drive thru gives bad customer service. The first I went i let it go because I thought lady was having a bad night and got attitude. The second night I went I got bad attitude, bought extra condiments and I didn't get them. This Jacks is no good.
Late night staff at this location gives the worst customer service! And food was not good. You would think JitB would be providing better customer service since they’re closing so many locations.
We went late at night to get a meal here , the person serving us charged us TWICE and when we notice our transaction immediately we drove back not even 2 mins later . We kindly asked to speak to the manager and the manager dismissed us right away saying they didn’t double charge us …. We were trying to sort this out the respectful way and kind way as we know mistakes happen but the way they handled it just made the situation a whole diff situation , they denied charging us twice and were not even apologetic about it …. We had to file a dispute with our bank on the double charge . At least own up to ur mistakes , shame on the manager and worker for handling it the way they did ….
Work nearby manager of a store nearby eat here all the time always have good experience always even left a review before but today you got somebody there that has no business being in charge if they are a supervisor has no Customer Service skills has no business handling customers or food. Or handling working under pressure. Seemed like there was a line backed up but not much because I was able to pull right up to the intercom or something going on inside because the person over the speakerphone was very short and rude and that’s not how you talk to anyone over an intercom through a phone or in any type of establishment or business so rude so unprofessional, and don’t even know how to lie. 😂Pulled up first thing she yells out it’s gonna be a minute. I said that’s fine. I was fine with waiting, but then she comes back right away and says What did you wanna order! All bothered, mind you the tone is rude. I said I just would like to order a six dollar menu the value menu Meal. She says you can only order that online. I said no I order it here all the time she goes no you can’t order it here. I don’t even have that in my point of sale system I said since when ? and she goes for a long time which I know it was a lie cause I ordered it last week like I said, I’ve been here for years a manager of a store nearby. I eat here all the time And she goes. Do you wanna pull up to the window? You could pull up to the window like what is that supposed to mean pull up to the window so me and you can argue about it so I’m on my lunch break so now I have to back out of the line and drive to another Jack in the Box down the street to get my order that I just got last week and they have it posted inside at the register I know for a fact, cause I’ve been inside many timesI got my order From the same store like on the weekly if not daily… what? I did didn’t spend enough money ?? because I asked for a value menu that’s discrimination that value menu I know for a fact was put in place for people who couldn’t afford so you telling me that the homeless and all of that they’re supposed to go online to order it. No, that’s a lie And things didn’t change from a week ago cause I ordered it last night as well by my house and I don’t care if it’s not a corporate store or if it’s individually owned there was a much better way to handle that situation. She could’ve lied a better way she could’ve said. I’m so sorry we’re out of this item. Right now. She could’ve made up something better than what she came up with Anyway I’m really pissed off wasting my time and it’s not that I don’t have the money but I just spent $40 on eggs at the grocery store. I’m at work. I support six people at my house. I work 10 hours a day six days a week and it’s still not enough so if I want to get a six dollar meal so that I could put money to the side so that my children can have things that’s my business!! and thank God that Jack has that six dollar menu because some people is going through it out here prices is too damn high for everything and no customer service rep should EVER treat any customer regardless of what they’re buying the way I was treated. so please somebody sit down and talk to that woman because she need to get a handle on her business if she’s really the supervisor she sets a really bad example and I get it. It gets stressful and days are frustrating sometime I deal with it all the time, but what I don’t do is, I don’t put my shit on other people. Rude unprofessional, disgusting attitude. I asked her do you have a supervisor and she says I’m the supervisor my name is Tina. So somebody please talk to Tina and give her an attitude adjustment she really needed it. It’s not that serious,..its burgers and fries.💀 so fr!!!! Sad. No wonder this place only got one star. That’s OK there’s a Jack in the Box on every corner so I don’t have to come here anymore! And no, I don’t always order the value menu. I order breakfast there like 4-5 times a month in tha morning.
My elderly mother in law had a bad experience at this jack. She had a coupon that we got in the mail and this man named Jose wouldnt accept them she asked why and he said he didnt have an explination once she asked to speak the manager he mention he was there and he was the closest she was gonna get all she wanted to know is why he wouldnt accept the coupons if the company send them and he clearly ignored her . The coupons she had were for bacon breakfast platter combo. We just feel so angry because my mother in law is a diebetic person so the deception of no explanation and unwelcoming behavior made her feel very unwell. I believe im not the first review complaining about this individual Jose, I myself work as a manager in customer service and i do believe to descalate a situation its always good to listen and explain to the customer to the best of our ability.
I went to pick up Dinner and at first The lady was nice to me, then when I got my order I guessing I took more napkins then she liked and she came out and made A point to say how many I took, Embarrassed me and refused to give me the sauce for my husband Burger, So rude I have never been treated that way ever. I gave her back the napkins she cursed at me and I took in my truck. The next thing I know 3 boys came out and thru the napkins at my car, what in the Heck. I am a very nice person, and I don't even know what the heck I did to this lady. If you go there she is the one with Eye lashes that are way way to long and terrible customer service. I will never come back here. Again Worst customer service ever....
I had a horrific experience yesterday! I mobile ordered a sandwich had confirmation and the guy named Jose was rude and disrespectful. I will never go back to this Jack-in-the-Box ever again! I mobile ordered a sandwich, I waited for it, and he told me that I should leave because it is not popping up on his end of the screen. He made me wait for over seven minutes just to tell me that I need to leave. When I Waited another five more minutes, I turned off my car, walked inside and showed him I had an order confirmation, and all he needed to do was check the number against his own machine. He refused and told me that I need to go and there’s nothing he could do to help me . Please fire Jose, he’s not doing any favors.
