I had the most wonderful lunch here. They had a really good all you can eat special but decided to order off the menu. Everything was prepared so well and tasted slavery fresh. Service was amazing. The staff was so friendly. I like all the selections of rolls they had as well as a good kids menu. Had a nice dessert as well. Atmosphere is is really nice with sushi bar seating, nice dining area and a patio.

Can you believe that we got this whole table of beautiful and tasty foods for only 39.9?! 19.95 per person!!! They are a REAL AYCE! You can do 3 rounds and there is no limitation on the dishing amount of each round of your order. It's M-F 12-5pm. We came around 3pm, so lucky!!! Their sushi and rolls also do BOGO if you just do a la carte. A good deal too! Only 3 mi away from my office, will be back soon!

The AYCE sushi is one of the best I’ve tried. The quality of the sushi was top-notch—fresh, flavorful, and expertly made. From the appetizer and salmon nigiri to the creative specialty rolls, everything was delicious！definitely will come back

This was my first time going to Sushi One Spot. I very much enjoyed my entire time there. The atmosphere and ambiance were very relaxing, decorations were pretty, and they gave it a good vibe. Vivian was my server, and she was wonderful and fantastic. She was very attentive, I never had to ask for a refill and I saw her like that with the other guest, which was wonderful. She always was checking in on me to see how all the food was and if I was enjoying myself, and that also really added to the great experience. The food I thought was terrific, I got all you can eat and I definitely left super full and very satisfied. I would absolutely recommend trying this place out.

For just $38.95, the dinner AYCE menu includes so many quality options — fresh sashimi, seared salmon, specialty rolls, and even limited items like scallop sashimi! I loved that you can order sushi without rice (perfect if you’re watching carbs). Service was fast, everything tasted fresh, and the variety was impressive. Definitely one of the best bang-for-your-buck sushi AYCE places I’ve tried in SoCal. Will be back soon!

Tried this place after seeing several videos on Instagram, and it didn’t disappoint. The entrance is nicely decorated with claw machines, which adds a fun touch. They offer a happy hour special Monday through Friday for $19.95, just note that raw sushi isn’t included. We stopped by on a Thursday and it wasn’t very crowded. While the first waitress wasn’t very friendly, the second waitress who took over was much more welcoming. The sushi was delicious, and I enjoyed every roll we ordered. I’ll definitely be coming back for more great sushi.

If you want Nigiri or Carpaccio/Sashimi, their Full AYCE Is available for Lunch $29.95 M-F 12-4pm and Dinner $38.95 4-10pm, Allday Sat+Sun! Please note these specials can change it anytime as this is what is currently running now. They also offer a PREMIUM tasting, which is available for ONLY $9 more than the Dinner AYCE. It included O-Toro, Mentaiko Uni, Halibut, Snow Crab, Blue Crab, Ebi and Futo Maki! Great value for the quantity of food you get! Service was great, employees came around often to check if we wanted so order another round of anything. Loved the mini Udon Soup and carpaccio! Also do not sleep on the Martini roll. If you’re in Montclair, I would definitely recommend checking this place out right off the freeway !

If you still want to have sushi with great appetizers at what it seems to be extreme affordable prices, indeed. Yes indeed very budget friendly prices, Well this is the place you must consider. What a huge fan base I see. Great owner by the way, he was all over the place up and down working with staff, truly Impressed. Fun spot after a long play day. The pink interior is cute and cozy. Menu is extensive—sushi, rolls, appetizers, ramen. Dinner AYCE is $38.95. Salmon is high quality with rich marbling and big cuts. Beef tataki is tender and flavorful, scallops fresh and sweet. Loved the no-rice sushi for pure seafood taste. Overall: fresh ingredients, good value, nice atmosphere for friends or family. Bonus: photo booth for fun after dinner.

WOW. I haven’t had this much sushi in so many years. Nowadays, there are so many average spots everywhere it’s hard to find a good spot at a good price. No Hype. So Fresh and Clean. Highly Recommend.

We just happened to come at the perfect time—lucky us! Sushi Since it’s BOGO, of course we had to order our favorite—eel! It’s delicious no matter how it’s prepared. We also loved the scallop, salmon, and yellowtail—all super fresh. The rice under the sashimi is shaped into small bites, so you can eat more without feeling too full! Sashimi Platter A nice variety in one order—we got salmon, yellowtail, and tuna. The fish slices were thick and fresh. Honestly, if they were cut a little thinner, it would’ve been perfect, but it was still great! Crawfish Sushi Roll This was a first for me—crawfish in a roll with teriyaki sauce. The meat was firm and flavorful, and they didn’t skimp on the portion. Eight pieces per order—super tasty!

This sushi AYCE is awesome. We came with a group of friends on Sat for lunch and ordered a lot of dishes. The food came out really fast and the fishes were really fresh. The service was great too and we enjoyed dinning in.

I’m a sushi guy. And I usually dont have high expectation for AYCE sushi. But this spot is different! Just look at the photo. You won’t get this quality sushi anywhere for this price. It is so fresh and savory!! Waitresses are super nice. The place is so huge that there are enough spaces between other tables. I came from LA and I just feel like I found a hidden gem. Must try sushi place! Will come back again

Always a great experience here. AYCE only worth it if you got a group who can eat. My girl and me come here and take advantage of the BOGO deal they have on sushi and rolls and comes out cheaper than getting AYCE for both of us. Delicious and fresh fish!

Both the rolls and sushi were very good and fresh. I especially appreciated being able to order every 5 minutes — no long waiting, and we could try many different items. Highly recommend Sushi One Spot for all-you-can-eat sushi!

I had such a great experience at Sushi One Spot! Their $19.95 Tasting Menu is honestly one of the best values I’ve seen — unlimited appetizers, soup, salad, and rolls (even the special rolls!) during lunch hours. Everything came out fresh! If you want nigiri or sashimi/carpaccio, their full AYCE options are totally worth it too. I love that they also offer a Premium upgrade with items like O-Toro, Mentaiko Uni, Halibut, Snow Crab, and more for just a little extra. It feels like a true step up in quality without breaking the bank. Service was friendly, the food came out fast, and you can tell they put care into their dishes. Also good to know — this Montclair location is independently owned with its own menu and recipes, so it definitely stands out. I’ll definitely be back! 🍣

The sushi is still good but the portions are smaller now. the ayce isn’t all you can eat. They limit the rolls and nigiri the service is slow and bad. And I’ve never been there for the 2 hour cut off but I almost reached it last visit and I didn’t get everything we ordered. It’s gone downhill. The new looks is nice but photobooth and claw machine make it seem like a try hard to make it neo Tokyo hip and cool. Sadly won’t be coming back. It was a Tuesday and not busy.
