Ho soggiornato in questo bellissimo hotel,super pulito,stanze ampie con aria condizionata e...UNA VISTA SPETTACOLARE SUL LAGO. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. Svegliarsi e fare una buonissima colazione super abbondante con il suono rilassante del lago e il cinguettio degli uccellini non ha prezzo. Il ristorante offre piatti squisiti e di ottima qualità. Super consigliato. Monte Isola inoltre,è davvero bella.

Bellissimo posto , stupenda vista , ottimo staff , ottima cucina … ottimo per chi vuole staccare la spina . Abbiamo fatto una notte una colazione e un pranzo ad un ottimo prezzo !!! Lo consiglio a tutti .

Sono stato a cena quindi questa recensione vale solo per il ristorante: servizio impeccabile, piatti curati con ingredienti di Montisola e pescato del Lago di Iseo, la preparazione di Nicola sui vini e la selezione davvero impressionante, prezzo nella media, non affatto salato come molti sostengo (rapportato al servizio). ci tornerò!

La nostra idea era di passare una notte, ma la posizione, l'attenzione del personale (in particolare Nicola), l'infrastruttura è altamente consigliata e quindi abbiamo deciso di fermarci una notte in più. Il servizio di ristorazione è molto buono. I loro prezzi sono molto buoni in relazione alla qualità del menu. Dettagli ed elementi igienici per stare comodi anche senza molto importanti. L'alloggio e il ristorante sono altamente raccomandati.

Una nota di merito per il ristorante! Pesce di lago trattato con tanto rispetto, e il risultato si vede nei piatti davvero eccellenti. Ottimo anche l'accompagnamento dei vini. Da consigliare sicuramente.

Siamo stati in questo incantevole ristorante per pranzo. Tavoli vista lago, panorama stupendo. Abbiamo preso un menù composto da primo, secondo, dolce a 38€. Tutto eccezionale, qualità del cibo altissima e piatti preparati con cura. Servizio ottimo. É stata una piacevole scoperta. Consigliatissimo.

Family run Hotel close to the Ferry terminal P. Maraglio in Mont Isola. Well maintained property with beautiful garden with flowering and fruit trees, the fresh produce of which are used in their restaurant. Entrepreneur Nicola, a certified Sommelier keeps the restaurant and Hotel in good shape. We stayed for three nights and were amazed to taste their persimmons, pomegranates, grapes, olive oil as well as their homemade marmalades, fruit cake baked by Nicola"s aunt. Would recommend to everyone who wants to experience Lake Iseo/ Mont Isola.

This is truly a wonderful find. The hotel and staff deserve a far better star rating. The position of the hotel is perfect, over looking the lake with views of the sun setting. The dining experience was exceptional with a varied menu and we were given excellent advise on wines for our meal. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable of the island. We both stayed & ate here, and had a fantastic time doing so 😊 🛏 Rooms: Very clean but basic - except you can't argue as the value for money is excellent! The bathroom was newly refurbished which is the most important facility in a room anyway. We had a balcony sat above the lake with the most beautiful view... You have to see it to believe it! 🍴 Restaurant: The food was really excellent and the service was exemplary. Fresh fish from the lake at a good price with another beautiful view and stunning wine choices from the resident sommelier 🤓. The surroundings are well kept and it's obvious the family put a lot of work into this place. .... Our only tiny tiny suggestion is perhaps to change up the tiramisu. Sure, it was home made, but so much cream and the biscuit base was hard and crunchy... Not to our taste. Sorry chef! 😢 🚲 In addition, we also hired the eBikes from the place at €25 each for half a day. I don't think I'll ever use a normal bike again - these things made cycling around the island a pleasure! If we ever revisit Monte Isola we would not hesitate to come and stay here again. Thank you to the owners for making our stay so wonderful - you're great at what you all do!

Personale davvero gentile, camera ordinata e vista meravigliosa sul lago. Colazione ricca e piacevole, niente di spettacolare ma interessanti le torte proposte, che variano dalla crostata alla torta di mele. Uniche pecche il corredo bagno un po’ carente e i quadri in camera che erano delle immagini del lago stampate e incollate male.

Breve ma piacevole soggiorno di una notte, balconcino con vista, le uniche cose che vi separano dal lago sono la strada e il molo. Avremmo avuto il piacere di cenare all'hotel ma quella sera erano già al completo, però ci hanno saputo consigliare un ristorante molto buono. Colazione gustosa e servizio veloce. La Foresta si trova sulla sponda orientale della splendida montisola e si affaccia sul lago. Ci imbattiamo in questo ristorante a gestione famigliare in una bella e soleggiata domenica di fine Novembre e ci consente di pranzare nel piccolo dehor e di godere della bellezza del lago. Mise an place di livello, curata e nel complesso molto gradevole. Il menu prende a mani piene dal lago ed è il caso di dirlo; infatti troviamo molte portare a base di pescato lacustre. L albergo è un po vecchiotto però ordinato e pulito in posizione fantastica. Unica l'atmosfera famigliare dello staf. Il ristorante è stata una sorpresa: cucina che usa prodotti del territorio preparati in modo originale da una brigata giovane e preparata... .davvero buonissimo. Da provare

Siamo stati ospiti al solo ristorante per cena. Abbiamo apprezzato un’ottima cucina dall’inizio alla fine: il pesce cucinato nelle diverse portate era eccellente e delizioso. Prezzi allineati alla qualità dei prodotti e porzioni giuste, che saziano. Unici punti su cui migliorare e lavorare: -gestione comande da rendere un po’ più fluida e veloce. Il servizio è stato un po’ lento; - acqua e birre artigianali: non è possibile vedersi offrire acqua minerale proveniente dalla provincia di Frosinone e birra artigianale dalla provincia di Cuneo…con tutta l’acqua e i prodotti eccellenti del territorio valorizzerei quelli, senza fare arrivare prodotti da lontano: esattamente come fanno con il pesce di lago pescato direttamente da loro. Cena ottima, compreso il caffè.

Non ero ospite dell'hotel, ma ci siamo trovati molto bene al ristorante annesso. Pesce locale ottimo e ben cucinato ( o marinato, essiccato e affumicato, chi prende l'antipasto spettacolare se ne accorgerà ). La gestione è familiare, lo staff giovane e simpatico. Piatti eleganti, gustosi e ad un prezzo onesto. Inoltre: vista lago dai tavoli, priceless 👍

Great hotel located right on the shore. Rooms overlook the lake either directly ( for a higher price) or side view. A good breakfast was included but didn't have dinner as restaurant was closed the evening were staying. However there are a lot of nice restaurants nearby

A bit on the expensive side. Food wise a 7 out of 10. Fixed menu pasta was aight but small portioned while the dish with trout and pumpkin was phenomenal. The white wine I got was a solid 5. As for the service, they forgot about my water which was supposed to be included in the fixed menu. They also took away the table bread sans asking if I finished. Overall still not a bad experience, especially if you think you got money to spend lol

Heard a lot about the venue, however it was a disappointment. Wine was good (Italy!) but the food was underwhelming. Service was okay okay. May be that we went late during the closing time, however I would’ve taken a we are closing soon so we can’t serve than seating me and giving me an experience to forget.

Ottima posizione, i prezzi devono intendersi in relazione a quella e non alla qualità dei piatti - senza infamia, senza lode - e del servizio. Tempi di servizio insensati: il vino al bicchiere si è scaldato molto prima che arrivasse l'antipasto. Il pane - coperto 3 euro a testa - scongelato e caldo, in ben 5 bocconcini da 3cmx3 per due persone, una volta terminato non viene ripristinato. A richiesta, è arrivato dopo aver ormai terminato l'antipasto di salumi. Antipasto da 16 euro per 6 fettine di salame, 4 di pancetta, 4 bocconcini di focaccia riscaldata al micro e 5-6 pezzettini di sottaceti assolutamente comuni. I due primi sono arrivati a distanza di 10 minuti uno dall'altro: i paccheri col pesce sono 8 di numero e non sanno di nulla. L'ultimo servito - spaghetti amatriciana di pesce, arrivati bollenti, perché scaldati al micro.... Mah. Peccato. Probabilmente con 84 euro per 1 antipasto, 2 primi, acqua, 3 calici e 1 caffè ci sarebbe spazio almeno per far apprezzare una cucina di qualità migliore. Sconsigliato.

No. If you expect a friendly reception, this not the place. Room and service is poor. Air conditioning is only available at the owners discretion. The view to the lake is nice and only therefore: two stars.

If you want to experience a fantastic lake and a wonderful view at a very low price then this is your option. What you do not get is hotel service as the "hotel" is more like a slightly better alternative to hostels. So if you are looking for a hotel then you have to look further, but as a cheap accommodation it works great if you have low standards. ;)

Pessimo Servizio molto altezzoso e freddo.. Pranzo scarso soprattutto in quantità .. 8 euro un dito di vino.. mai visto così poco.. 10 euro una pasta al pomodoro ( di bassisima qualità) x una bambina.. A mai più..

Passando di fronte a questo locale con un’ottima posizione chiediamo se e’ possibile fermarci per fare un aperitivo. Le cameriere ci accolgono e ci fanno accomodare nel dehors. Eravamo due famiglie con bimbi, specifico molto educati. Chiediamo di poter fare un aperitivo e ci propongono un tagliere senza mostrarci alcun menu’. Ci hanno servito 4 spritz annacquati, 2 coca cole, 2 succhi di frutta, 2 mini taglieri e 4 fette di pane da dividere in 8! Totale pagato 120€ e la totale assenza di vergogna e arroganza del titolare incluse! Ci hanno lasciato con l’amaro in bocca, peccato non aver guardato prima le altre recensioni…avremmo scelto un altro locale. Da evitare!

wanted to go there for lunch, they said we can only chose one dish, we were after some pasta and they told us that they would not have (in Italy!) - strangely the table next to us while we were waiting had pasta. Fail, bad service, not welcoming - do not go there
