We have both military and medical IDs but waste so much time for their app just to get discount and no internet in store . Most stores at the outlet require just looking at ID but this requires a long process just to get the discounts , almost discouraging people to get these discounts .

Worst experience ever …I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Adidas Outlet. I visited the store last night and bought a jacket just before closing time. Due to the rush, I relied on the staff for the correct size, but unfortunately, I was billed for and handed over the wrong size. Now the jacket is too small for me, and when I went back to exchange it, the store simply refused. This is not the kind of experience I expect as a loyal Adidas customer. The store manager, Mr. Praveen (RM), who gave me the wrong product, is denying any resolution and not taking responsibility for the mistake. This kind of careless service and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially from a reputed brand like Adidas. I request the team to kindly look into this and offer a proper solution — either an exchange or refund. Ignoring genuine customer issues can damage long-term trust and loyalty.

The worst customer service ever beginning with the manager, Diana. I shopped at the store on Saturday, April 19, 2025 and spent $192.86 and I noticed that there was a second charge on my debit card $192.86 on April 20, 2025 as well . I went to the store to Speak to the manager this morning and she said she couldn’t resolve the issue that she was going to send me an email along with the finance department and nothing has been done yet. Be careful when you shop at this store because they steal customers money. Sad to notice they have bad reviews and hasn’t improved at all.

I was pretty disappointed with my visit to the Adidas store at Citadel in Los Angeles. I expected to find a wide variety of sneakers, but the selection was surprisingly limited. Most of the styles I was interested in were either unavailable or only offered in a few sizes. The store itself was clean and organized, but the lack of variety made the shopping experience frustrating. I asked a staff member about certain models, and they just told me that they didn’t have them in stock without offering to check availability or suggest alternatives. If you’re looking for a specific pair of sneakers or hoping to explore a wide range of options, this might not be the best Adidas location to visit. Overall, it felt like a missed opportunity, especially considering the size and reputation of the Citadel outlet.

I'm deeply disappointed by the unprofessional management. I waited in line for 20 minutes like everyone else, then when I come to the cashier and the manager tell me I’d have to wait another hour and 30 minutes? She claimed there were too many customers ahead of me and my things will take too long to finish. I’m buying 10 pairs of shoes for my family—how on earth could that take an hour? This management is a disaster and needs to be replaced immediately! I will never go back to that store if they keep that management !! No STAR if I could!!!!

This store is horrible! Please check actual prices before checking out. They have a sign with 40% off the entire store to lure people in. But once you get to the checkout it’s only on selected regular price items. They are constantly changing the price on their items and even remove the tags and make their own prices. I once tried purchasing a coat and was curious to see how much it was online. To my surprise the coat was $190 (REGULAR PRICE) and the coat they had in store was $220 but was missing the actual tag. The coat had a red tag with the made up price. When I asked them if they were making their own prices, they had no response. Even though the regular price online was cheaper, they couldn’t honor that price. They are definitely PRICE GOUGING! This store used to be incredible 2 years ago. Now it’s a disaster with the worse management and worse prices. Oh one more thing, they have a rewards program but won’t allow you to use any of your coupons with your purchase anymore. When this was allowed on your entire purchase for many years. They just changed this a year ago! Don’t waste your time here, or go see it for yourself.
