I really like this place :) The times I've been there it's been calm. The pumpkin spice ice blended latte is BOMB ! It has an authentic pumpkin flavor unlike other places that have a more syrup based taste. I am anxiously waiting for Fall to come around again so I can have my latte :)
Friendliest location I have visited. I asked for hot tea recommendations and was even given a sample to try. The space is also good for team meetings or a quick business lunch. Keep up the great customer service, will def return.
They have a large room where you can enjoy your coffee or tea and snack. I was traveling home to Orange County from Lancaster and the traffic was terrible and I was hot and thirsty. So I pulled off the freeway and had a refreshing stop here to refuel and recharge from the weariness of traveling in heavy traffic. The staff who waited on me were friendly and accommodating to my special requests which I truly appreciated.

The lady who taking my order was nice, and helped me decide which ice coffee to get. I got the vitmenaise cold brew. Strong and effective 💪.
Great place, always helpful and fast service, and the stuff is really good. Their rewards and point programs are also really nice, and are pretty generous in how many rewards you get. The speed of which your order is completed varies somewhat, but is usually very good. The prices are okay on some things, but others are a bit high, but it's usually on items that are not always offered. Overall great coffee place.
Today I was blessed with this beautiful young lady named Sam at the drive thru. I forgot my debit card, but I have Apple Pay on my phone. I kept hearing it beep 3x while trying to pay. She ended up saying it’s okay and paid for my order. Wonder young lady! She saved me with coffee and a snack for work without even know I was running late. Thank you Sam for saving the day! I will come back to pay you Sam 😊 Overall this location has great customer service, always clean, and when I ask for extra cookies they do know what extra is 👍🏼
Spot right behind Farmer Boys and the Costco gasoline. Only thing that stood out to me was they don’t skimp on the drinks! They fill it up to the rim which is awesome!!!! (the teas anyways). But will def be back!
Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Have been around for many years and older than Starbucks. My wife and I enjoy Coffee Bean very much it's better than Starbucks. Just depend who makes the coffee and the drinks my wife like their white and hot chocolate better than Starbucks.
Coffee Bean > Starbucks. Always said that. This location in particular, however, definitely takes care of their customers. The drinks are handcrafted with detail, not rushed and shelled out like a SB, you will wait to get your drink, but it is worth it TRUST ME. At a Starbucks you always see drinks pile up because of how fast they do it; here they're scattered because of the time it takes and that's what makes it taste phenomenal. And it's a $5 Large, you can't beat that.
I went through the drive-through and the staff members were very kind and patient. They answered all my questions and gave me plenty of time to go over my options. I got the new mango ice blended drink 10/10 recommend, the vanilla they add to it balances out the mango and doesn't make it overly sweet. My order was quickly dispatched. I will however say that the drive-through is very narrow making it difficult for bigger cars to open up too much.

Omg, finally happy to have found a great place that did blended drinks... we had called many places and only found one other... but this one was amazing!!!!

Quickest detour by Google Map. Convenient drive thru. Hot day so went with 32fl oz. My favorite drink. Hopping back on freeway to continue with my route. Driving with A/C on and a cold drink. Loving it.
First time here. The barista was very patient and helpful. Got a regular sized Hazelnut Iced Blended drink with oatmilk. It's tasty.

I like coming here for a quick pick me up. They can get pretty busy but are good about keeping orders timely. I wish they would put labels on the drinks so you know exactly what you ordered.
Okay this place has came back up, this is an update and they can deliver deliciousness conservatively and classy like. Very cool crowd of awesome workers and the drinks make the winter a breeze. Better than Downey location,

I think their coffee is stronger than starbucks so i always get a half & half here. Their Wifi just flat out sucks. you will find plenty of people here using their cellphones as a hotspot so don't come thinking their wifi is good. Service is fast, employees are always nice. Very comfy and chill here.
I used to come to this Coffee Bean frequently, but recently it hasn’t felt as clean. There are often flies around, and the furniture appears worn and dirty. I usually sit on the long bench, but lately, I’ve noticed it makes me feel a bit itchy. It would also be great if there were more charging outlets available, especially for the tables in the middle.
Baristas need to be more professional as far as feeling free to have full on conversations when a customers walks in. It makes the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. I understand they’re working on others drinks, but saying “welcome” or “I’ll be right with you” makes all the difference.
I ordered for delivery today not long ago and I ordered 2 drinks with a double chocolate muffin, I did not receive a muffin or any substitute for it!
Went through the drive thru and ended up waiting way to long to get my drink. When the employee finally opened the window they were confused about my drink and if I had actually ordered. Will give them another try if I'm ever in the area but 2 starts for now.
I don’t usually come to Coffee Bean and sadly, it’ll probably be my last. The girl who helped us was not friendly and seemed annoyed when I asked to make a small change to my order. If someone doesn’t like dealing with people, maybe this isn’t the right job. I’ll stick to Starbucks.
75% of the time they are out of whipped cream. It costs extra but if you order through the app you go pick it up and they just say sorry we are out here’s your drink.
I had only been here twice. First time would be a year ago for a cookies and cream. Now, I had recently visited again about a week ago. Very rude staff, and very easily offended. All but one, Patric was extremely lively and helpful. He seemed to be running the whole show, while the other girls looked lost. Does the manager hire pretty faces, just to stand around and have a rude attitude? I work nearby and was very astonished at the AMAZING service I received from Patric. When I work Black Friday, the only reason I will visit is because of Patric, and that alone. I came in with a bad impression, and left in a better mood just because of that one employee. HE should be the manager. He shows initiative, determination, is well organized, and most of all has good communication skills. Plus, he made my drink way better than any of the girls could’ve made it. Thanks again Patric. Stay blessed!
Unfortunately had a bad experience here today. Ordered online, picked up inside, but the order was wrong, and had to drive back to get it fixed. 2nd order was fine, but lid on the drink was not properly secured (possibly wrong size for the 32 oz cup) and so popped off and spilled as soon as the drink was placed on a tabled, getting several electronics wet.

This was the first time I visited this location and unfortunately it was not a good experience. They have aggressive looking signs posted up outside saying no mask no service, this can be communicated in a much nicer way. I was very surprised that this was allowed at a coffee bean. The location did not look clean and my drink was completely wrong. I tried to go in and fix it but the lobby is closed and the drive-thru was too long to get back in line.
We stooped by to grab drinks during a road trip. All the employees (with no exception) seemed very sad and not happy working there. :(((( I almost felt bad for them. I just think that poeple who works with costumers and provide service should be nice and kind- this is not the vibe we got 🤔
God, I mean seriously. I feel like they have a lot of turnover here so they don't properly train people. I was in the drive through line for over twenty minutes and even after I paid had to wait with nobody in front of me. Get it together coffee bean, that's probably why most prefer the mermaid coffee.
I have come to this location at least 3 times and last night I had to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes for 1 single simple drink to be made. The barista a heavy set younger Latina girl was making everyone’s drinks except for mine when I was literally next in the drive thru line. It made no sense. And the other barista inside, an older Latina lady with black hair was standing inside chatting with 2 people while there was a line of cars waiting for drinks at 8:30PM. I expressed that was late to work and was very upset with the wait. She really should have just given me the drink because the wait made no sense. I mean for an Americano? I didn’t understand why the barista was making my drink last when I was already at the window. I must have waiting at least 10 minutes at the window and an additional 10 minutes before that. I will not be coming back here. I hope management knows that the two women were horrible at time management and lacked customer service. Not once did the heavy set Latina girl come over to apologize for the wait, she just kept making drink after drink and none of them were mine. Please remove them from the nite shift! It should NEVER take 20 minutes to make a drink!
We ordered coffe with my friends right now, and It taste sooo bad that we cannot even drink it
The girl running the bar on the morning shift was so mean and upset over her own mistake. She never acknowledged me once or apologized which is fine if I was rude or mean to her over HER mistake but I wasn’t. I just asked if the drink was a matcha because I had ordered a dry americano and the drink looked like a matcha. She then snatched the incorrect drink like if I was planning to take it. I felt as if the other workers were talking about me the girl running the register was very sweet though.
This is the worst coffee bean and sadly it is the closest to me. The service here has been declining over the years. It takes so long to get your order even when you place it thru the app. The staff takes long to acknowledge you. Their system is constantly “down” and will not allow you to use the app for rewards or to pay. I had a concern today because I ordered two items thru the app and one wasn’t available but they didn’t let me know. So I was standing there for over 10 min until I asked what the issue was. I was offered a different item or a refund, I took a different item still more time went on, customers who came in after me were all receiving their orders and I was just standing there. I asked to speak to the manager and again I was asked if I would like a different item or a refund, by this point I felt so unseen that I asked for a refund. This is no way to treat customers. Avoid this location, the staff here does not care about you and they have no sense of work ethic.
I like the coffee more than the competition, unfortunately the customer service at the drive thru in the early morning is not very friendly. Today was the worst yet, when I tried the coffee and noticed no sweetener as requested. I asked politely if they added it and I got in return a doses of attitude. Like I said, I like the coffee there but it is too early for anger, management should train their employees for customer service and get rid of the members that just hate their jobs.
Such a bummer. I never go to Coffee Bean. I usually go to Starbucks out of convenience, but decided to come here instead. Got to the drive through at 6:15am on a Friday. Was the third car in line. Waited about 15 minutes only to realize it’s closed. No sign, no nothing. Cars can’t even see the storefront to realize it’s closed. Google says open, website says open. Now I’m late to work because I was stuck in the drive through, and have no coffee. Rough start to my morning.
After I had my coffee and breakfast in and left tips in my payment I ask for cube off water tab water thy want too charg for water belive that no wonder this company most of there location out of business no competition with Starbucks coz thy don't know any thing about business stupid mangers and management Starbucks for ever
I went to get some coffee and breakfast. I love the coffee and bagels. They didn't have decaf coffee made, by the time I reached the drive thru window, my coffee was ready. As I was preparing it, it looked really dark. I tasted it and it was potent and bitter. It was horrible. In my experience, giving the customer the first drip of coffee most likely, will result in dark coffee and coffee grounds. It's better to give customers coffee after the first drip. The breakfast was bad too. Cafeteria food tastes better. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Wouldn’t recommend coffee bean. It has similar problems to starbucks of being too sweet. We ordered a “lightened” matcha latte meaning its less sweet and it still tasted like pure syrupy sugar. Recommend blue bottle or boy and the bear if you don’t want to vomit from drinks being too sweet. I’m guessing they are afraid to put less sugar because you would notice there’s hardly any matcha and it would taste watery or just taste like the milk that’s added which is still preferrable to drinking syrup.
I was here to pick up an uber order, no greeting and then when I went up to the counter no one came over to assist me. The girl just kept staring at me. This is not good customer service. I would never spend my money here.

When I got to the drive thru I was told I couldn't get one without the app. Reluctantly I was willing to download it. When I got to the window she told me I had to sign up for an account and then go back through the drive thru and get in line again when I was ready. I said it's too much trouble, forget it. Be careful how picky you get with people who are willing to give you their money. This is a horrible policy and I will never go back.

Bought a matcha latte I paid more for matcha to get a cup of milk. I told the girl the color looks different than usual and she said it has the extra matcha on it. Drinking a glass of vanilla milk for 8 dollars 🤣🤣
Paid for mocha blended with oat milk and no whipped cream , received whipped cream , staff wiped off whipped cream instead of making a drink. Left voicemail requesting a replacement , waiting to hear back since no one picks up the phone .
